Claims (15)
- Profilrahmen (1) zur Halterung von Flächenelementen (3), in einem im wesentlichen U-förmigen Aufnahmeprofil (2), von dem der eine U-Schenkel dem Flächenelement (3) als Anschlagschenkel (4) und der andere, zu dem Anschlagschenkel (4) im wesentlichen parallele U-Schenkel als Andruckschenkel (5) zum Einspannen des Flächenelementes (3) zwischen den beiden Schenkeln (4,5) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Andruckschenkel (5) einen Klemmbereich (6) und einen Solldeformationsbereich (7) aufweist, unter Verformung dessen der Klemmbereich (6) an das Flächenelement (3) andrückbar ist.
- Profilrahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Solldeformationsbereich (7) durch einen Bereich verringerter Materialstärke gebildet wird.
- Profilrahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Solldeformationsbereich (7) zumindest eine Sollknickstelle (8) aufweist.
- Profilrahmen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Solldeformationsbereich (7) durch zwei Sollknickstellen (8) und einen diese verbindenden Steg (9) gebildet wird.
- Profilrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch zumindest ein mit dem Aufnahmeprofil (2) verbindbares Klemmelement (10), das auf den Klemmbereich (6) des Andruckschenkels (5) wirkt und diesen an das Flächenelement (3) andrückt.
- Profilrahmen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmelement (10) zumindest eine Stellschraube (11) aufweist, die den Druck auf den Klemmbereich (6) des Andruckschenkels (5) ausübt.
- Profilrahmen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeprofil (2) und das Klemmelement (10) derart gestaltet sind, daß die Stellschraube (11) auch die Festlegung des Klemmelementes (10) an dem Aufnahmeprofil (2) bewirkt.
- Profilrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeprofil (2) und das Klemmelement (10) mit einer Nut-Feder-Verbindung (13) ineinandergreifen.
- Profilrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmelement (10) an dem Aufnahmeprofil (2) in dessen Längsrichtung (12) verschiebbar gehalten ist.
- Profilrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmelement (10) zur Aufnahme von wenigstens einem Beschlagteil (16) ausgebildet oder mit einem Beschlagteil (16) verbunden ist.
- Profilrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmelement (10) zur Aufnahme eines Abdeckprofils (18) ausgebildet ist.
- Profilrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlagschenkel (4) und/oder der Andruckschenkel (5) an der dem Flächenelement (3) zugewandten Seite Ausnehmungen (15) aufweist, die Speicherbereiche für Klebstoff bilden.
- Profilrahmen nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (15) durch sich längs des Aufnahmeprofils (2) erstreckende Nutkanäle gebildet sind.
- Profilrahmen nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe (T) der Ausnehmungen (15) zwei Dritteln ihrer Breite (B) entspricht.
- Profilrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe (T) der Ausnehmungen (15) mindestens 1 mm beträgt.
