Claims (5)
- Wascheinrichtung für Zylinder von Rotationsdruckmaschinen, bestehend aus einem Waschtuch (5), das über ein an den zu reinigenden Zylinder (6) anstellbares Andrückelement (8) mit der Mantelfläche des Zylinders (6) in Kontakt bringbar ist, wobei das unbenutzte Waschtuch (5) in Form eines auf einer ersten Spindel (21) befindlichen Vorratswickels (22) bevorratet ist und das verbrauchte Waschtuch (5) als Aufnahmewickel einer zweiten Spindel (41) zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
an der ersten Spindel (21) und/oder an der zweiten Spindel (41) ein flexibles Einzugsstück (11; 11'; 11'') angeordnet ist, das über eine lösbare Verbindung dem Anfang des sauberen Waschtuches (5) zugeordnet ist. - Wascheinrichtung für Zylinder von Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Einzugsstückes (11; 11'; 11'') mindestens das 1,5fache der Entfernung zwischen der Vorratsrolle (2) und der Unterkante des Andrückelementes (8) beträgt.
- Wascheinrichtung für Zylinder von Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einzugsstück (11; 11'; 11'') aus einer reißfesten Kunststoff- oder Metallfolie, aus einem reißfesten textilen Gewebe oder aus einem gewebeverstärkten Gummiband besteht.
- Wascheinrichtung für Zylinder von Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen dem Einzugsstück (11; 11'; 11'') und dem Anfang des unbenutzten Waschtuches (5) als lösbare Klebeverbindung ausgebildet ist.
- Wascheinrichtung für Zylinder von Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen dem Einzugsstück (11; 11'; 11'') und dem Anfang des unbenutzten Waschtuches (5) als Klettverschluß ausgebildet ist.
