Definitions
- the present invention relates to a refractory shaft door for elevator shafts.
- Shaft doors form in the closed Condition of a safety device against falling into the elevator shaft. If the cabin is present behind the landing door, the latter is done by the door operator on the cabin unlocked via so-called driver and together with the cabin door opened. With both doors open is access for the elevator passenger from the floor to the Cabin possible. The doors then close automatically, and The shaft door is locked before the elevator car moves away.
- elevator shaft doors In addition to the fall protection function, elevator shaft doors have often the task of spreading fire in the building to prevent over the elevator shaft, as well as the circulation to minimize fire gases. In most countries there are regulations on fire protection properties of Elevator shaft doors and fire tests, for the purpose of obtaining a fire protection certificate for a certain construction is required. Essentially Limits are defined for fire doors Loss of stability, deformations and maximum gap widths, caused by fire for a certain period. Usually there is also a minimal temperature difference between Floor and shaft side of the shaft door prescribed.
- the present invention relates to a refractory Elevator shaft door in the form of a double-leaf horizontal sliding door.
- This consists mainly of one Shaft door frames and two horizontally movable ones Door leaves.
- the lower end of the door wing is over guide shoes guided in guideways in the door sill.
- Door frames and Door leaves are usually suitable for the specific purpose stably built and in suitable places with thermal insulation materials equipped. Gap between door leaves and door frame as well as between the closing edges of both door leaves are open a due to mechanical function and manufacturing tolerances Minimum width, which is also in the relevant regulations is defined to restrict.
- Such a shaft door is known from EP 0 548 486 B1. Included with the landing door described in this document the door leaves, in addition to heat-insulating layers, vertically flowable cavities on the shaft side. in the In the event of a fire on the corridor, the air heats up these cavities and rises, being continuously cooler Shaft air flows in. This is supposed to be in the regulations in some countries the temperature differences between the corridor-side and shaft-side shaft door wall can be reached.
- the construction described has several major disadvantages on.
- the manufacture of these cooling channels causes considerable Extra cost. Because in a high-rise building up to 30 such landing doors are required, they affect Additional costs massive on the total cost of the elevator.
- the present invention consists in a shaft door construction, which does not contain the disadvantages mentioned and which properties required in the regulations Thermal insulation and stability in the event of fire, despite simplified, space-saving and cost-optimized design.
- the fire resistance and the relative flatness of the door leaves are brought about essentially by flanging flat housings, preferably made of sheet steel, which contain highly efficient thermal insulation materials, onto non-fire-resistant standard door leaves.
- mats made of microporous, fiber-reinforced insulation material, produced from a mixture of inorganic oxides have given optimal results for the application at hand, ie minimum layer thickness with proper thermal insulation.
- the main component of this new type of insulation is highly disperse silica, which in the form of a microcellular structure consists of small hollow spheres with a diameter of 5 - 30 nm.
- the use of this material allows, compared to conventional insulation, with the same insulation effect, the layer thickness to be reduced to about a quarter, which has a direct effect on the flatness of the insulation housing and thus the entire shaft door.
- Another significant advantage of the refractory landing door according to the invention is that it is created by flanging the insulation housing by means of detachable connecting elements on non-fireproof door leaves of standard landing doors. Particular attention should be paid to the fact that not only the thermal insulation is introduced with the insulating material housings, but that these housings are shaped in such a way that, when the door is closed, they form a baffle against the passage of flames and gases in the form of a mutual overlap when the door is closed .
- the thermal insulation material is laid in two layers (mats) in the insulation material housing.
- this has the advantage that the cavities of the insulation housing in the area of the closing edge overlap can be filled with the least effort by one of the layers.
- this embodiment allows the arrangement of multi-part thermal insulation layers in such a way that, in order to avoid continuous gaps, the parting lines in the first layer are offset from those in the second layer.
- an additional, thin insulation plate is inserted between the housing and door leaves.
- the proposed door frame construction is unique Simplicity, z. B.
- the shape of the steel sheet profiles serves both stability and sealing. Thanks to the extremely flat design of the door jambs as well as the on this gliding past, equipped with flat insulating material housings fireproof door leaves this shaft door, with minimal loss of usable shaft cross-sectional area, in the simplest way from the inside of the shaft in the area flange the access opening to the level shaft wall. It can be set in adjustment ranges, the large construction tolerances are aligned, align in all directions. Occurring gaps between the door frame and the shaft wall result from uneven walls or alignment processes, are clogged with elastic, fire-resistant sealing profiles.
- FIG. 1 shows a shaft door 1 according to the invention, as can be seen from the inside of the elevator shaft.
- a support bracket 2 is shown at the bottom, which is fixed vertically adjustable to the shaft wall 3 by means of dowel screws. It supports a door sill construction 4 which forms the door frame together with two door posts 5 and a door fighter 6 (not visible in FIG. 1).
- a roller guide bracket 7 which is screwed to the fighter 6 of the door frame and carries a roller guide track 8 and a heat-insulating cover 9.
- Two door leaves 10, 11 are suspended on roller holders 12 via guide rollers 13 (not visible in FIG. 1) on the roller guide track 8 and guided at the lower end by means of guide plates 14 in the groove of a door sill profile 15 (not visible in FIG.
- Fig. 2 shows a vertical section through the entire shaft door arrangement.
- Shaft wall 3 with access opening 26 between the floor corridor and elevator is shown on the right-hand side.
- Flanged to the inside of the elevator shaft is the shaft door frame consisting of the door sill construction 4, the two door posts 5 and the door fighter 6, the components of which are welded to one another.
- the door sill construction in turn is composed of a base bracket 20, a sill bracket 21, a plurality of C-shaped fastening profiles 22 welded to it, and a decorative threshold section 23 fixed in the sill bracket.
- the support bracket 2 is visible, on which the door sill construction is adjustably fastened in the horizontal plane.
- the roller guide bracket 7 screwed to the door fighter 6 is also fixed to the shaft wall in an adjustable manner by means of several fastening elements 16. Between the door frame, formed from the door bracket 6 and the two door posts 5, and the shaft wall, a sealing compound 24 made of refractory fibers can be seen, which is stuffed into the intermediate space after adjustment of the frame.
- the door fighter itself is equipped on its inner surfaces with thermal insulation panels 25.
- the roller guide track 8, in which the guide rollers 13 roll, which carry and guide the door leaves 10, 11 via roller holders 12, is fixed to the roller guide carrier 7 fastened to the door fighter 6. At the lower part of the door wing you can see the guide plates 14 equipped with guide shoes 14.1, which are guided in a groove of the door sill profile 23 inserted in the door sill construction 4.
- a door leaf 10, 11 essentially consists of a central door panel plate 27, which is stiffened by its own bevels 33 on both vertical sides and by additionally welded, horizontally arranged folding profiles 34. Its uppermost transverse profile 28 is extended upward beyond the actual door panel and forms the connecting link to the roller holders 12 and the guide rollers 13 in this area.
- a Z profile 29 attached to this extension over the entire width of the door leaf works in conjunction with a bevel on the door fighter 6 on the one hand as emergency guidance in the event of failure of the guide rollers in the event of fire and on the other hand as a labyrinthine flow obstacle for hot gases flowing through the gaps over the door leaves.
- the door leaf described so far corresponds to the standard door leaf as used for applications without special requirements for fire resistance.
- the fireproof shaft door according to the invention is equipped with flat insulating material housings 30 made of folded sheet steel flanged to the standard door leaves by means of screw connections. These are completely closed and filled with two highly efficient thermal insulation layers 31. It can be seen from the drawing that, thanks to the two-layer arrangement of insulation material, multi-piece insulation panels with mutually offset joint (35) can be used for large door fields. In this way, a continuous gap in the insulation caused by shrinkage as a result of heat can be avoided.
- a heat insulation plate 32 additionally inserted between the door panel plate 27 and the insulation housing 30 eliminates the thermal bridge formed by the housing.
- FIG. 3 shows a horizontal section through the shaft door.
- the door jamb 5 made of folded sheet metal, as well as the refractory sealing compound 24 applied between them and the shaft wall.
- the U-shaped edges facing the door opening serve on the one hand to stiffen the door jamb, on the other hand they form in cooperation with corresponding parts on the insulation housing 30 a labyrinthine flow obstacle 36 for flames and gases.
- the advantageous effects of the insulation housing 30 according to the invention can be seen particularly well in this illustration Flanging onto standard door leaves gives them the required thermal insulation properties, as well as a labyrinthine flow obstacle 36 in the area of the rear edge of the door and an overlap as a flow baffle in the area of the closing edge, whereby this overlap is easily filled with insulation due to the two-layer design of the insulation insert 31 can be.
- the additional thermal insulation panels 32 inserted to prevent thermal bridges between the door panel and the insulating material housing can also be seen.
- This view also shows the design of the fixing tabs 17, which serve to stabilize the door jambs and are deformed by pressing or pulling by hand during assembly so that they compensate for existing construction tolerances.
- the door sill profile 23 with groove can also be seen here, in which the shaft door leaves 10, 11 are guided on their underside.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- zeigt einen Vertikalschnitt durch die gesamte Schachttüre
