Claims (10)
- Gerät zum Umhüllen von Kleidungsstücken mit einem beidendig im wesentlichen quer zu versiegelnden Folienschlauch, insbesondere zur Verwendung im Reinigungsgewerbe,bestehend aus einem galgenartigen Gestell (1) mit Folienschlauchzuführung, an dem zum Versiegeln des Folienschlauches vertikal übereinander zwei gegeneinander verstell- und beheizbare Quersiegeleinrichtungen (2, 3) mit jeweils zwei gegeneinander anlegbaren Quersiegelbacken (4, 4', 5, 5') angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Quersiegeleinrichtungen (2, 3) zur Bewegungssynchronisierung der Quersiegelbacken (4, 4', 5, 5') miteinander mittels eines aus einem Zug- (9) und einem Hüllstrang (10) bestehenden Bowdenzuges (8) wirkverbunden sind. - Gerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die folienschlauchzuführungsseitige Quersiegeleinrichtung (2) stationär am Gestell (1) und die andere Quersiegeleinrichtung (3) auf einem vertikal zum Gestell (1) verstellbaren Schlitten (7) angeordnet ist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass jeweils eine (4, 4') der beiden Quersiegelbacken (4, 4', 5, 5') stationär am Gerät angeordnet und die andere Quersiegelbacke (5, 5') gegen die stationäre Quersiegelbacke (4, 4') beweglich anlegbar ist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die anlegbaren Quersiegelbacken (5, 5') der Quersiegeleinrichtungen (2, 3) jeweils an einer Seite eines zweiarmigen, schwenkbaren Hebels (6, 6') angeordnet sind, wobei der eine Hebel (6) am Gestell (1) und der andere Hebel (6') am Schlitten (7) gelagert ist und wobeider Zugstrang (9) des Bowdenzuges (8) einerseits mit dem freien Ende des folienschlauchzuführungsseitigen Hebels (6) und andererseits mit dem Schlitten (7)und der Hüllstrang (10) des Bowdenzuges (8) einerseits mit dem Gestell (1) und andererseits mit dem freien Ende des am Schlitten (7) angeordneten Hebels (6') in Wirkverbindung steht. - Gerät nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die folienschlauchzuführungsseitige, anlegbare Quersiegelbacke (5) statt am Hebel (6) an einem schwenkbar am Gestell (1) gelagerten, einarmigen Hebel (11) angeordnet ist, der über eine Kurven-Rollenführung (12, 12') mit dem folienschlauchzuführungsseitigen, zweiarmigen Hebel (6) in Wirkverbindung steht. - Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass beide Hebel (6, 6') bedienseitig mit Handgriffen (14, 14') versehen sind. - Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Schlitten (7) an einem mit Gegengewicht (15) versehenen, über eine Rolle (16) am Gestell (1) geführten Zugstrang (17) aufgehängt ist. - Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Schlitten (7) mit einem Feststeller (18) versehen ist. - Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Gestell (1) aus drei Vertikalholmen (19) gebildet und der Schlitten (7) am mittleren (19') geführt ist,
wobei von den drei Vertikalholmen (19) mindestens einer hohl ausgebildet und in diesem das Gegengewicht (15) geführt ist. - Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass zwischen dem Zugstrang (9) und dem freien Ende des Hebels (6) eine Zugfeder (22) angeordnet ist.
