Definitions
- the invention relates to a white water circuit of a paper machine, which at least one application device for applying a pigment and / or filler Mass on a not yet completely drained fiber web in the wet area has, which also with a first white water cycle, the one Headbox supplied with white water, and a second white water circuit, the forms the rest of the white water cycle the first white water cycle being fed exclusively by drainage elements is in the manufacturing process before the application of the pigment and / or filler Mass are arranged, and being part of the second white water circuit serves to feed the application of the pigment and / or filler-containing mass. Furthermore, the Invention a method for water circulation of a paper machine with a Wet part according to the preamble of claim 4.
- PCT publication WO 93/23612 A1 discloses one method and one Device for recycling waste water in a paper machine, the Process the splitting of at least part of the wastewater, which runs through a forming fabric during a papermaking process, in comprises at least two separate streams. It is envisaged that the wastewater by pumping directly without flowing through any open vessels, as essentially air-free separate streams to at least two essentially separate points of stock dilution in the fiber process in the short circuit of the paper machine flows.
- the one in the constant part of this paper machine Assemblies used correspond to those of a known type, such as Sieves, cleaner stages, classifiers and the like.
- PCT publication WO 91/10500 A1 in turn discloses a method for the recovery of excess application medium, from known Filtration processes, especially static membrane filtration and dynamic Ultrafiltration, use is made.
- the excess order medium is dewatered without the addition of chemicals and the resultant Application material (pasty solids or the like) becomes one again new order material added.
- the white water I is part of the White water, which on modern paper machines on a forming roller, a Top suction box, a forming shoe or other suction elements, taking no account of any existing, upstream application is taken from filler or pigment.
- This white water I is without treatment performed in a short cycle and for the dilution of the thick matter Machine chest used right before the headbox.
- the amount of water on the wet vacuum cleaners, flat vacuum cleaners and suction screen rollers are typically recorded as white water II.
- the clear water will then used for spray pipes and the like.
- the inventors have thus recognized that it is to solve the above Problem is the white water cycle of a paper machine and that Process for water circulation of the paper machine so that the Water cycle, which includes the headbox of the paper machine, is fed exclusively from dewatering units, which the fiber web dewater at a stage where pigment and / or filler-containing mass on the fiber web in the process of formation has been applied.
- Each drainage element which in the Following the application of the filler or pigments of the web moisture withdrawn, is consequently enriched with high pigment or filler proportions, so that this water leads to a steady increase in the filler content would lead the headbox formed layer.
- the collection devices of cleaning liquid also count the sieves that are coated with pigment and / or filler Have come into contact because they also have an increased filler or Pigment content are contaminated.
- the inventors therefore propose a white water cycle a paper machine which has at least one application device for application a mass containing pigment and / or filler on a not yet fully dewatered Has fiber web in the wet area, which continues with a first White water cycle that supplies a headbox with white water, and continues with a second white water circuit that absorbs the rest of the white water, is equipped to further develop that the rest, not to feed the application of the pigment and / or filler Mass serving, white water of the second white water cycle and not that White water supplied to the headbox with a microflotation device to clear filtrate processed and returned to the manufacturing process.
- This resulting clear filtrate from the second white water cycle can later be used anywhere in the paper web manufacturing process.
- the presence of a microflotation device is particularly advantageous if the white water of the second white water circuit is provided with a binder, in particular starch, since this binder is then discharged from the white water by the microflotation device and thus an accumulation of binder in the middle fiber layer of the finished paper is avoided can.
- a microflotation device is present and optionally a disk thickener
- the part of the white water, which the application of the pigment and / or filler-containing mass supplied is, from the flotate of the microflotation device and / or from the overflow of the disk thickener is removed. This ensures that each the proportion of white water containing pigment and / or filler for application is supplied, which is provided with a higher pigment and / or filler content is and thus to a maximum possible return to pigment or Filler leads.
- the inventors propose a method for water circulation Paper machine with a wet part, in which an emerging fiber web at least one surface applied a pigment and / or filler-containing mass and white water is removed from the fibrous web that forms, only the white water, which does not contain pigments and / or fillers from the pigment and / or filler application is loaded into the headbox, and only white water, which contains pigments and / or fillers from the Pigment and / or filler application is loaded, the application of the pigment and / or filler-containing mass is supplied in that regard further, that the rest is not to feed the application of the pigment and / or filler Mass serving white water of the second white water cycle and not that White water supplied to the headbox with a removal device, preferably one Microflotation device (7), processed to clear filtrate and returned to the manufacturing process becomes.
- a removal device preferably one Microflotation device (7)
- the clear filtrate can be returned at any point on the paper machine. If binders are present in the white water of the second white water circuit, the above statements apply.
- Another advantageous embodiment of the method provides that the white water, which the application of the pigment and / or filler-containing mass is supplied from the overflow of the microflotation device and / or of the existing disk thickener is removed.
- This configuration of the procedure has the effect that only the substantial part of the White water is fed into the return line to the application, and thus the amount of the necessary new pigment and / or filler can be reduced.
- FIG. 1 shows a white water circuit according to the invention of a paper machine in a schematic representation. From the paper machine is essentially the sheet formation section 2 with the upstream headbox 1 and the press section 3 indicated below. The white water rivers are drawn as arrows.
- the illustration shows a hybrid former, with a headbox 1, its Stock suspension coming from stock preparation 14 onto first screen 10.1 gives up.
- a first dewatering unit 2.1 is provided, which introduces the collected white water into a white water tank 4.
- a second sieve 10.2 which from above onto the suspension layer is launched.
- a further drainage element 2.2 the top of the screen, the removed white water also the white water tank 4 is supplied.
- a further suction roller 12 is attached again causes dewatering of the fiber web and the removed, with White water loaded with pigment and filler.
- white water II which consists of the drainage units 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and 12 is taken, collected and together to a disc thickener 6 passed and thus kept away from the screen circuit of the headbox 1.
- the disc thickener 6 gives its thin material via line 16 to one Microflotation device 7 and its thick matter via line 15 to one White water tank 5, which also contains the flotate from the microflotation device 7 is conducted via line 17. From this white water tank 5 is the Pigment and filler preparation 8 with high pigment and filler content Water, in which also the necessary amount of fresh pigment and Filler is fed via the feed 8.1.
- the pigment and filler preparation 8 then gives the finished pigment and Filler slurry on to applicators 11.1 and 11.2, where they focus on the resulting Fiber web is applied.
- the clear filtrate which is obtained from the microflotation 7, is fed in via the line 18 a clear filtrate container 9 is stored and faces the papermaking process again as clear water to be used at any point.
- the white water cycle of a paper machine shown above and the method of water circulation in a paper machine achieved that enrichment even when the paper machine is in operation for a long time the inner layer of the paper produced with filler and / or pigment is avoided.
