- GB 1 331 806 From GB 1 331 806 is a frame with the aforementioned Features known.
- the frame insert is on the frame bars attached in a manner not described in detail.
- the invention is based on the object a frame with a frame insert with the aforementioned Features to improve so that less time and Cost of manufacturing the frames with frame insert is necessary and the production is simplified.
- This task is characterized by the characteristics of the license plate of claim 1 solved.
- the construction can hold. It is no further welding or riveting of the frame insert necessary on the frame, but for additional improvement stop without changing shapes as needed possible after locking.
- the assembly is simplified that the frame insert into the frame in one operation can be installed. Through the simple assembly is a wide range of variations for the Structure and materials of the frame bars and frame inserts given. For cleaning or exchanging frame inserts can be easily levered out without the Also need to replace the frame. The frame inserts are not damaged during installation and removal and can be reused become. With this locking technology different, especially not or only with strong materials that can be welded at different temperatures without any problems be connected to each other.
- the frame inserts can also be used and held with play so that materials, which have a different elasticity or expansion properties as the frame construction, as the frame insert can be used.
- the frame is designed so that a locking recess wall of one of the frame rods pointed Forms an angle with the direction of use of the frame insert. Countered by a direction of use of the frame insert rising edge or an acute angle pushing the frame insert when inserting it into the Prevents frame and a form fit in the direction of push-through given. This is especially the case when the walls two mutually parallel frame rods each one pointed Angle with a direction of use of the frame insert in practical form a mirror image arrangement. This makes them Clearances between the frame bars at the two end edges of the opposite parallel walls.
- the Direction of use is preferably in the direction of narrowing Arrange levels.
- Supporting projections are through on hollow frame profiles Co-extrude easy to manufacture and can be molded that they are not a hindrance with a good grip for inserting and moving the goods within one the frame and the frame inserts for Display pallets.
- the frame can be designed so that it is rectangular and its frame insert on mutually parallel frame bars is locked.
- the rectangular frame shape allows a particularly simple assembly of the frame insert and Connection of different frames with each other and with Attachment on a rectangular pallet.

- the frame is advantageously designed so that the insert edges the frame insert under tension in the locking recesses intervention. This is in addition to the form fit an additional hold by a through the recesses Increase in static friction due to a transverse pressure given to the direction of loading. This tension can affect each Load requirements e.g. when transporting goods be adjusted.
- the use of a prestressed frame insert is particularly elastic with metals or other Materials beneficial.
- the insert edges of the frame insert form an acute angle with its direction of use, which is larger in amount than the acute angle of the the respective corresponding recess of the wall of the Frame bar. This provides an easy way to get one To generate tension in the inserted state of the frame insert. This is particularly advantageous for metal sheets, to improve the grip of the frame insert.
- An advantageous embodiment of the frame exists in that the frame insert with a smooth or cranked Insert edge in a recess formed as an insertion groove is plugged in.
- This type of disposition forms in particular in addition to the sloping walls on the insert side of the other frame bars of the frame one way, one secure positioning when manufacturing the frame with a frame insert before inserting the remaining edges of the Get frame insert.
- a cranked insert edge delivers especially a smooth finish at the transition from Frame insert to the frame bar.
- the frame insert is the frame surface only partially filled. This allows the items to be transported Well ventilated or also observed and controlled become. In particular, material can be saved and the total weight is reduced. In addition, the Assembly of the frame insert due to lower press-in forces facilitated.
- the frame can be designed so that the frame insert is multi-part and its parts over the frame area are evenly distributed.
- the multiple parts of the frame insert provides a greater variable design option the device.
- sliding frame inserts can vary depending on your needs even after installation to be ordered. Through an even distribution the frame insert parts reached over the frame surface one a uniform absorption of the forces to be intercepted, the when using the frame e.g. for attachments for pallets may occur. It is also an attractive optical Impression guaranteed.
- the frame insert is advantageously a hollow profile, that with its ends in recesses in the frame bars intervenes.
- the formation of the frame insert as a hollow profile ensures the weight of the Component good stability against both lateral forces also against longitudinal forces. It uses less material necessary and the hollow profile is proven by extrusion in Easy to manufacture.
- When the frame insert is pressed in takes the hollow profile in addition to the frame insert edges elastic deformation forces. So it's not in everyone If there is a constant constant preload on the frame insert necessary, but due to the hollow profile can deviations intercepted, e.g. through use different materials or shapes can occur.
- the hollow profile enables the use of the frame with the frame insert as a thermally insulating wall for temperature sensitive perishable goods.
- the stake of multi-part frame inserts distributed over the frame surface particularly advantageous in this form of the hollow profile because the end edges are secure even with a small contact area let it snap into place.
- the insert edge of the frame insert inserted in an undercut of the frame rod is.
- the undercut ensures a better hold against slipping out of the frame insert against the direction of use and across it.
- the acute angle must be in this Case not necessarily with regard to an optimal one Halt have been selected, but can simpler manufacturing conditions be adjusted.
- the frame can be designed so that the frame insert from the recesses in line with walls of the Frame bars is held. This type of construction ensures that goods do not get caught when inserted into the box or no dirt or dirt difficult to remove with the Can connect frame with frame insert.
- the frame rods and / or the Frame insert made of metal or plastic.
- the Manufacture from metal or plastic ensures that the built up from these frames and the frame inserts Have attachments on pallets easily cleaned and safe and are hygienic.

- the plastic construction enables a very light construction, which especially for transportation in airplanes suitable is. Constructions of a frame are also advantageous with frame insert made of a combination of different Materials. The locking connection allows that one the most varied of materials without any problems and inexpensively can connect with each other as a frame insert or frame.
- Another advantageous embodiment of the frame lies before when two or more frames through a coupling / negative feedback mechanism are composed of one U-profile located on an outer wall of a first frame and one on a frame outer wall of a second frame located, inserted into the U-profile.
- This enables a very variable construction of different Essays and frame constructions.
- the structure of the coupling mechanism guaranteed from U-profiles and inserted strips a stable hold and a good seal against Penetration of moisture.
- the simple assembly offers the possibility to place by stacking frames of the essay to save if the attachment is temporarily not needed.
- Task is it, a simple, inexpensive joining process for manufacturing of frames with frame inserts.
- the task is characterized by the characteristic features of the Claim 19 solved.
