Claims (17)
- Schnappverschluß (10) für eine vorzugsweise an zumindest einer Seite mit einer Blechabkantung (14) oder einem Rechteckhohlprofil verstärkte Schiebetür (12) oder dgl. einer Maschinenverkleidung (18) oder dgl., wobei der Verschluß in einem durch die Blechabkantung oder das Rechteckprofil gebildeten Aufnahmeraum montiert ist, mit einem an der verstärkten Seite der Schiebetür (12) schwenkbar gelagerten Griff (20), der mit einer Verschlußfallenriegeleinrichtung (24) zusammenwirkt, und mit einem an oder in einem Türrahmen (18) oder an oder in einem eine Öffnung in der Maschinenverkleidung begrenzendem Profil an- oder untergebrachten Hintergriffeinrichtung (26) zur Aufnahme des Verschlußfallenriegels (30) bei verschlossener Tür (12), wobei der Griff (20) eine an den Enden um eine parallel zur verstärkten Seite des Türblatts (12) verlaufende, hinter dem Türblatt oder innerhalb der Blechabkantung (14) oder des Hohlprofils liegende Schwenkachse (22) gelagerte Stange (32) umfaßt, deren Enden (34, 36) jeweils in einer Stangenhalterung (38, 40) aufgenommen sind, und wobei zumindest eine der zwei Stangenhalterungen (38, 40) mit einem koaxial zur Schwenkachse (22) schwenkbar gelagerten Haken (30) mit Freilauf verkoppelt ist, der die Verschlußfalle (24) bildet, wobei die Schwenklagerung für die Stangenhalterung von einem mit Befestigungsflansch (60) versehenem Profilstück (62) gebildet ist, das in einer Rechtecköffnung (64) in der Blechabkantung oder in dem Hohlprofil des Türblatts (12) aufgenommen ist.
- Schnappverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stangenhalterung (38; 40) im Bereich ihrer Lagerung (22; 54) eine Gabel (44) bildet, zwischen deren zwei Zinken (46, 48) der Haken (30) gelagert ist.
- Schnappverschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gabelsteg zwischen den beiden Zinken zwei Anschlagflächen (50, 52) zur Begrenzung der Schwenkbewegung des Hakens (30) bildet.
- Schnappverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profilstück (62) eine Aufnahme (74) für eine Druckfeder (72) bildet, die den Haken (30) in seine Verschlußstellung drückt.
- Schnappverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stangenhalterung (38, 40) eine Aufnahme (76) für eine Feder (78) bildet, die die Stangenhalterung in eine Ruhestellung (Fig. 1) drängt.
- Schnappverschluß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (78) eine Druckfeder ist, die sich an eine Innenfläche des Profilstücks (62) anlegt.
- Schnappverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche des Befestigungsflansches (60) einen Teil-Zylinder bildet, und daß die Stangenhalterung (Stangenaufnahme) einen Kragen (96) bildet, der in geringem Abstand (98) zur Flanschoberfläche (94) und soweit sich erstreckend verläuft, daß während der Schwenkbewegung der Halterung die Profilstücköffnung (90; 92) vom Kragen (96) abgedeckt ist.
- Schnappverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (56, 58) des Profilstücks (62) zueinander koaxiale, gegenüber der Schwenkachse (22) versetzte Bohrungen (100, 102) aufweisen, und daß der Haken eine Bohrung (104) aufweist, die zu den Bohrungen (102, 104) der Seitenwände fluchtet, wenn sich der Haken (30) in Verschlußstellung und die Stangenaufnahme sich in Ruhestellung befindet, und daß eine Stiftverriegelung (108) in diese Bohrungen (100, 102, 104) einschiebbar ist.
- Schnappverschluß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stiftverriegelung (108) elektro-gesteuert ist (110).
- Schnappverschluß (210) für eine vorzugsweise an zumindest einer Seite mit einer Blechabkantung (14) oder einer Rechteckhohlprofil verstärkte Schiebetür (12) oder dgl. einer Maschinenverkleidung (18) oder dgl., wobei der Verschluß in einem durch die Blechabkantung oder das Rechteckprofil gebildeten Aufnahmeraum montiert ist, mit einem an der verstärkten Seite der Schiebetür (12) schwenkbar gelagerten Griff (220), der mit einer Verschlußfallenriegeleinrichtung (224) zusammenwirkt, und mit einem an oder in einem Türrahmen (18) oder an oder in einem eine Öffnung in der Maschinenverkleidung begrenzendem Profil an- oder untergebrachten Hintergriffeinrichtung (226) zur Aufnahme des Verschlußfallenriegels (230) bei verschlossener Tür (12), wobei der Griff (220) eine an den Enden um eine parallel zur verstärkten Seite des Türblatts (12) verlaufende, hinter dem Türblatt oder innerhalb der Blechabkantung (14) oder des Hohlprofils liegende Schwenkachse (322) gelagerte Stange (232) umfaßt, deren Enden jeweils in einer Stangenhalterung (240) aufgenommen sind, und wobei zumindest eine der zwei Stangenhalterungen (240) mit einem um eine senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (322) der Stange (232) gelagerten Haken (230) in Eingriff nimmt, der die Verschlußfalle (224) bildet, und wobei die Lagerung (322) für die Stangenhalterung (240) von einem mit Befestigungsflansch (260) versehenem Profilstück (262) gebildet ist, das in einer Rechtecköffnung (64) in der Blechabkantung oder in dem Hohlprofil des Türblatts (12) aufgenommen ist.
- Schnappverschluß nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haken (230) an einer Erstreckung (261) des Profilstücks (262) schwenkbar gelagert ist (262) und durch Schwerkraft oder durch Federkraft in seine Verschlußstellung gedrängt wird.
- Schnappverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stangenhalterung (240) einen Nocken (265) bildet, der auf einer vom Haken (230) gebildeten Nockenbahn (263) entlang gleitet und dabei den Haken (230) gegen die Schwerkraft oder gegen die Federkraft um seine Schwenkachse (222) verschwenkt.
- Schnappverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stangenhalterung (240) eine Aufnahme (276) für eine Feder (278) bildet, die die Stangenhalterung in eine Ruhestellung drängt.
- Schnappverschluß nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (278) eine Druckfeder ist, die sich an eine Innenfläche des Profilstücks (262) anlegt.
- Schnappverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche des Befestigungsflansches (260) einen Teil-Zylinder bildet, und daß die Stangenhalterung (Stangenaufnahme) einen Kragen bildet, der in geringem Abstand zur Flanschoberfläche und soweit sich erstreckend verläuft, daß während der Schwenkbewegung der Halterung die Profilstücköffnung vom Kragen abgedeckt ist.
- Schnappverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände des Profilstücks zueinander koaxiale, gegenüber der Schwenkachse (322) versetzte Bohrungen aufweisen, so daß eine Stiftverriegelung in diese Bohrungen einschiebbar ist.
- Schnappverschluß nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stiftverriegelung elektrisch ansteuerbar ist.
