Claims (20)
- Einsatzstück für medizinische Folienbeutel mit einer Außen- und einer Innenseite (4, 2), einem zwischen diesen liegenden Verbindungsteil (1) zum Einschweißen in den Rand des Folienbeutels (19), einem auf der Innenseite (2) liegenden Kopfstück (3) und einem Fluidkanal (12), der die Innen- und Außenseiten miteinander verbindet und zur Innenseite hin im Kopfstück mündet, wobei das Kopfstück (3) im Bereich der Fluidkanalmündung als Ventilsitz (15) zum Andrücken der Beutelfolie und zum Verschließen des Fluidkanals durch diese ausgebildet ist.
- Einsatzstück nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Kopfstück (3) gegenüberliegende Querflächen (9) besitzt, der Fluidkanal (12) auf einer der Querflächen mündet und die entsprechende Mündung von einer ringförmigen Dichtungsfläche (15) umschlossen ist.
- Einsatzstück nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Fluidkanal (12) auf jeder der beiden Querflächen (9) eine Mündung besitzt und jeder der beiden Mündungen eine ringförmige Dichtungsfläche (15) zugeordnet ist.
- Einsatzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Fluidkanal (12) eine sich im Kopfstück (3) erstreckende Querbohrung (14) und einen damit strömungsverbundenen Längskanal (13) umfaßt.
- Einsatzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei Abstandsmittel (17, 18) zur Beabstandung der Beutelfolie von dem Ventilsitz (15) vorgesehen sind.
- Einsatzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei im Bereich des Ventilsitz (15) zumindest ein gegenüber diesem vortretender Vorsprung (17, 18) vorgesehen ist, insbesondere eine Mehrzahl von kreisringsegmentförmigen Stegen (17, 18) radial innen und/oder außen um den Ventilsitz (15) herum angeordnet sind.
- Einsatzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Querflächen (9) des Kopfstücks (3) Anlageflächen für die Beutelfolie bilden, insbesondere derart angeordnet sind, daß sie nach Anschweißen des Folienbeutels (19) an dem Verbindungsteil (1) Flachseiten des Beutelinneren jeweils gegenüber liegen.
- Einsatzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Abstand (10) der Querflächen (9) des Kopfstücks (3) voneinander in etwa der maximalen Dicke des Verbindungsteils (1) entspricht.
- Einsatzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Querflächen (9) im wesentlichen flach ausgebildet und zueinander parallel angeordnet sind sowie an den Verbindungsteil (1) in dessen dickstem Bereich im wesentlichen bündig anschließen.
- Einsatzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Verbindungsteil (1) die Kontur eines Schiffchens besitzt, insbesondere doppelt keilförmig mit sich zu gegenüberliegenden Seiten hin verjüngenden Flanken (7) ausgebildet ist.
- Einsatzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei es neben dem Fluidkanal (12) frei von weiteren Durchtrittsöffnungen ist.
- Einsatzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei auf der Außenseite (4) ein Anschlußstutzen (5) zum Anschluß einer Fluidleitung an den Fluidkanal (12) vorgesehen, insbesondere integral angeformt ist.
- Einsatzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das integral einstückig aus Kunststoff, insbesondere spritzgegossen, ist.
- Medizinischer Folienbeutel mit einem Einsatzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Folienbeutel nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Kopfstück (3) des Einsatzstücks mit seinen Querflächen (9) sandwichartig zwischen Flachseiten des Folienbeutels aufgenommen ist, insbesondere an diesen anliegt.
- Folienbeutel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Kopfstück (3) mit seinem Ventilsitz (15) und die Beutelfolie ein Füllventil zur Befüllung und/oder Evakuierung des Folienbeutels bilden.
- Folienbeutel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, der mit dem Einsatzstück ausschließlich an dessen Verbindungsteil (1) gefügt ist.
- Werkzeug zur Befüllung und/oder Evakuierung des Folienbeutels nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem hin- und herbewegbaren Ventilstößel (21), der an seiner Stirnseite eine der Ventilsitzfläche (15) des Kopfstücks (3) entsprechend geformte Paßfläche (22) aufweist.
- Werkzeug nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Paßfläche von einem Dichtring (22) gebildet ist.
