Claims (7)
- Rahmeneckverbindung für zumindest zwei Rahmenhohlprofile (1), mit einem Eckverbindungswinkel (2) mit zwei oder mehr Verbindungsschenkeln (3), welcher mit seinen Verbindungsschenkeln (3) in die auf Gehrung geschnittenen Rahmenhohlprofile (1) eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsschenkel (3) jeweils ein oder mehrere Federblätter (4) aufweisen, welche als Widerhaken gegen die Innenflächen (5) der Rahmenhohlprofile (1) anliegen.
- Rahmeneckverbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federblätter (4) durch das Aufschieben der Rahmenhohlprofile (1) auf die Verbindungsschenkel (3) in Aufschieberichtung (A) gebogen sind und mit vorgegebenem Anpressdruck gegen die Innenflächen (5) der Rahmenhohlprofile (1) anliegen.
- Rahmeneckverbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federblätter (4) an ihren widerhakenbildenden Federblattenden (6) scharfkantig ausgebildet sind.
- Rahmeneckverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federblätter (4) aus Hartmetall, z. B. aus Stahl, und die Rahmenhohlprofile (1) aus Kunststoff oder Weichmetall, z. B. aus Aluminium gefertigt sind.
- Rahmeneckverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsschenkel (3) jeweils eine oder mehrere Federblattaufnahmen (7) aufweisen, in welche die Federblätter (4) einsetzbar und fixierbar sind, wobei die Federblätter (4) um ein vorgegebenes Maß (M) aus den Federblattaufnahmen (7) vorkragen.
- Rahmeneckverbindung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federblattaufnahmen (7) als in etwa orthogonal zur Autschieberichtung (A) verlaufende und sich in etwa über die gesamte Breite (B) der Eckverbindungswinkel (2) erstreckende Aufnahmenuten (7) ausgebildet sind.
- Rahmeneckverbindung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsschenkel (3) zumindest im Bereich der Federblattaufnahmen (7) Ausnehmungen (8) mit vorgegebener Tiefe (T) aufweisen, wobei die Federblätter (4) aus den Federblattaufnahmen (7) um ein vorgegebenes Maß (M) vorkragen, welches größer ist als die Tiefe (T) der Ausnehmungen (8).
