Claims (7)
- Anlage für die Herstellung einer Spinnvliesbahn aus Kunststoffilamenten, mit einem Spinnkopf, aus dessen Spinndüsenbohrungen die Kunststoffilamente aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff austreten, und mit einem endlos umlaufenden Ablegesiebband, auf dem die Kunststoffilamente zur Spinnvliesbahn abgelegt werden, wobei im Ablegebereich der Kunststoffilamente unter dem Obertrum des Ablegesiebbandes ein einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisender Ansaugkanaleintritt einer Luftabsaugeinrichtung angeordnet ist und der Ansaugkanaleintritt eine etwa der Breite des Ablegesiebbandes entsprechende Länge aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den beiden Längsrändern (7) des Ansaugkanaleintrittes (5) jeweils eine sich über die gesamte Länge (L) des Ansaugkanaleintrittes (5) erstreckende, zum Obertrum (4) des Ablegesiebbandes (2) hin gerichtete und um den zugeordneten Längsrand (7) verschwenkbare Leitklappe (8) angelenkt ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Leitklappen (8) unabhängig voneinander einstellbar sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der beiden Leitklappen (8) aus einem geschlossenen Blech besteht.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der beiden Leitklappen (8) aus einem gelochten Blech besteht.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freien oberen Längsränder der Leitklappen (8) ein aufgesetztes Rundprofil (9) aufweisen.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Leitklappen (8) Betätigungsaggregate (10) zugeordnet sind.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftabsaugeinrichtung (6) ein einstellbares Sauggebläse aufweist.
