Claims (10)
- Von einem Druckmedium betätigbarer Aktuator (1), umfassend einen extrudierten Rohrkörper (2), der an dessen Enden mit in dem Rohrkörper befestigten Endstücken (3, 4), die den Rohrkörper abschließen, versehen ist, wobei in dem Rohrkörper zwischen den Endstücken ein Arbeitsraum (5) begrenzt ist, in dem ein Kolben (6) hin und her beweglich ist, wobei der Rohrkörper weiter mit zumindestens einer Anschlußbohrung (10, 11), die mit dem Arbeitsraum in Verbindung steht, versehen ist, welche Anschlußbohrung zum Aufnehmen eines Fittings (12, 13) einer Druckmediumleitung dient, und wobei der Aktuator bei jeder Anschlußbohrung mit einem zugehörigen Sicherungsmittel zum Sichern des Fittings der Druckmediumleitung in der Anschlußbohrung versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der extrudierte Rohrkörper bei der Extrusion mit einer sich in Längsrichtung des Rohres erstreckenden Gleitführungsabschnitt (14, 15) versehen ist, und daß das Sicherungsmittel als ein verschiebbar an der Gleitführungsabschnitt angeordneter Schieber (16, 17) ausgeführt ist, wobei der Schieber verschiebbar ist zwischen einer Lage, in der das Fitting der Druckmediumleitung in die Anschlußbohrung hineingesteckt, oder herausgenommen werden kann, und einer Lage, in der der Schieber in solcher Weise mit dem Fitting der Druckmediumleitung zusammenwirkt, daß dieses Fitting in der Anschlußbohrung gesichert ist.
- Aktuator nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Gleitführungsabschnitt zwei Längsrippen (14, 15) umfaßt, die sich beidseitig der Anschlußbohrung und in einem Abstand parallel zueinander erstrecken, wobei jede Längsrippe an der der anderen Längsrippe zugewandten Seite eine Längsnut bildet, und wobei der Schieber (16, 17) mit einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenrändern verschiebbar in die Längsnuten hineinpaßt.
- Aktuator nach Anspruch 2, bei dem der Schieber (16, 17) in Richtung auf die Anschlußbohrung gesehen - mit geringem Spiel in den Längsnuten hineinpaßt, so daß der Schieber eine formschlüssige Sicherung des Fittings in der Anschlußbohrung bewirkt.
- Aktuator nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei dem der Schieber (16, 17) im wesentlichen U-förmig ist mit zwei Schenkeln, die zwischen sich eine Öffnung für das Fitting der Druckmediumleitung begrenzen, wobei die Schenkel verschiebbar in die Längsnuten der Längsrippen hineinpassen, und wobei die Schenkel des Schiebers zugleich eine Verriegelungsfläche des Fittings bedecken können.
- Aktuator nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Rohrkörper (2) im Querschnitt einen ringförmigen Teil (2a) hat und weiter eine einzige dicke Längsrippe (2b), die gegenüber dem ringförmigen Teil herausragt, wobei die zumindestens eine Anschlußbohrung (10, 11) sich durch die dicke Rippe erstreckt.
- Aktuator nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend einen aus nichtmagnetischem Metall extrudierten Rohrkörper (2), wobei der Rohrkörper bei der Extrusion mit einer sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Befestigungsformation (24) zum Befestigen mehrerer magnetischer Positionssensoren versehen ist, die dazu ausgelegt sind, mehrere Positionen des Kolbens zu detektieren, und wobei die Positionssensoren (27, 28) in einem gemeinsamen Träger, der bei der Montage des Aktuators über oder in die Befestigungsformation geschoben ist, untergebracht sind.
- Aktuator nach Anspruch 6, bei dem die Befestigungsformation eine Nut (24) ist.
- Aktuator nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, bei dem die Befestigungsnut an einer Längsseite von der dicken Rippe (2b), und an der anderen Längsseite von einer sich parallel zu der dicken Rippe erstreckenden Längsrippe (29) definiert ist.
- Aktuator nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 6-8, bei dem der Träger (27) ein Kunststoffteil ist, in das die Positionssensoren eingegossen sind.
- Aktuator nach Anspruch 9, bei dem der Träger mit einem angegossenen Verbindungskabel (30), das mit jedem der Positionssensoren verbunden ist, versehen ist.
