Claims (18)
- Unterfederung für Matratzen oder dergleichen mit an gegenüberliegenden Enden federnd gehaltenen Leisten (11), gekennzeichnet durch elastische Balkenelemente (10) zum federnden Halten der gegenüberliegenden Enden der Leisten (11), wobei die Balkenelemente (10) eine größere Anzahl von Aufnahmen (20) für die Enden der Leisten (11) aufweisen als Leisten (11) vorgesehen sind.
- Unterfederung für Matratzen oder dergleichen, insbesondere gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elastizität der Balkenelemente (10) veränderlich ist, vorzugsweise derart, dass die Aufnahmen (20) der Leisten (11) bei einer Belastung derselben unterschiedlich tief einfedern.
- Unterfederung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elastizität der Balkenelemente (10) im Bereich mindestens einiger Leisten (11) individuell, vorzugsweise unabhängig voneinander, veränderlich ist.
- Unterfederung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Balkenelemente (11) den Aufnahmen (20) für die Enden der Leisten (11) zugeordnete hohle Federstrukturen (22) aufweisen, die bedarfsweise ganz oder wenigstens teilweise durch elastische Füllkörper pneumatische Füllkörper und/oder starre Füllstücke (35) ausfüllbar und/oder überbrückbar sind zur Veränderung der Elastizität mindestens einiger Federstrukturen (22).
- Unterfederung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einigen Leisten (11) separate Federn (45) zugeordnet sind, die vorzugsweise in den Bereichen der elastischen Balkenelementen (10) angeordnet sind.

- Balkenelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei Balkenteile (13) durch mindestens zwei vorzugsweise separate Verbindungen (Steckverbindungen 14) miteinander verbindbar sind, wobei vorzugsweise alle Verbindungen gleichermaßen als Steckverbindungen (14), insbesondere als gleiche Steckverbindungen (14), ausgebildet sind.
- Elastisches Balkenelement für eine Unterfederung von Matratzen oder dergleichen, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit zwei benachbarten Tragschenkeln (15, 16), die durch wenigstens einen Steg (17) miteinander verbunden sind.

- Balkenelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am freien oberen Rand jedes Tragschenkels (15, 16) eine Reihe von in Längsrichtung des Tragschenkels (15, 16) aufeinanderfolgenden Aufnahmen (20) für Enden der Leisten (11) vorgesehen ist, wobei insbesondere die Aufnahmen (20) mit geringem Abstand, vorzugsweise einem Abstand, der kleiner ist als die Längserstreckungsrichtung der jeweiligen Aufnahme (20), in Längsrichtung des jeweiligen Tragschenkels (15, 16) aufeinanderfolgen.
- Balkenelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmen (20) der beiden Tragschenkel (15, 16) in Längsrichtung der Leisten (11) fluchtend hintereinanderliegen, derart, dass ein Ende jeder Leiste (11) in zwei benachbarten Aufnahmen (20) unterschiedlicher Tragschenkel (15, 16) Aufnahme findet.
- Balkenelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter mindestens einigen, vorzugsweise jeder Aufnahme (20) eine Federstruktur (22) aus mindestens einem schlauchartigen Federring (23, 24, 25), vorzugsweise mehreren miteinander verbundenen Federringen (23, 24, 25), angeordnet ist.
- Balkenelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Längsrichtung aufeinanderfolgende Aufnahme (20) vorzugsweise jedes Tragschenkels (15, 16) miteinander verbunden sind durch vorzugsweise hochstehende Matratzenauflager(30).
- Balkenelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein federelastisches Material, insbesondere ein Elastomer oder einen thermoplastischen Kunststoff.
- Verwendung einer Unterfederung für eine Matratze oder dergleichen, insbesondere nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, zur Dekubitusprophylaxe.
- Verwendung einer Unterfederung nach Anspruch 17 als Auflage auf einer Unterlage für Matratzen oder dergleichen.
