Claims (5)
- Druckgießmaschine mit einer Vorrichtung zur Einleitung von Schutzgas, bei der die Schmelzdosierung mittels Evakuieren aus einem Warmhalteofen (5) über ein Saugrohr (6) zu einer Gießkammer (7) mit Gießkolben (8) erfolgt, wobei der Gießkolben (8) über eine Gießkolbenstange (9) von einem Gieß- bzw. Antriebsaggregat (10) betätigt wird und die Gaszuleitung (14) für das Schutzgas außerhalb der Gießkammer (7) angeordnet ist und wobei die Gaszuleitung (14) für das Schutzgas entweder an dem dem Gießaggregat (10) zugewandten Endbereich der Gießkammer (7) direkt oder über einen dort vorgesehenen Absaugkasten (12) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Kolbenstange (9) des Gießkolbens (8) und der Gießkammer (7) oder zwischen der Kolbenstange (9) und dem Absaugkasten (12) ein endseitiger Ringspalt (13) vorgesehen ist, welcher sich bei der Betätigung des Gießkolbens (8) öffnet und eine Verbindung zwischen der Umgebungsluft und dem Saugrohr (6) herstellt, wobei das Schutzgas aus der Gaszuleitung (14) durch den Ringspalt (13) einblasbar ist.
- Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gaszuleitung (14) aus einem Rohr oder mehreren Rohren mit düsenartigen Endstücken oder einem Ringkanal besteht.
- Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Gaszuleitung (14) aus nur einer Zuführleitung besteht.
- Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzgaseinleitung mittels eines Zeitgliedes steuerbar ist.
- Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zeitpunkt und die Zeitdauer der Schutzgaseinleitung frei wählbar sind.
