Definitions
- the invention relates to a scraper grid for a container and in particular a paint wiping grid Paint container that is securely connected to the paint container can be made easier and thereby paintwork.
- the document DE 77 31 027 U shows a conventional scraper for color.
- This scraper grid has two hook-shaped elements on which the scraper on Edge of the paint container can be hung.
- the scraper grille stands more or less loosely in the paint container, so that it is, for example, with each stripping process moved by the painting tool. This leads to painting work partly unsatisfactory stripping of excess color.
- scraper grid has the disadvantage that it is removed from the paint container after use must be to close the container. If the scraper grille does not come out soon after removal is cleaned, the paint adhering to the grid dries what to do if you use this wiper grill again to unwanted detachment of chunks of paint in the Paint container and the liquid paint inside leads.
- the object of the invention is a scraper for one To create containers that are safe and secure in a paint container can be arranged and thereby the painting work facilitated.
- a scraper grille for a container be created that a grid element for arrangement in the container and a bracket connected to the grid element, which U-shaped the container edge encloses and which is in contact with the container, wherein the bracket has an inward projection that engages under an upper edge of the container, and the bracket further has an extension that connects to the projection and with an outside of the Container is in contact such that the grid element is pressed against an inner wall of the container.
- the grid element do not come into direct contact with the inner wall of the container must, but that it may, if appropriate, it is also possible that an intermediate piece or another Element of the scraper grid in contact with the inner wall of the container comes to secure positioning as above of the scraper grille in the container or on the container enable.
- the protrusion of the bracket can be designed such that it a firm connection between the scraper grid and the container.
- the bracket can also be designed such that it in locked state to an underside of the grid element at least two contact points in permanent contact with the Can bring the inner wall of the container.
- the bracket can be made elastic. This is particularly advantageous if the container is rigid and is non-deformable.
- the container is a conventional paint container, this can at least on the Pages with the largest radius (provided an oval container there) are pressed a little elastically, so that a snap is possible even if the Temple is not elastically deformable.
- the wiper grille can also be dimensioned and be designed so that it is preferably in the locked state comes to lie on one side of the container where the largest Radius is present. This results in a certain self-positioning of the grid at the optimal position of the container (if a standard oval container is used).
- bracket element for a Painting tool may be provided.
- the bracket can be made in two parts, with both bracket parts can be held with a fastener.
- the fastening element can be a wing screw.
- the fastener it is also possible, for example, the fastener to perform as a locking device, which is a pushing together both bracket parts allowed and the two bracket parts then holds together under tension.
- the grid element can be designed such that it does not reach the bottom of the Container is sufficient. This can ensure that secure and firm engagement of the scraper grille the container is made possible, and the scraper grille is secure and fits tightly against the inside wall of the container.
- the scraper grid is designed in this way may be that it is in the unlocked state can be placed in the container. So it doesn't have to be cleaned and does not dry out.
- a painting tool can, for example, a radiator roller or a brush be used.
- the scraper grille can vary Version used for rigid and elastic buckets become. Of course, it is also conceivable to use a wiper grille to create which for both rigid and elastic Bucket can be used.
- scraper grid for example Steel are used. Of course, other materials can also be used Find use, for example plastic or any other materials that have the necessary strength and / or have elastic properties to a secure positioning of the scraper grille on the container to ensure.
- Fig. 1 shows a scraper grille 1 attached to a container 2 is arranged.
- the scraper grid 1 has a bracket 3 and a grid element 4.
- the scraper grille 1 in which the bracket 3 with, for example projection 5 shown in FIG Edge 6 of the container 2 snaps into place Grid element 4 permanently at at least two contact points 7, 8 in contact with a container inner wall 9.
- the bracket 3 is in this example by two parallel Strands of material formed.
- the bracket can also from a single strand of material and / or in two parts be formed (see, for example, Fig. 6).
- FIG. 2 shows a mounting element in addition to FIG. 1 10 for receiving a painting tool.
- the bracket element 10 can be elastic, so that for example a brush handle 17 can be pressed and is held sufficiently.
- a brush handle 17 can be pressed and is held sufficiently.
- the dimensioning of the scraper grille 1 is chosen such that that the grid element 4 with an underside 13th not locked with a bottom 11 of the container 2 in the Position comes into contact. This ensures that a safe latching and a safe and permanent Connection of the scraper grille 1 to the inner wall of the container 9 is guaranteed.
- Fig. 3 shows a schematic and partially sectioned View of the scraper grille 1 from the side, wherein in a brush 14 is arranged on the mounting element 10.
- the Container 2 is cut approximately where the bracket 3 comes to rest.
- the bracket 3 has the projection 5, which in the locked state of the scraper 1 under edge 6 comes to rest.
- the bracket 3 also has one Extension 15 on, for example, the bracket 3rd for a removal of the same from the container 2 by the user can be raised or lifted.
- the extension 15 of the bracket 3 prevents by its attachment an outside 25 of the container 2 and, if necessary, by a slight spring tension on the same tipping away the Bottom 13 of the grid element 4 in the container or ensured a concern of the bottom 13 against the inner wall of the container 6th
- FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the scraper grid 1, in which the brush 14 between two strands of material Bracket 3 can be placed and on the one hand on the edge 6 of the container 2 and on a grid part 16 of the grid element 4 comes to rest.
- FIG. 5 is a side view of the representation in Fig. 4 shown.
- the brush 14 can through the two strands of material of the bracket 3 are held or will be in this added. It should be expressly pointed out that the Brush handle 17 to lie on the edge 6 of the container 2 can come.
- the bracket 3 is made in two parts.
- the two bracket parts 19, 20 can be connected to one another via a fastening element 18 be firmly connected.
- the fastener 18 can a wing screw 21 with a corresponding lock nut Be 22.
- the scraper grille 1 can thus, for example, before attaching appropriately pushed together on the container 2 (for example the bracket parts 19 and 20 are pushed together) and are attached by the wing screw 21. Consequently is an adjustment of the bracket 3 to different containers 2 and in particular for different edge designs of the Container 2 possible.
- a container wall 23 is deformable.
- the scraper 1 or the bracket 3 arranged on the container 2 so is formed by the formation of the projection 5 of the bracket 3 Edge 6 of the container pressed in (maximum then if the protrusion 5 on the radially outer edge of the edge 6 comes to lie) and then snaps back a bit, so that a latch between the bracket 3 and the container 2 is done. Due to the elastic force of the container wall 23 is now pressed against the grid element 4 Container inner wall 9.
- FIG. 1 An example of a rigid container 2 is shown in FIG.
- the bracket 3 In such a container 2, the bracket 3 must be elastic be formed, which is indicated by the dash line is.
- the pressing of the grid element 4 against the inner wall of the container 9 is thus in this embodiment due to the elastic deformation or the elastic force of the bracket 3 caused.
- FIG. 8 shows a scraper grid arranged in the container 2 1. Furthermore is a dashed line Filling level of a color 24 arranged in the container 2 is indicated.
- the wiper grille 1 is thus proportioned in such a way that it can come to rest in the container 2, so that the grid does not dry out.
