Definitions
- the invention relates to a floor mopping device with a handle, the end cardanically attached to a support plate, and two to the support plate attached frame parts to accommodate an interrelation, whereby a Frame part pivoted about an axis on the support plate and through a locking device is stable in its extended position.
- a floor wiper which has a handle and has a carrier plate on which two bow-shaped frame parts for receiving an interrelation is appropriate.
- the carrier plate is gimbaled on the Stem hung.
- One of the two bow-shaped frame parts is around one Cross axis swiveling and can be locked in its extended position being held.
- To pivot the frame part from the extended position is on the support plate a foot lever pivotally arranged. By swiveling the Foot lock is overcome, so that the bow-shaped frame part folded down and the interchangeable cover removed and against you other interrelation can be exchanged.
- a floor wiper in which the release of the lock by pivoting of the stem is known from DE-A-3137791.
- the known Floor wiper is cardanic with the bearing shaft on which the stem is attached, a multiply bent bracket coupled to a 180 ° bends around the bent end of a leg of the pivotable frame part.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of providing a mopping device which is characterized by simple handling, easy and fast Exchange of the interchangeable cover enables and the quick and easy storage in a container for used bills of exchange allowed.
- the floor mopping device has a handle which at substantially perpendicular to the support plate in the longitudinal direction is movable.
- the stem can be in the gimbal area be attached longitudinally. For example, to attach the stem one of the axes of a universal joint translationally in a guide be movable.
- the handle can be moved in three different positions.
- the handle In the first Position, hereinafter called the working position, the handle can be in all directions be inclined so that the floor mop in its working position actual purpose, the cleaning, can serve.
- the second position In the second position is the Handle aligned substantially perpendicular to the support plate and opposite the Working position shifted in the longitudinal direction. In this position the gimbal restricted so that an angle of the stem does not is more possible.
- the handle is thus free-standing in the second position.
- the locking device can consist of all common locking mechanisms, which are characterized by a Unlock the relative movement between the handle and the support plate.
- the floor mopping device according to the invention is characterized in that it is light and can be handled quickly.
- the handle is aligned vertically and directly into the third position shifted where the locking device is released.
- the swiveling frame part folds over and releases the interrelation.
- the Locking device closes automatically when reaching the extended position. The Workers are never forced to maintain their upright posture to change the interchangeability. With this, the interrelation with the floor mopping device also placed in a container or out of the container be included.
- Floor mopping device is provided in the support plate, a guide hole in which the Stem can be inserted in the third position.
- the pilot hole is aligned with the stem in its vertical orientation to the support plate arranged. It can be of any shape, but must be able to to hold the stem securely.
- the edges of the pilot hole form one lateral support for the handle in the second position. Therefore, that may The pilot hole should not be too large, as the movement of the bearing would otherwise be restricted too little. This would result in the Stem tilts too much to the side, which would result in an excess weight that would cause it to fall over of the stem would lead.
- the pilot hole provides an easy way of Guidance and kinematic restriction of the stem.
- Floor mop is the pilot hole from a projecting approach surround.
- the projecting approach that have any cross section can serve to accentuate the various positions of the stem as well a secure stand of the free-standing stem.
- a fluent Transition between the positions is desired, so there is a wall-like Approach.
- the individual Positions are more clearly separated. In the working position supports the end of the stalk depends on the projecting approach while the end of the stem in the second and third positions is surrounded by the approach that good lateral support is guaranteed. Due to the larger necessary Movement distance between the second position and the working position reduced there is thus a risk that the free-standing stem may be touched unintentionally reaches the working position from the second position, leans to the side and fall over.
- Floor mopping device has cutouts in the pivotable frame part which the locking element is arranged. These recesses are like this arranged that the locking element is accessible and manually from the rail can be moved. The recess should therefore be close to the rail be arranged in which the locking element is fixed.
- Floor mopping device is on the preferably bow-shaped locking element Displacement element attached.
- This displacement element extends in the stretched position under the guide hole so that when the handle is moved in its third position is moved sideways. This will make it Bolt element moved out of the rail.
- the displacement element has a corresponding one, for example in essential circular cross-section. But there are also other cross sections possible that allow a smooth sliding of the handle.
- the displacement element is hook-shaped or eyelet-shaped formed and laterally offset in one direction with respect to the guide hole, whereby the desired displacement of the displacement element in the Opposite direction.
- the hook-shaped or eyelet-shaped displacement element has a diameter that is larger than the diameter of the lower end of the Stiels is because this is the only way to enable lateral displacement.
- Floor mop is the longitudinal displacement of the handle in the area gimbal via a transverse hole in the stem achieved in that the transverse hole is designed as an elongated hole.
- the handle is perpendicular to the support plate arranged, is a longitudinal displacement of the same relative to the crankshaft possible.
- Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the invention Floor mopping device with an interchangeable cover 2.
- the floor mopping device has one Handle 4.

- the two elongated opposite Recesses 10 ′, 10 ′′ form a transverse hole 14 through which the middle cheek 16 a crankshaft 18 runs.
- the elongated design of the transverse hole 14 thus enables the relative displacement of the arm 4 to the crankshaft 18 in Longitudinal direction of the stem 4.
- the crankshaft 18 is in each end in blocks 20 ', 20' 'mounted.
- the trestles 20 ', 20 "are fastened on a carrier plate 22.
- the frame parts 24 ', 24' ' are connected on both sides of the carrier plate 22.
- the In the present example, frame part 24 ′ is made in one piece with the carrier plate 22 connected.
- the frame parts 24 ', 24' ' can also be used as frame-like brackets be trained so that on the plate-shaped formation, the more material requires can be waived.
