Description
Claims (13)
- Weiche für den schienengebundenen Verkehr mit Rolleneinrichtung für eine Zungenschiene (4), die zwischen einer Stellung in Anlage an eine Backenschiene (2) und einer Stellung von der Backenschiene (2) entfernt bewegbar ist, wobei die Backenschiene (2) parallel zur Gleisebene sowie quer hierzu im wesentlichen unverschieblich und insbesondere lösbar mit zumindest einem Träger (3), z. B. Schwelle, Trägerplatte, verbunden ist, und der Fuß (6) der Zungenschiene (4) mit zumindest einem Rollenkörper (1), z. B. zylindrischer oder balliger Rolle, kooperiert, welcher in einem Lagerkörper (9), insbesondere über eine Achse (11) oder Welle, gelagert ist, der mit der Backenschiene (2) unmittelbar und/oder mittelbar, z. B. über den Träger (3), einen Gleitstuhl (5), mit einer im wesentlichen parallel zur Gleisebene (8) verstellbaren Halterung (12) für den Lagerkörper (9), verbunden ist, die eine Führung (26) mit zumindest einer sich im wesentlichen in Bewegungsrichtung der Zungenschiene erstreckenden Fläche (29) aufweist, die mit der Backenschiene (2) unmittel- und/oder mittelbar verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang dieser Fläche (29) ein Stellteil (24) über zumindest eine weitere Fläche (31) desselben im wesentlichen in Richtung parallel zur Gleisebene (8) angeordnet ist, welcher den Lagerkörper (9) mittel- und/oder unmittelbar trägt, und mit einem Feststellelement (30), das quer zur Gleisebene (8) beweg- und feststellbar ist, festlegbar ist.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Feststellelement (30) durch die und/oder weitere Fläche (29, 31) geführt ist, und die und/oder weitere Fläche ein Langloch (32) aufweist, das sich im wesentlichen parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung (a) der Zungenschiene (4) erstreckt.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die und/oder weitere Fläche (29, 31) im Längsschnitt parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung (a) der Zungenschiene (4) mit Erhebungen und diesen entsprechenden Vertiefungen, z. B. sägen-, mäander- zickzack-förmig, ausgebildet ist.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Backenschiene (2), z. B. dem Träger (3), eine Lochschiene (22), die sich im wesentlichen in Bewegungsrichtung (a) der Zungenschiene (4) erstreckt, verbunden ist, wobei in zumindest einem Loch (28) in Formschluß ein Zapfen (27) der Halterung eingreift, so daß die Halterung in Bewegungsrichtung (a) der Zungenschiene (4) lageveränderlich festlegbar ist.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lochschiene (22) im Querschnitt C-förmig ist und in dieser ein Profil gehalten ist, das die Fläche des Stellteiles (24) aufweist.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil eine Aufnahme, insbesondere Gewinde (34) für das Feststellement (30), z. B. Schraube, aufweist.
- Weiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekenneichnet, daß der Stellteil (24) mit der Fläche eine Aufnahme (25) für den Lagerkörper (9), insbesondere einen Fortsatz, derselben, vorzugsweise für eine Blattfeder (10), welcher den Lagerkörper (9) in Richtung quer zur Gleisebene (8) bewegbar hält, aufweist.
- Weiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (25) im Querschnitt T-förmig ist und mit einem, insbesondere dem, Profil und einem zu diesem bewegbaren Teil, insbesondere Stellteil (24), mit der weiteren Fläche (31) ausgebildet ist.
- Weiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gleitstuhl (5) eine im Querschnitt T-förmige Nut (33) aufweist, die sich im wesentlichen in Bewegungsrichtung (a) der Zungenschiene (4) erstreckt und die Aufnahme (25) der Halterung, insbesondere der C-förmigen Lochschiene (22), trägt und/oder bildet.
- Weiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerkörper (9) mit seinen beiden Enden in Richtung quer zur Bewegungsrichtung (a) der Zungenschiene jeweils in einer Halterung gehalten ist.
- Weiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerkörper (9) eine Höhenstelleinrichtung (21) für den Rollenkörper aufweist.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Enden der Achse (11) für das Rollenlager Stellschrauben (21) angreifen.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (11) Gewinde für die Stellschrauben (21) aufweisen.
