Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Befestigen der Fadenscharanfänge an der Trommel (2) einer Konusschärmaschine (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erstes, doppelseitiges Klebeband (13) über die Arbeitsbreite in eine Längsnut (12) des Trommelzylinders der Schärtrommel (2) gelegt wird, daß ein zweites, einseitiges Klebeband (14) mit seinem freien Ende am ersten Klebeband (13) fixiert wird, daß nach Aufbringen des Anfangs (7) der ersten Fadenschar (4) das zweite Klebeband (14) über diesen Anfang (7) gelegt wird und daß jeweils nach Aufbringen des Anfangs (7) jeder Folgefadenschar das zweite Klebeband (14) über den jeweiligen Anfang (7) gelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Klebeband (14) zu einer Rolle (15) gewickelt ist und beim Legen auf den jeweiligen Anfang (7) abgerollt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Befestigen der Fadenscharanfänge an der Trommel (2) einer Konusschärmaschine (1), gekennzeichnet durch eine Längsnut (12) in der Trommel, durch ein erstes, doppelseitiges Klebeband (13) in der Längsnut (12), durch eine Rolle (15) aus einem zweiten, einseitigen Klebeband (14) und durch einen Rollenträger (16), der entlang der Längsnut (12) verschiebbar ist und mit der Trommel (2) umläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fuß (18) des Rollenträgers (16) als Teilstab ausgebildet ist, der in einer am Trommelkonus ausgebildeten Teilstabhalterung geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rollenträger (16) aus einem einstückigen Blechbiegeteil besteht.
