Claims (15)
- Rollgitter
mit im wesentlichen quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Rollgitters beim Öffnen oder Schließen angeordneten, seitlich geführten Gitterstäben (1) und
mit die Gitterstäbe (1) verbindenden und die Gitterstäbe entlang eines geradlinigen Gitterstababschnitts (11) umschließenden Verbindungsgliedern (3, 16),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsglieder (3, 16) einstückig ausgebildet sind und eine geschlossene Mantelfläche aufweisen, und
daß in den Verbindungsgliedern Längsöffnungen zur Aufnahme der Gitterstäbe vorgesehen sind und die Längsöffnungen eine geschlossene trennfugenfreie Mantelfläche aufweisen
daß die Verbindungsglieder (3, 16) als Längsöffnungen zwei zylindrische Öffnungen (8, 10) mit rundem oder ovalem Querschnitt aufweisen,
daß in jeder der zylindrischen Öffnungen (8, 10) je ein Gitterstab (1) gelenkig gelagert ist, und
daß die Verbindungsglieder aus einem massiven langgestreckten Profil bestehen. - Rollgitter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung des Rollgitters geradlinig verlaufende Querstäbe (2) vorgesehen sind, und daß die Verbindungsglieder (3,16) als Längsöffnung eine dritte zylindrische Öffnung (9, 17) aufweisen, in dem jeweils ein Querstab (2) gelagert ist.
- Rollgitter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsglieder (3, 16) aus Aluminium bestehen.
- Rollgitter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsglieder (3, 16) aus Stahl bestehen.
- Rollgitter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsglieder (3, 16) durch ein Strangpreßverfahren hergestellt sind.
- Rollgitter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsglieder (3, 16) durch ein spanendes Verfahren hergestellt sind.
- Rollgitter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gitterstäbe (1) und/ oder die Querstäbe (2) einen runden Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Rollgitter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Gitterstäbe (1) und/ oder der Querstäbe (2) eine längliche, an den Schmalseiten abgerundete Form aufweist.
- Rollgitter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit Verbindungsgliedern (3, 16) verbundenen Gitterstäbe (1) ein Rautenmuster bilden.
- Rollgitter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gitterstäbe im Randbereich des Rollgitters umgebogen sind, und daß die umgebogenen Abschnitte parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung des Rollgitters verlaufen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Rollgitters mit im wesentlichen quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Rollgitters beim Öffnen oder Schließen angeordneten, seitlich geführten Gitterstäben (1) und mit die Gitterstäbe gelenkig verbindenden und die Gitterstäbe entlang eines geradlinigen Gitterstababschnitts (11) umschließenden Verbindungsgliedern (3, 16), insbesondere zur Herstellung eines Rollgitters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:daß für die Verbindungsglieder in ein massives langgestrecktes Profil mindestens zwei Längsöffnungen in achsialer Richtung eingearbeitet werden, unddaß die Verbindungsglieder von dem Profil abgetrennt werden,daß die Gitterstäbe mithilfe eines Stempels und einer Matrize gebogen werden, unddaß die Verbindungsglieder (3, 16) auf die Gitterstäbe aufgeschoben und in vorgebenen Abständen angeordnet werden,daß die Gitterstäbe zu einem Rollgitter auseinandergeschwenkt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Auseinanderschwenken der Gitterstäbe in die Verbindungsglieder (3, 16) Querstäbe (2) eingeschoben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsöffnungen gebohrt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsglieder durch ein Strangpreßverfahren oder durch ein spanendes Verfahren hergestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsöffnungen im Strangpreßverfahren eingearbeitet werden.
