Claims (9)
- Verriegelungseinrichtung für einfach- oder doppeltwirkende Pressen zum Hochdruckumformen, wie Innen- oder Aussenhochdruckumformung, mit auf- und abwärts bewegbaren und durch Riegel (11) in Umformposition verriegelbaren Stössel (4, 17), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mass für die Höhe (H2) der Riegel (11) in Abhängigkeit von dem Schliesshub der Presse (1, 16) ist und diesem angenähert oder gleich ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das Riegel (11) in verriegelter Stellung als vertikale Verlängerung der Oberholmwände (13) angeordnet sind.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Höhe H2 von Riegel (11) mindestens 3 mal größer ist als seine Dicke.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Länge von Riegel (11) ca. der Länge der Stössel (4, 17) entspricht und aus einem Stück oder mehreren Segmenten besteht.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Riegel (11) einzeln, paarweise oder in ihrer Gesamtheit durch Verschiebeeinrichtung (14) verschiebbar sind.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das Riegel (11) auf dem Stössel (4, 17) angeordnet sind.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das Riegel (11) in der Höhe H2 abstufbar sind.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer doppeltwirkenden Fresse Stössel (4, 17) zeitversetzt und separat verriegelbar sind.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das bei Presse (1, 16) Zuhaltezylinder (12) als Kurzhubzylinder vorgesehen sind.
