Claims (15)
- Garnitur (30) für einen zum Bearbeiten von in Form eines Faserbandes angelieferten Fasern einsetzbaren und um eine Drehachse (12) drehbaren Rundkamm mit mindestens zwei in Umfangsrichtung einer die Drehachse (12) umlaufenden Kreiszylindermantelfläche hintereinander angeordneten Garnitursegmenten (32, 34, 36, 38), von denen das bei einer Drehung des Rundkamms um die Drehachse (12) zuerst in das Faserband eingreifende Eingriffssegment (32) eine geringere Kämmwirkung hervorbringt als mindestens eines der das Faserband danach durchlaufenden Folgesegmente (34, 36, 38), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Folgesegmente (34, 36, 38) in Umfangsrichtung eine größere Länge aufweist als das Eingriffssegment (32).
- Garnitur nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise mindestens drei Folgesegmente, von denen jedes eine höhere Kämmwirkung hervorbringt und/oder eine größere Länge aufweist als das vorhergehende Folgesegment (34, 36) bzw. das Eingriffssegment (32).
- Garnitur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Garnitur (30) in der Umfangsrichtung insgesamt über einen Winkel von weniger als 110°, vorzugsweise weniger als 100°, besonders bevorzugt etwa 90° erstreckt.
- Garnitur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis der Länge des Eingriffssegmentes (32) zu derjenigen des letzten Folgesegmentes (38) im Bereich von 1 : 2 bis 1 : 4 liegt.
- Garnitur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit 4 in der Umfangsrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Garnitursegmenten (32, 34, 36, 38) deren Längen sich ausgehend vom Eingriffssegment (32) bis zum letzten Folgesegment (38) verhalten wie 1 : 1,2(±0,1) : 1,8(±0,5) : 3(±1).
- Garnitur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Garnitursegmente (32, 34, 36, 38) vorzugsweise jedes Garnitursegment (32, 34, 36, 38), eine Mehrzahl von in Richtung der Drehachse (12) nebeneinander angeordneten Sägezahndrahtstreifen (33, 35, 37, 39) aufweist.
- Garnitur nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (d) zwischen den Zahnspitzen der Sägezahndrahtstreifen (33) des Eingriffssegmentes (32) größer ist als derjenige zwischen den Zahnspitzen der Sägezahndrahtstreifen (35, 37, 39) mindestens eines der Folgesegmente (34, 36, 38).
- Garnitur nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis des Abstandes (d) zwischen den Zahnspitzen des Eingriffssegmentes (32) zu demjenigen zwischen den Zahnspitzen des letzten Folgesegmentes (38) im Bereich von 1 : 0,2 bis 1 : 0,4 liegt, vorzugsweise etwa 0,35 beträgt.
- Garnitur nach Anspruch 8 mit vier hintereinander angeordneten Garnitursegmenten (32, 34, 36, 38), bei denen sich die Abstände zwischen den Zahnspitzen ausgehend vom Eingriffssegment (32) bis zum letzten Folgesegment (38) verhalten wie 1 : 0,7(±0,2) : 0,55(±0,1) : 0,3(±0,1).
- Garnitur nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der zwischen den Sägezahndrahtstreifen (33) des Eingriffssegmentes (32) gebildeten Garniturgassen in einer parallel zur Drehachse (12) verlaufenden Richtung geringer ist als die Breite der Garniturgassen mindestens eines der Folgesegmente (34, 36, 38), vorzugsweise sämtlicher Folgesegmente (34, 36, 38).
- Garnitur nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sägezähne des Eingriffssegmentes (32) einen geringeren Brustwinkel (ε) aufweisen, als diejenigen mindestens eines der Folgesegmente (34, 36, 38), vorzugsweise sämtlicher Folgesegmente (34, 36, 38).
- Garnitur nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnhöhe der Sägezähne des Eingriffssegmentes (32) größer ist als diejenige der Sägezähne mindestens eines der Folgesegmente (34, 36, 38), vorzugsweise sämtlicher Folgesegmente.
- Garnitur nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Garnitursegmente (32, 34, 36, 38) dieselbe Garniturhöhe (h) aufweisen.
- Rundkamm mit einer Garnitur (30) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Kämmaschine mit einem Rundkamm nach Anspruch 14.
