Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zur Steuerung der Drehbewegung von Gefäßen (10) mit einem an einer Antriebswelle (2) befestigten, gegenüber einem feststehenden Rahmen drehbaren Transportkarussell (3), in dessen Randbereich konzentrisch zur Drehachse der Antriebswelle eine Anzahl drehbar gelagerter Drehteller (4) vorgesehen ist, einer Zentriereinrichtung über jedem der Drehteller (4), mittels derer ein Gefäß zwischen einem Drehteller (4) und der zugehörigen Zentriereinrichtung eingespannbar ist, einer bezüglich des feststehenden Rahmens verdrehfesten Steuerkurve (7), einer Führungseinrichtung (5) an jedem Drehteller (4), die dazu ausgestaltet ist, an der Steuerkurve (7) abzurollen, um den Drehteller (4) bei der Drehung des Transportkarussell (3) gegenüber der Steuerkurve (7) in einer durch die Form der Steuerkurve vorgegebenen Weise bezüglich des Transportkarussells (3) zu verdrehen, wobei die Steuerkurve (7) außen am Umlaufweg der Führungseinrichtungen (5) liegt und entlang des Umfangs in Segmente unterteilt ist, die aus ihrer Halterung lösbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Steuerkurvensegmente an einem Kurventräger (1) lösbar gehaltert sind, der bezüglich des feststehenden Rahmens drehbar um die Drehachse des Transportkarussells (3) gelagert ist, und daß eine Feststelleinrichtung (32, 34, 38) vorhanden ist, mit der der Kurventräger (1) gegen Verdrehungen um die Drehachse des Transportkarussells (3) lösbar festgesetzt werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (10) eine zentrale Nabe aufweist, die mittels Kugellagern (14) an dem feststehenden Rahmen drehbar bezüglich der Drehachse des Transportkarussells (3) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nabe des Kurventrägers (1) mittels Kugellagern (42) an der Lagerschale des Drehlagers der Antriebswelle (2) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feststelleinrichtung (30) einen durch eine Bohrung in der Grundplatte (36) verlaufenden Gewindezapfen (32) aufweist, der an der Grundplatte (36) befestigt ist und mit seinem von der Grundplatte (36) abstehenden Ende durch ein Langloch in dem Kurventräger (1) hindurch ragt, das konzentrisch zur Drehachse des Kurventrägers (1) verlaufend geformt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Kurventräger (1) durchragende Gewindezapfen (32) an seinem jenseits des Kurventrägers (1) liegenden Ende mit einem Spannhebel (38) versehen ist, der in gelöster Stellung eine Drehung des Kurventrägers (1) erlaubt und beim Anziehen für eine reibschlüssige Anlage an dem Kurventräger (1) sorgt, so daß der Kurventräger (1) durch Anziehen des Spannhebels (38) gegen Verdrehungen gegenüber der Grundplatte (36) festgespannt werden kann.
