Claims (4)
- Kontinuierlich arbeitende Presse, vorzugsweise zum Herstellen und/ oder Beschichten von Spanplatten, Faserplatten oder dergleichen Pressgut mit einer unteren (1) und einer oberen Pressplatte (2), einem um die untere Pressplatte (1) und einem um die obere Pressplatte (2) geführten endlosen Pressband (4, 3) und einer Anordnung zum Aufbau und Aufrechterhaltung eines Schmiermittelfilmes zwischen den einander zugewandten Pressplattenflächen und dem jeweils zugehörigen Pressband, wobei die Presse über die Arbeitslänge einen Pressenhochdruckbereich (10), einen Pressenmitteldruckbereich (11) und einen Pressenniederdruckbereich (12) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im presseneingangsseitigen Hochdruckbereich (10) über die gesamte Breite und im Wesentlichen die Länge des Pressenhochdruckbereiches (10) zwischen den Pressplatten (1, 2) und den jeweiligen zugehörigen Pressbändern (3, 4) ein Rollenteppich (13) angeordnet ist.
- Kontinuierlich arbeitende Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollenteppich (13) in seiner Längenausdehnung in Arbeitsrichtung der Presse zusätzlich mindestens in einem Teilbereich des dem Hochdruckbereich (10) zugewandten Abschnitts des Mitteldruckbereiches (11) angeordnet ist.
- Kontinuierlich arbeitende Presse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollenteppich (13) nebeneinander angeordnete Stahlrollen aufweist.
- Kontinuierlich arbeitende Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an den presseneingangsseitigen Rollenteppich (13) die Anordnung zum Aufbau und Aufrechterhaltung des Schmiermittelfilmes zwischen den einander zugewandten Pressplattenflächen (1, 2) und den jeweils zugehörigen Pressbändern (3, 4) unmittelbar anschließt.
