Claims (8)
- Waffensimulator für ein Kampffahrzeug, insbesondere einem Kampfpanzer, mit einem im Fahrzeug schwenkbar gelagerten Wiegenkörper (1), der an seinem inneren Ende einen, einem Waffenverschluß nachgebildeten Verschluß (2) trägt und in den anstelle eines Waffenrohres ein Führungsgestell (3) eingesetzt ist mit Führungsschienen (7.1) auf denen ein Schlitten (5) zum Transport eines Übungsgeschosses (ÜG) aus dem Verschluß (2) in eine außerhalb des Fahrzeugs liegende Abgabeposition und wieder zurück bewegbar ist und bei welchem der Verschluß (2) gegenüber dem Wiegenkörper (1) in eine den Rücklauf des Waffenrohres simulierende, nach hinten versetzte Position und wieder nach vorne bewegbar ist, wobei die Bewegungen des Schlittens (5) und des Verschlusses (2) durch getrennte Antriebsvorrichtungen erzeugt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Antriebsvorrichtung für den Schlitten (5) ein erster Elektromotor (6) dient, der an dem Führungsgestell (3) angeordnet ist und dessen Abtriebswelle ein Ritzel (6.1) trägt, welches in eine mit dem Schlitten (5) verbundene, parallel zu dessen Bewegungsrichtung verlaufende Zahnstange (7) eingreift, und als Antriebsvorrichtung für den Verschluß (2) zwei zu beiden Seiten des Wiegenkörpers (1) angeordnete Spindelantriebe (8.1, 8.2) dienen, deren Spindelmuttern jeweils mit dem Verschluß (2) verbunden sind und deren Spindel jeweils über einen zweiten und dritten Elektromotor (9.1, 9.2) angetrieben werden, und daß die Elektromotoren (6,9.1,9.2) von einer Regelelektronik (11) derart angesteuert werden, daß die Bewegungen des Schlittens (5) und des Verschlusses (2) aufeinander abgestimmt nach einem vorgegebenen Programm ablaufen.
- Waffensimulator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Elektromotoren (6, 9.1, 9.2) bürstenlose Servomotoren dienen, die mit einer Bremsvorrichtung und integrierten Drehgebern versehen sind.
- Waffensimulator nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spindelantriebe (8.1, 8.2) für die Bewegung des Verschlusses (2) in Gehäusen angeordnet sind, die den Rohrbremsen nachgebildet sind.
- Waffensimulator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Übungsgeschossen (ÜG) mit abtrennbarem Hülsenboden (HB) die Abtrennung während der Vorwärtsbewegung des Schlittens (5) nach einer vorgegebenen Wegstrecke durch Einrasten eines Hebels (10) in eine Verriegelung des Übungsgeschosses (ÜG) erfolgt.
- Waffensimulator nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelelektronik (11) zuerst den Elektromotor (6) für den Schlitten (5) und erst nach dem Abtrennen des Hülsenbodens (HB) die Elektromotoren (9.1, 9.2) für den Verschluß (2) ansteuert.
- Waffensimulator nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektromotoren (6, 9.1, 9.2) von der Regelelektronik (11) gemäß dem vorgegebenen Programm derart angesteuert werden, daß folgender Bewegungsablauf erzielt wird:a) Nach Auslösen eines Abfeuerimpulses durchläuft der Schliffen (5) während eines ersten Zeitraums (0-I) eine vorgegebene Wegstrecke, auf der die Abtrennung des Hülsenbodens (HB) erfolgt;b) nach Abtrennung des Hülsenbodens (HB) läuft der Schliffen (5) weiter bis in seine Umkehrposition (6);c) nach Ablauf des ersten Zeitraums (0-I) setzt sich der Verschluß (2) in Bewegung und läuft während eines zweiten Zeitraums (I-VI) erst beschleunigt, dann gleichförmig und schließlich abgebremst in seine Umkehrposition (2) und in entgegengesetzter Richtung in einer entsprechenden Bewegung wieder nach vorne in seine Ausgangsposition (V), wobei im letzten Teilabschnitt (III-IV) dieser Vorlaufbewegung der Verschluß (2) geöffnet und der Hülsenboden (HB) ausgeworfen wird;d) nach Ablauf des zweiten Zeitraums (I-V) läuft der Schlitten in seine Ausgangsposition (VIII) zurück, wobei in einem ersten Teilabschnitt (VI-VII) der Rücklaufbewegung, in welcher das Übungsgeschoß (ÜG) ausgeworfen wird, die Beschleunigung niedriger ist als in einem zweiten Teilabschnitt (VI-VIIA) und dann in einem dritten Teilabschnitt (VIIA-VIII) der Schlitten (5) abgebremst in die Grundposition (VIII) bewegt wird.
- Waffensimulator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionen des Schlittens (5) und des Verschlusses (2) durch Sensoren überwacht werden, deren Ausgangssignale der Regelelektronik (11) zugeführt werden.
- Waffensimulator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Notbetrieb die Elektromotoren (6, 9.1, 9.2) über die Regelelektronik (11) manuell ansteuerbar sind, wobei die Bewegungen des Schlittens (5) und des Verschlusses (2) mit herabgesetzter Geschwindigkeit erfolgen.
