Description
Claims (2)
- Verfahren zum Verpacken von fließfähigen Produkten, insbesondere Lebensmitteln oder Pharmazeutika, wobei vor dem Verschließen der Verpackung ein Inertgas in das Produkt eingetragen wird, wobei als Inertgas gasförmiges Argon eingesetzt und im fließfähigen Produkt gelöst wird, dadurh gekennzeichnet, daß beim Eintragen des Argons in das Produkt Druck, Temperatur und Menge des Argons so eingestellt werden, daß das Produkt kurzzeitig in einem stabilen mit Argon übersättigten Zustand gehalten wird, wodurch einerseits ein Ausgasen bis zum Verschließen der Verpackung verhindert wird und andererseits nach dem Verschließen der Verpackung ein zum Etikettieren der Verpackung ausreichender Innendruck in der Verpackung aufgebaut wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Argon bei einem Druck von ca. 2 bis ca. 6 bar im fließfähigen Produkt, insbesondere in einem Getränk, gelöst wird.
