Abstract

Dargestellt und beschrieben ist eine schraubenlose Anschluss- oder Verbindungsklemme für elektrische Leiter mit einem Kontaktrahmen, der ein U-Profil mit einem U-Steg und parallel zueinander ausgerichteten U-Schenkeln beinhaltet, und einer mit dem Kontaktrahmen zusammenwirkenden Klemmfeder, die einen Klemmfedersteg und Federschenkel aufweist, deren Klemmfedersteg mit dem U-Profil des Kontaktrahmens verbunden ist und deren Federschenkel mit ihren Klemmkanten an Widerlagern des Kontaktrahmens anliegen. Die erfindungsgemäße Besonderheit besteht darin, dass einige oder alle U-Schenkel des U-Profils des Kontaktrahmens über den U-Steg des U-Profils Fortsätze aufweisen, die nach auswärts verformt sind und die zur Anlage der Klemmkanten der Federschenkel bestimmten Widerlager des Kontaktrahmens ausbilden, und dass der Klemmfedersteg der Klemmfeder am U-Profil des Kontaktrahmens angreift und Arme aufweist, die nach auswärts über die Kanten der U-Schenkel des U-Profils des Kontaktrahmens geführt sind und an ihren Enden die Federschenkel tragen, welche durch Umbiegung zwischen die Widerlager des Kontaktrahmens geführt sind und deren freie, die Klemmkanten ausbildenden Enden zurück nach innen weisen. Eine derartige Klemme verfügt über völlig unabhängige Klemmstellen, die sich hinsichtlich der Klemmkräfte nicht gegenseitig beeinflussen. Weiterhin wird durch den quasi skelettartigen Aufbau sowohl des Kontaktrahmens als auch der Klemmfeder ein überaus geringer Materialverschnitt erreicht.
