Claims (7)
- Elektrostatische Druckhilfe zur Unterstützung des Uebergangs der Druckfarbe mit brennbaren Lösungsmitteln beim Drucken mit einem Hochspannungsgenerator (3) zur Erzeugung einer elektrostatischen Hochspannung (36) an seinen Ausgangsanschlüssen (31,32) und mit einer Spannungsübertragungseinrichtung (2) für die Uebertragung der Hochspannung (36) auf einen mit der zu bedruckenden Bahn (5) in Kontakt stehenden Presseur (1) oder eine Platte, wobei der Hochspannungsgenerator (3) mit einer einstellbaren Begrenzungseinrichtung für dessen Ausgangsleistung versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hochspannungsgenerator (3) mit einer von Null verschiedenen, maximalen, aber für die Zündung der lösungsmittelhaltigen Luft nicht ausreichenden Ausgangsleistung der Begrenzungseinrichtung eingestellt ist und dass die Spannungsübertragungseinrichtung (2) Schleifringe, Schleifbürsten, Kontaktrollen, Kontaktfedern und/oder elektrisch leitende Wälz- oder Kugellager aufweist.
- Druckhilfe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die maximale elektrische Energie der Ausgangsleistung 350 mJ nicht übersteigt.
- Druckhilfe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hochspannungsgenerator (3) einen oder mehrere parallell zu den Ausgangangsanschlüssen (31,32) geschaltete Spannungsbegrenzer (35) für die elektrostatische Hochspannung (36), vorzugsweise bis 3000 V, und/oder eine oder mehrere in Serie zu den Ausgangangsanschlüssen (31,32) geschaltete Strombegrenzungseinrichtungen (34), vorzugsweise bis 12 mA aufweist.
- Druckhilfe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zumindest eine Spannungsbegrenzer (35) für die elektrostatische Hochspannung (36) bis 3000 V ausgelegt ist.
- Druckhilfe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zumindest eine Strombegrenzungseinrichtung (34) für einen Strom bis 12 mA ausgelegt ist.
- Druckhilfe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hochspannungsgenerator (3) eine von der sicherheitstechnisch relevanten Spannungsbegrenzungseinrichtung (35) unabhängige, einstellbare weitere Spannungsbegrenzungseinrichtung aufweist.
- Druckhilfe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hochspannungsgenerator (3) einen von der sicherheitstechnisch relevanten Strombegrenzungseinrichtung (34) unabhängigen, einstellbare weiteren Strombegrenzer aufweist.
