Definitions
- the invention relates to a device, in particular a manually operated and transportable device, for strapping and / or bundling pallets and objects with at least one base plate, with a tape guide and with at least one at the front end of the tape guide arranged clamping device, and with a guide device, in which the tape guide device along the guide device is guided.
- a generic device is from US-A-3 929 063 known.
- the generic font shows a device for strapping and / or bundling objects with a guide device in which a Belt guide device is guided.
- the tape guide has a clamping device at a front end or a locking device.
- Packages or items are generally shipped with a Packaging tape attached to a pallet safe and damage-free transport of these packages or ensure objects.
- a disadvantage of the packaging machine described therein is that the operator of this packaging machine still around the item to be packed or the package has to go around with the back stiffeners Chain passed under the package pick it up off the floor to complete the item to be able to strap. This is still relative complex and therefore time-consuming.
- DE 30 30 520 A1 describes a method for strapping an object with a wire or Band where the wire is in a curved path is led around the object.
- the device necessary to carry out this method must, as described in this document, with Compressed air can be supplied. That the device must be practically stationary to a compressed air supply to ensure the same. This means that the Strapping provided items or packages to the Device must be transported, what a not inconsiderable effort. This is also often difficult because certain packages are practical cannot be transported without a lacing.
- DE 28 53 440 C2 shows a guide channel Strapping device with an elongated, flexible component. Since this device also with a fluidic drive, this is also Plant practically stationary, so that even with this device the items or packages to be packed must be transported to the device.
- the guide device attached to the base plate is that detachable at the front end of the tape guide a carriage is attached that the carriage is a deflection unit and that a length limiting band on the carriage, which in several areas of Base plate is fixable, is attached.
- the device Since the device is to be operated manually, comes completely without any line-bound energy and is therefore easily from one person to another item to be packed can be transported. This is particularly advantageous because the object is transported or the package to a fixed station Bundling device is often not possible, since this causes the object to be bundled due to lack Fixation on a pallet can be damaged could or the transport to a fixed station Device with not inconsiderable effort connected is.
- a particularly reliable way of guiding the tape guide element in the management facility achieved that the guide device mounted in the base plate is designed as a T-slot.
- the T-slot makes it safe and reliable Guiding the tape guide device in the same reached. Furthermore, the T-slot can also be removed manufacturing aspects relatively simple attach in the base plate.
- a particularly inexpensive and stable design the device according to the invention is thereby possible that the tape guide as back stiff Chain is running. So the chain can not Tilt away outside when it is redirected.
- back-stiff chains are relatively inexpensive to disposal. Furthermore, they have back stiffeners Chains have a high stability against external forces and other influences. Even if it is damaged the damaged chain links exchange easily and with new ones Chain links replace what a special ease of repair brings with it.
- a safe deflection of the belt guide device is thereby ensuring that the carriage has a locking mechanism to connect and disconnect it with the tape guide device.
- the deflection of the tape guide thereby ensuring that the deflection unit has a transverse to the direction of movement of the belt guide device arranged bolt pivotable with a thrust part of the Wagens is connected.
- the tape guide device carries the configuration at that at the deflection one around between its Bolts arranged at both ends rotatably mounted Lever is arranged.
- the locking pin is thereby in its desired Held in place because the socket pin has a shoulder, over which a coil spring is slid.
- a secure fixation of the deflection unit and the belt guide device is ensured that a Side wall of the deflection unit a transverse to the direction of movement the band guide device arranged bore, into which the locking pin can be inserted.
- a trouble-free fixing process between the deflection unit and the belt guide device is possible that the tape guide in its front Area is provided with an elongated hole.
- the automatic deflection of the belt guide device the package to be bundled is ultimately possible that the deflection unit with the tape guide is connectable via the bolt.
- a very simple one and still reliable fixation of the tape thereby achieved that the clamping device as a self-clamping Eccentric bolt is formed.
- the eccentric roller has the advantage that it is very is easy to manufacture. Furthermore, the user with this clamping device the tape only on the Push the clamping device past, as the actual Clamping process with this clamping device practical runs automatically, which in turn simplifies this process and a corresponding time saving has the consequence.
- a special relief when transporting the device according to the invention to a strapped Object is achieved in that in the area of Base plate a foldable transport lever arranged is.
- the transport lever during of the strapping process is collapsible, as a result the risk of injury to the user and other people is reduced because the transport lever is not in protrudes in a dangerous way.
- a space-saving and simple design option of the invention Device is that the in the T-slot on the base plate has a spiral course.
- Thrust unit of the carriage has a skid part.
- the weight reduction also prevents that the belt guide device due to its high weight tilts uncontrollably in one direction. So this weight reduction ultimately contributes a better functionality of the belt guide device and thus the entire device.
- the base plate is made of plastic.
- the base plate can also be used of plastic particularly inexpensive and simple produce.
- a safe and reliable run during the run-in and extending movement of the band guide device in the guide device is achieved in that the Guide device a conically extending or outlet area.
- This configuration allows the car to be used in different ways Extend heights as the tape guide in the exit or entry area no longer in a predetermined path but rather in one certain area is guided and thus the carriage its exit height or the distance of the car is flexible from the ground.
- Fig. 1 is a device 1 for bundling Packages or objects 2, which are on pallets or Similar things stand during the bundling process shown.
- 1 shows a belt guide device 3, which preferably as a back-stiff chain is executed, which in turn consists of a variety of Links 4, the links 4 with relative releasable from the tape guide 3 are.
- the tape guide device 3 is in the Fig. 1 only indicated bolts 5, which with a Puncture 6 are provided on the circumference of the bolt 5 in a guide device 7, which in a base plate 8 the device 1 is attached, guided.
- Bolts 5 are made of plastic and are directly on the belt guide 3 attached.
- the deflection unit 10 is in this position about 90 ° from its normal position by one transverse to the direction of entry (Arrow 12) and direction of extension (arrow 13) arranged bolt 14, which forms the fulcrum, pivoted.
- this bolt 14 is the deflection unit 10 of the carriage 9 with the thrust part 11 of the carriage 9 positively and rotatably connected.
- On one in the direction of extension (indicated by arrow 13) front End of the tape guide 3 is one Clamping device 15 arranged with which a packaging tape 16 on the tape guide 3 before the start of the bundling process is fixed.
- the Clamping device 15 is preferably as self-locking eccentric bolt, which over a cross to the direction of movement (arrow 12 and Arrow 13) of the tape guide device 3 is not arranged
- Bolt 17 shown in detail is rotatably mounted.
- the tape guide device 3 has this End one firmly connected to the tape guide 3 Trigger cam 18 and further one in the Belt guide device 3 arranged slot 19.
- Fig. 1 also shows a gear 22 which with its Teeth in the bolts 5 of the belt guide device 3 engages and thereby an extension movement or a retracting movement of the tape guide 3 the drive of the gear 22 possible.
- Fig. 2 shows an enlarged view of the ground Area of the device 1.
- the carriage 9 is here in a longitudinal section, along the direction of movement (Arrow 12 and arrow 13) of the tape guide device 3 to see.
- a skid part 23 both of which are in the retracting direction (Arrow 12) and in the direction of extension (Arrow 13) lying ends pointing away from the ground are designed. This has the advantage that a Tilting or jamming of the carriage 9 during the extension movement (Arrow 13) and during the entry movement (Arrow 12) is prevented because the skid part 23 bumps of the floor B on which the carriage 9 moves is balanced.
- this configuration allows cross-pallet cross-pieces (not shown) lying transversely to the direction of movement 12, 13 of the carriage 9 to be passed over or skipped practically without the carriage 9 jamming or jamming.
- a support bracket 24 (indicated by dash-dotted lines), which is arranged parallel to the side of the carriage 9 in the direction of movement, is fastened to the runner part 23.
- the length limiting band 20 is also fastened to the carriage 9 via the runner part 23.
- the position of the carriage 9, which is shown in FIG. 2 corresponds to the normal position of the carriage 9.
- Fig. 3 shows an enlarged view of the car 9, in particular the deflection unit 10 and the locking mechanism 25 in the deflected position, i.e. during the bundling process.
- the locking mechanism 25 turns one around between its two Ends of rotatably mounted lever 26.
- the pivot bearing the lever 26 is in this case one on one Support joint 27 attached bolt 28 realized, wherein the support joint 27 in turn on the deflection unit 10 the carriage 9 is attached. That in the direction of movement (Arrow 13) pointing end of the lever 26 is around bent about 90 ° to the longitudinal axis 29 of the lever. Of course, this end of the lever 26 can also just finished.
- a locking pin 30 via a further pin 31 arranged on the lever 26.
- the locking pin 30 has an extension 32 on which a coil spring 33 is postponed.
- the coil spring 33 is here designed as a compression spring. This coil spring 33 presses the locking pin 30 transversely to the direction of movement (Arrow 12 and arrow 13) of the tape guide 3 of same away. Furthermore, it can be seen in FIG. that the locking pin 30 in this position Wagens 9 rests on the support bracket 24 and thus the deflection unit 10 holds in this position.
- FIG. 4 shows a side view in the area of the device 1 near the floor in a section along the line IV-IV from FIG. 2 in the normal position. 4 shows a section transverse to the direction of movement of the belt guide device 3 through the carriage 9, in particular through the deflection unit 10.
- the locking bolt 30 arranged on the lever 26 (not shown in this figure) is inserted in this position of the carriage 9 through a bore 35 made in the side wall 34 of the carriage 9 and through the elongated hole 19 made in the band guide device 3, as a result of which the deflection unit 10 and thus also the carriage 9 is connected or locked to the belt guide device 3.
- FIG. 4 shows a side view in the area of the device 1 near the floor in a section along the line IV-IV from FIG. 2 in the normal position. 4 shows a section transverse to the direction of movement of the belt guide device 3 through the carriage 9, in particular through the deflection unit 10.
- the locking bolt 30 arranged on the lever 26 (not shown in this figure) is inserted in this position of the carriage
- FIG. 4 shows the guide device 7 designed as a T-slot, in which the bolts 5, which are fastened to the belt guide device 3, can be seen.
- the position of the locking bolt 30 can be seen in FIG. 4, which it occupies in the deflection position (indicated by a dash-dotted line).
- FIG. 5 shows the area of the device 1 which is remote from the floor in a lateral sectional view along the line VV from FIG. 1. Among other things, a hand crank 36 on which the gear wheel 22 is attached is shown.
- FIG. 5 further shows how the gear wheel 22 engages in the bolts 5, which are fastened to the belt guide device 3.
- the movement of the hand crank 36 and thus also of the gearwheel 22 makes it possible to move the tape guide device 3 along the guide device 7 and also to move the tape guide device 3 in and out.
- the tape guide device 3 is completely stored when the device 1 is not in use, that is to say it is stored in its entire length of the guide device 7.
- the guide device 7 has a spiral-like course on the base plate 8 of the device 1, as is indicated in FIG. 1, which makes it possible to store the entire length of the tape guide device 3 in a relatively small space.
- the bundling process becomes one Package described using the device 1.
- the device 1 Before the actual bundling process begins the device 1 in a position next to that to be bundled Brought object. With the help of the stop 21, which is attached to the length limiting band 20 is, it is possible to choose different package sizes in certain Set the intervals before the bundling process.
- the packaging tape 16 is guided through a tape roll 37 only shown in FIG. 4 through a slot in the base plate 8, not shown, through the same and fastened to the tape guide device 3 at the front end of the tape guide device 3 with the aid of the clamping device 15.
- the operator of the device 1 can begin to extend it. This takes place in that the operator drives the gearwheel 22 via the hand crank 36, which engages in the distances between the bolts 5 which are attached to the belt guide device 3.
- the gear wheel 22 Through the movement of the gear wheel 22, the bolts 5 are guided along the guide device 7, which is attached in the base plate 8.
- the carriage 9 locked at this stage of the bundling process with the belt guide device 3 is guided along the same between the package 2 to be packed and the floor B.
- the forward or outward movement of the belt guide device 3 and thereby of the carriage 9 takes place until the stop 21, which is fastened to the length-limiting belt 20 and this in turn to the pushing part 11 of the carriage 9, on a movable in the area of the base plate 8, 1, stops length limit stop 38, or the carriage is stopped in another way, such as, for example, via a stop block (not shown), which is arranged in an area at which the band guide device 3 is to be deflected.
- the distance between the same and also on the length limiting band 20 fixed car 9 can be set variably.
- the thrust part 11 of the carriage 9 is stopped and held in that position.
- the deflection unit 10 of the Wagens 9 which only with the thrust part 11 of the carriage 9 is rotatably connected to one another via the bolt 14, deflected by approx. 90 ° in relation to the previous position, until they are attached to the push part 11 Stop 11a is present.
- the deflection unit 10 of the Wagens 9 Since the tape guide 3 is still due to the driving the same via the gear 22nd or the hand crank 36 has the effort to extend to continue, the deflection unit 10 of the Wagens 9 by the aforementioned angle of approximately 90 ° deflected around the pin 14 as a fulcrum since the tape guide device 3 still with the deflection unit is locked. But as soon as the deflection unit 10 of Wagens 9 takes the redirected position, is also the deflection unit 10 practically fixed in this position. The complete redirection process runs without Interruption of the outward movement of the belt guide device 3 from.
- the support bracket 24 prevents in the normal position of the carriage 9 (deflection unit not deflected) that the Locking pin 30 jumps out of the slot 19, because one End surface 30a of the locking bolt 30, as in FIG. 4 shown, is present on the bearing block 24.
- a tipping of the tape guide device 3 against this direction is prevented by the packaging tape 16 being arranged inside the tape guide device 3 behind transverse bolts (not shown) arranged transversely to the direction of movement of the tape guide device 3, ie on the Object to be packaged 2 facing away from the tape guide device 3 and is kept under tension during the extension movement (arrow 13) by the extension movement.
- the tape guide device 3 As soon as the tape guide device 3 protrudes a certain amount beyond the upper edge of the article 2 to be packaged and the tension of the packaging tape 16, which prevents tipping over towards the packaged article, is released by a brief interruption of the extension movement, the latter tilts due to the dead weight of the front end of the The belt guide device 3 descends onto the object 2 to be packaged and, after the extension movement continues, moves in an approximately horizontal path on the top of the object 2 to be packaged, again towards the device 1 or towards the user.
- the user can now move practically without moving the packaging tape 16 from the clamping device 15 to solve. This is done simply by the user the device 1, the packaging tape 16 on his holds the front end. Once this is done, you can the user turns the tape guide by rotating the Hand crank 36 in the opposite direction retract again.
- the return movement follows the same principle as the extension movement (arrow 13), namely by the engagement of the gear 22 in the bolts 5, which are attached to the tape guide 3 are.
- the tape guide 3 is during the retracting movement practically along the packaging belt 16, which during the run-in process by the user is held, led.
- This has the advantage that the packaging tape 16 in a new packaging process no longer re-threaded into the tape guide device 3 must become. This will only be necessary when there is no packaging tape 16 on the tape roll 37 is located.
- the user can start the packaging process with the Merging the front end and the one in the area of the tape rolls 37 located end of the packaging tape Complete 16.
- the guide device is in the area of the base plate 8 7 configured at the inlet and outlet area thereof, that the T-slot is practically tapered towards the extension movement opens. By this measure will functionally extend and retract the Belt guide device 3 or arranged on the same Bolt 5 guaranteed.
- the carriage 9 can be different Extend heights as the belt guide 3 not in the outlet or inlet area of the T-slot 7 more in a predefined path, but rather is guided in a certain area and the car 9 thus with regard to its extension height or the distance the carriage 9 from the floor B is flexible.
- wheels 40 are also arranged on the device 1, which facilitate manual transport should.
- 8 is in the area of the base plate the device 1 a transport lever 41 is provided, which also involves manual transport of the device 1 should facilitate.
- This transport lever 41 is designed so that it during the bundling process can be folded. By collapsing this transport lever 41 is avoided that this protrudes and thereby people or Can injure users on the same.
- the packaging tape 16 is extended Position of the tape guide 3 with the help the clamping device 15 at the front end of the tape guide device 3 attached and the packaging tape 16 around the object 2 to be strapped during the running-in movement (Arrow 12).

- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- Fig. 4
