Abstract
Description
Das Abheben der Bogen vom Schwert ist dann besonders sicher, wenn das Schwert wenigstens eine Vertiefung aufweist, in deren Bereich die Bogen beispielsweise durch eine rotierende Abhebevorrichtung am Falz gefasst, beispielsweise durch Klemmen erfasst werden können. Sind nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung im Abstand zueinander zwei Ausnehmungen angeordnet, so können die Bogen jeweils an zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Stellen gefasst werden. Dies ermöglicht eine besonders sichere Führung der Bogen beim Abheben vom Schwert.

Claims (10)
- Förderanlage zum Zusammentragen und Bearbeiten von Druckbogen (1), die auf einer sattelförmigen Auflage (6) einer Transporteinrichtung (2) rittlings durch umlaufende Mitnehmer (8) transportiert und mittels eines Schwertes (13) der Transporteinrichtung (2) entnommen und einer Abhebevorrichtung (30) übergeben werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinrichtung (2) sich im Bereich des Schwertes (13) absenkt und die Mitnehmer (8) die Druckprodukte (1) auf das in senkrecht zur Förderrichtung unbewegliche Schwert (13) aufschieben. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwert (13) eine obere Auflaufkante (13b) aufweist die mit einer Firstlinie (14) der Transporteinrichtung (2) etwa fluchtend verläuft.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwert (13) eine sich in Horizontalrichtung erstreckende Schiene ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwert (13) wenigstens eine Vertiefung (13d) aufweist und die Druckprodukte (1) bei dieser Vertiefung (3d) mittels der Abhebevorrichtung (30) gefasst werden.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwert (13) zwei hintereinander angeordnete Vertiefungen (13d) und die Abhebevorrichtung (30) korrespondierend zu diesen Vertiefungen (13d) zwei Klemmorgane (22a) aufweist, welche die Druckprodukte (1) jeweils im Bereich einer dieser Vertiefungen (13d) fassen und rotativ vom Schwert (13) abheben.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinrichtung (2) eine Doppelkette (5) aufweist und das Schwert (13) mit einem vorderen Ende (13a) zwischen die beiden Stränge (5a) der Doppelkette (5) eingreift.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinrichtung (2) seitlich angeordnete Führungsbleche (11) für die Druckprodukte (1) aufweist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsbleche (11) jeweils eine obere und im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufende Kante (11b) aufweisen und dass die sattelförmige Auflage (6) vor dem Schwert (13) oberhalb dieser Kante (11b) verläuft und im Bereich des Schwertes (13) unter diese Kanten (11b) abgesenkt wird.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsbleche (11) geneigt zur vertikalen angeordnet sind.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinrichtung (2) im Bereich des Schwertes (13) zuerst im wesentlichen horizontal und nach einer Umlenkung (B) geradelinig geneigt nach unten verläuft, wobei der horizontale Bereich (14a) wesentlich kürzer ist als der geneigte Bereich (14b).
