Description
Auch bei der Verwendung eines Modulträgers ist es zweckmäßig, alle Schloß- und Schloßbetätigungselemente zu einem Modul zusammenzufassen, das am Modulträger vormontiert ist. In diesem Falle sind nicht nur das Einfädeln des Schloßmoduls zwischen Innen- und Außenblech der Tür zu berücksichtigen, sondern auch die wesentlich größeren Toleranzen, die zwischen dem Modulträger und der Tür auftreten können.

Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Befestigen eines zumindest aus einem Schloßteil (4), dessen Betätigungsteil (5) und einer Abdeckung (7) bestehenden Schloßmoduls an einem Modulträger für eine zweischalige Fahrzeugtür, der die Funktionsmodule der Fahrzeugtür trägt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Modulträger (1) ein allseitig biegsamer und dabei rückstellfähiger sowie in Längsrichtung elastischer Tragarm (2, 22) befestigt ist, der über eine Trägerplatte (3) das Schloßmodul freitragend und federnd in der Montageposition fixiert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragarm (2) rohrförmig ausgebildet ist zur Aufnahme eines Bowdenzugs (8) für das Betätigungsteil (5) des Schloßmoduls und/oder elektrischer Kabel.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragarm (2) ein separat montierbares Hohlformteil ist mit einem näherungsweise sphärischen Anschlußbereich (9) für den Anschluß der Trägerplatte (3), einem rohrförmigen Mittelbereich (10) und einem Flanschbereich (11) für die Befestigung am Modulträger (1), einem ringfaltenförmigen Biege- und Rückstellbereich (12).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragarm (2) den Modulträger (1) hin abgedichtet durchgreift, und daß schloßseitig der Austritt des Betäigungsbowdenzuges (8) und/oder der elektrischen Kabel gegen Feuchteeintritt gedichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragarm (22) einen offenen, im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt (16) besitzt, in den ein Bowdenzug (8) für die Schloßbetätigung und/oder elektrische Kabel (17) einlegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der offene, U-förmige Querschnitt (16) des Tragarmes (22) durch ein die offene Seite (18) übergreifendes, ebenfalls U-förmiges Ergänzungsformstück (19) schließbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der offene Querschnitt (16) des Tragarms (22) zum Einlegen des Bowdenzuges (8) für die Schloßbetätigung und/oder der elektrischen Kabel (17) aufbiegbar ist, und diese nach dem einlegen durch Zurückfedern im Tragarm (22) fixierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt (16) des Tragarmes (22) im Wesentlichen ein einseitig offenes Spitzoval ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die offene Seite (18) des Tragarmes (22) durch mindestens eine Schnappverbindung (19) schließbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragarm (22) durch Einklippen am Modulträger (1) befestigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geometrie der Einklipsung, mit der der Tragarm (22) am Modulträger (1) befestigt ist, eine Verschiebung des Tragarmes (22) in seiner Längsrichtung (Fahrtrichtung) gestattet, eine Drehung um den Befestigungsbereich aber nicht zuläßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragarm (2, 22) mindestens einen Abzweigstutzen besitzt, durch den mindestens ein elektrische Kabel getrennt herausgeführt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragarm (2, 22) ein thermoplastisches Formteil ist.
