Claims (7)
- Rolle für einen Radialgewinderollkopf, die an ihrem Umfang ein Gewindeformprofil mit einer Abflachung, einem Gewindeeinlaufabschnitt, einem Gewindekalibrierabschnitt und einem Gewindeauslaufabschnitt aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Längshälfte der Rolle in einer Radialebene außer in der Abflachung (16, 24) am Umfang ein ringförmig umlaufender Nutabschnitt (14) geformt ist und auf beiden Seiten des Nutabschnitts (14) ein Gewindeformprofil (10, 12, 10a, 12a) eingeformt ist, wobei die Steigung der Gewindeformprofile entgegengesetzt und die Lage der Abflachungen (16, 24) übereinstimmend ist.
- Rolle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindeformprofilabschnitte (10, 12) identisch sind.
- Rolle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindeformprofilabschnitte unterschiedlich sind.
- Rolle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindeformprofilabschnitte einen unterschiedlichen Hub aufweisen.
- Rolle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchmesser der Gewindeformprofilabschnitte (10a, 12a) unterschiedlich sind.
- Rolle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Nut (14) mindestens der Steigung der Gewindeformprofilabschnitte plus einem bestimmten Überlaufbetrag entspricht.
- Rolle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe der Nut (14) der Profilhöhe plus einem minimalen Einlaufhub (34) entspricht.
