Claims (18)
- Arbeitszylinder, mit einem sich zwischen zwei Zylinderdeckeln (2a, 2b) erstreckenden Zylinderrohr (3) und mit mehreren entlang des Außenumfanges des Zylinderrohres in dassen Umfangsrichtung (3) verteilt angeordneten und mit den beiden Zylinderdeckeln (2a, 2b) verspannten Zugankern (13), von denen mindestens einer von einem Profilteil (26) gebildet ist, das sich in der Umfangsrichtung (14) des Zylinderrohres (3) ein Stück weit entlang dessen Außenumfanges erstreckt und durch dessen Profilierung Zusatzfunktionsmittel zur Ausübung mindestens einer Zusatzfunktion vorgegeben sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Profilteil (26) an der dem Zylinderrohr (3) zugewandten Innenseite eine an die Wölbung der Außenkontur des Zylinderrohres (3) angepasste Innenfläche (28) besitzt.
- Arbeitszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Zuganker (13) von einem Profilteil (26) gebildet ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegend angeordnete Profilteile (26).
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch mehrere Profilteile (26), wobei in Umfangsrichtung des Zylinderrohres (3) benachbarte Profilteile (26) mit Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Krümmungsradius der Innenfläche des Profilteils (26) gleich oder geringfügig größer ist als der Krümmungsradius des Zylinderrohres (3) im Bereich des Profilteils (26).
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Profilteil (26) radial zumindest geringfügig beabstandet zur Außenfläche (32) des Zylinderrohres (3) angeordnet ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Profilteil (26) im Querschnitt gesehen bogenartig gekrümmt ausgebildet ist, wobei der konkave Bereich dem Zylinderrohr (3) zugewandt ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längenabmessungen des mindestens einen Profilteils (26) einerseits und des Zylinderrohres (3) andererseits so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass zwischen dem Profilteil (26) und mindestens einem Zylinderdeckel (2a, 2b) ein axialer Abstand vorliegt.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Profilteil (26) als Strangpressteil ausgebildet ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Profilteil (26) als Gießformteil ausgebildet ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Profilteil (26) aus Aluminiummaterial oder aus Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Profilteil (26) eine derartige Umfangserstreckung aufweist, dass es sich über mindestens 45° und vorzugsweise über mindestens 90° des Außenumfanges des Zylinderrohres (3) erstreckt.
- Arbeitszylinder nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangserstreckung des Profilteils (26) im Bereich zwischen 90° und 180° der Umtangserstreckung des Zylinderrohres (3) beträgt.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Profilteil (26) über einen oder mehrere in Längsrichtung durchgehende Hohlräume (34) verfügt.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzfunktionsmittel (27) Befestigungsmittel (35) bilden, die beispielsweise in Gestalt einer oder mehrerer Befestigungsnuten ausgeführt sind und die insbesondere zur Befestigung von Sensoren und/oder von Zylinderzubehör und/oder des Arbeitszylinders (1) selbst vorgesehen sind.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzfunktionsmittel (27) umfangsseitig geschlossene Kanäle (33, 33', 34) zur Hindurchführung von Fluid und/oder von Kabeln und/oder von Schläuchen bilden.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylinderrohr (3) zylindrisch und vorzugsweise kreiszylindrisch gestaltet ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, gekennzeichnet durch zu den Stirnflächen (18a, 18b) des mindestens einen Profilteils (26) hin offene Befestigungslöcher (25), in die am zugeordneten Zylinderdeckel (2a, 2b) angreifende Spannschrauben (15a) eingeschraubt sind.
