- la figure 1, déjà décrite, est une section qui représente schématiquement une partie d'une machine de défibrage de l'art antérieur ;
- la figure 2 est une vue de côté, en coupe verticale, qui représente schématiquement une machine de défibrage conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 3 est une section selon la ligne III-III de la figure 2 ;
- la figure 4 est une section comparable à la figure 3, illustrant à plus grande échelle la forme des pales de la roue percutante ; et
- la figure 5 est une section comparable à la figure 4, illustrant une variante de réalisation.
Claims (5)
- Machine pour défibrer des blocs (B) d'une matière organique naturelle ou synthétique, comprenant une corbeille (18) dont une région périphérique est munie d'organes de coupe (28), et une roue percutante (38), apte à tourner coaxialement à l'intérieur de la corbeille et munie de pales (42) à proximité des organes de coupe (28), machine caractérisée en ce que chacune des pales (42) est incurvée progressivement vers l'avant, depuis une première partie (50a) orientée sensiblement radialement jusqu'à une deuxième partie (50b) qui prolonge la première partie, sans discontinuité, vers l'intérieur de la roue (38), l'extrémité de la deuxième partie (50b) étant orientée selon une direction sensiblement circonférentielle par rapport à la roue, de façon à accélérer progressivement les blocs (B) à défibrer vers les organes de coupe (28), par glissement sur lesdites pales (42).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la première partie est une partie principale plane (50a) et la deuxième partie est une partie terminale incurvée (50b), qui prolonge tangentiellement la partie principale plane (50a).
- Machine selon la revendications 2, dans laquelle la partie terminale incurvée (50b) de chacune des pales (42) présente en section sensiblement la forme d'un quart de cercle.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle une extrémité extérieure de chacune des pales (42) comprend, sur sa face avant, un biseau (50c) incurvé progressivement vers l'arrière, en se rapprochant des organes de coupe (28).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle la face avant de chacune des pales (42) est formée intégralement sur une pièce démontable (50).
