Definitions
- the invention relates to a lock with handle actuated and lockable main latch that snaps into a striker, as well as with an auxiliary latch, which with the door closed is inserted through the striker and when inserted the main trap locked, the main trap in a locking device in its fully extended position acted upon, which attacks the auxiliary trap and this in holds their extended position, such as a locking lever with a control edge on one against the Insertion direction directed surface, in particular on a Attack of the auxiliary trap attacks, the inlet surface of the Main trap head of the inlet surface of the auxiliary trap head advance release of the auxiliary trap lock in the course of Closing the door is upstream, one in the The door is closed when the auxiliary latch is inserted automatically extendable by spring force and by one Lever and / or locking cylinder retractable bolt is provided, as well as a spring-loaded bolt in the guard locking the retracted position, in particular a rocker, the bolt is assigned, which when inserted Aid trap in the release position of the tumbler or rocker is pivotable
- a trap self-locking lock in the closed position Additionally lock the door when the bolt is pushed out, so that the trap, for example by inserting a plate into the door gap, cannot be pushed back. If it is succeeds, for example a credit card equal to one insert the unlockable latch deep into the door gap, then the front edge of this hits as a burglary tool misused credit card against the inclined surface (Inlet slope) of the trap and pushes it back. To this Wise could be the additional caused by an extended trap Lock a door that can only be operated from the inside is to be bypassed so that only the bolt locks the door keeps locked.
- DE 215 150 B is a self-locking lock known that a trap and a spring force in the Has locked position pretensioned bolt.
- the bolt will held in the open position by a latch.
- the trap holds the latch in the locked position and only releases the pawl when the latch is inserted and thereby the pawl is blocked is canceled.
- DE 37 00 891 A1 relates to a lock a bolt spring-loaded in the locking direction, which in the opening position is held by a catch. The latter is triggered directly by an auxiliary trap.
- EP 670 404 A1 is a self-locking one Lock with a spring-loaded bolt, a latch and an auxiliary trap that has a catch to hold on to the latch operated.
- a specially trained pivot lever is intended to block the auxiliary trap. This causes blocking the auxiliary trap as long as the trap is extended is.
- the door moves Fall in and pivot the swivel lever so that the Aid trap can recede. This retreat triggers the Disengage that has held the bolt up to now. The bar rushes forward and hits the face of the lock plate it finally snaps into its bolt pocket.
- the invention aims at both the main trap lock when the door is closed as well as the bolt trigger as soon as the bolt pocket of the striker faces directly in alignment. To prevent incorrect operation To avoid this, the auxiliary latch is locked when the door is open.
- This Target is with a lock as described in the beginning Type achieved, according to the invention in or on the shaft of the Auxiliary trap a bolt or slide slidably mounted is the one in the inserted position of the auxiliary trap with one of the main trap protruding from it actuatable release lever and on the other hand with the tumbler, in particular, the seesaw is kinematically aligned to pivot it, so that it only protrudes into a case of the striker Main trap the bolt to snap into his Bolt pocket of the striker is released.
- Main trap and auxiliary trap at least one of the main trap controlled, axially displaceable pin is provided, the when inserting the main trap from a locked position
- Auxiliary trap is displaceable and for example from a contact surface takes off at the auxiliary trap.
- the pin performs a linear movement approximately parallel to the faceplate of the lock housing and can also be mounted on this forend.
- the pen is lying in a preferred embodiment on the head side of a Control surface of the main trap or main trap, which lifts the pin when the main trap is inserted. It can A slot control is provided between the pin and the main latch be, with a slider of the pin in the slot intervenes. The pen is thus positively controlled.
- Another Embodiment implemented with advantage provides that in the auxiliary trap approximately perpendicular to the insertion direction of the same a spring-loaded pin is mounted in a bore, which at pushed out main trap in a housing-fixed guide stored housing pin is flush, with the Housing pin from a control surface of the main trap against the Pen is movable in the auxiliary trap and this out of the Hole emerges in the auxiliary trap and the division level between Aid trap and guide interlocked. Consequently split pins are used, like this for tumblers are known in locking cylinders.
- the main trap or the Shaft of the same acts as a control, which the outside the auxiliary trap moves the pin ("housing pin"), who in turn is the one in the auxiliary trap and spring-loaded pin axially pushed back and thus the auxiliary latch blocked.
- the control surface retracts the body pin Main trap shifts to a position in which the contiguous End faces of the pins in the division plane or sliding surface between the auxiliary latch and the housing-fixed Guide the housing pin lie.
- Fig. 1 shows a lock with a handle-operated main latch and with an auxiliary latch that can be locked against incorrect operation, with the door open
- Fig. 2 the lock with the door closed
- Fig. 3 shows another embodiment of the auxiliary latch lock with the door open
- Fig. 3a shows a detail after the first touch the main latch with the striker
- Fig. 3b when closed Door and a detail from below
- Fig. 4 is a view 3b but including the main latch lock
- Fig. 5 shows another embodiment of the auxiliary latch lock with spring-loaded, split pins when open Door
- Fig. 5a shows a detail when closing the door shortly after first contact of the main latch with the striker
- FIG. 6 the complete lock according to the invention including of the automatic bolt with an auxiliary latch lock 5, with the door open
- FIG. 7 the lock with the door closed Door with locked main latch and extended Bars.
- Main trap 2 can be pushed in and out against the force of a spring 3 stored. Via a nut 4, the corresponding one Control surface 5, the main trap 2 by means of a Be pulled back. Below the main trap is 2 an auxiliary trap 6 spring-loaded against insertion. For this purpose, a spring is supported on the one hand on a housing-fixed Bolts and on the other hand inside the auxiliary trap 5. Both traps 2 and 6 pass over one with the door open Faceplate 7.
- the main trap 2 has a safety device, which prevents sliding in when the door is closed a plate-like burglary tool in the door gap the main trap 2 can be pushed back.
- This security device blocks the main latch when the door is closed 2 in its extended position.
- About the auxiliary trap 6 is sensed whether the door is closed, because that stock-side striker 37 (FIG. 2) sees a trap pocket for the intervention of the main trap 2, but not one such a case bag for the auxiliary trap 6 before. The latter takes in the closed position of the door that shown in Fig. 2 inserted position.
- Such safety devices for the main trap are known. Many of them work in such a way that even a short time Pushing the auxiliary trap 6 in the safety device and thus the blocking of the main trap 2 is activated. This remains activated even if the auxiliary trap 6 emerges again.
- the latch can only be blocked by pressing the handle from the inside undone. So it cannot be ruled out that with the door open someone on the auxiliary trap 6 attacks and thus the main trap blocking in the unwanted Trigger time. However, this would mean that the next time the door is closed, the blocked main latch 2 will not retreat, so do not snap into the striker 37 can, but strikes hard on it. This will Lock and striker 37 damaged.
- auxiliary trap 6 To prevent a mere short insertion the auxiliary trap 6 already sees the above effect 1 and 2 before that with the door open Auxiliary trap 6 is locked and for the time being the release Main trap 2 must be inserted a bit. It is not assume the two conditions for activation the locking of the main trap 2 actually in the intended Order occurs by chance.
- the auxiliary trap 6 has one in one embodiment Stop 8 on which a control edge 9 of a locking lever 10 attacks as soon as the main trap 2 in its entirety extended position. This shown in Fig. 1 Situation leads to the auxiliary trap being pushed out 6 (with the door open) cannot be moved back and is therefore secured against incorrect operation. Only when the around the pivot point 11 pivotable locking lever 10 by a small If the angle is turned to the right, the control edge 9 lifts from the stop 8 and the auxiliary trap 6 can be pushed back become. This small rotation of the locking lever 10 is through the main trap 2 has been pushed back slightly, in its drop shaft 12 a lever arm 13 of the locking lever 10 intervenes with some play.
- a cylindrical spring 16, each with a spring leg at the ends is pivotable about a pin 17 stored.
- the latter leads when the auxiliary trap 6 is inserted spread by the spring 16 with its two V-shaped Thighs, a rotational movement, wherein a contact surface 19th this plate 18 for support under the second shoulder 20th the locking lever 10 is rotated.
- a contact surface 19th this plate 18 for support under the second shoulder 20th the locking lever 10 is rotated.
- Between the shoulders 15 and 20 is the fulcrum of the locking lever 10. If this supported on both sides of its fulcrum by contact surfaces is then a rotation of the locking lever 10 is excluded.
- the one engaging in the case shaft 12 of the main case 2 Lever arm 13 thus blocks the main trap 2, so that they against manipulation and especially against the Attempt to insert from the outside is secured.
- a pin 30 is in a guide fixed to the housing 31 against the force of a spring 32 along the faceplate 7 stored.
- the head of the pin 30 lies on one Control surface 33 of the main trap 2 or the main case shaft 12 on.
- the pin 30 extends through the guide 31 fixed to the housing and then a slot-like free space 34 in the auxiliary trap 6.
- a collar 35 attached, the one according to FIG. 3 a step 36 directly opposite the auxiliary trap 6.
- both main latch 2 and also auxiliary trap 6 pushed out.
- the control surface 33 holds the Collar 35 in the insertion level of the auxiliary trap 6 in height level 36.
- the auxiliary trap 6 cannot be inserted become. Only when according to Fig. 3a when closing the door through the somewhat advanced inlet surface of the main trap 2 an edge of a striker 37 is pushed back, runs the pin 30 on a ramp of the control surface 33.
- the Pin 30 is linearly displaced against the force of the spring 32 and the collar 35 lifts off the auxiliary trap 6, so that the Level 36 is now optional. In the course of the further closing movement the auxiliary latch 6 can also be inserted into the door.
- Fig. 3b is the free space 34 with the pin 30 or its collar 35 also shown as a further detail in bottom view.
- the main latch is locked in this position, as shown in FIG. 4.
- the locking lever 10 is namely with his shoulder 20 on the Contact surface 19 of the plate 18. The latter was compared their position in Fig. 3 due to the insertion of the auxiliary trap 6 pivoted by the spring 16 into the position shown in FIG. 4.
- FIG. 5 Another alternative for a locking device shows Fig. 5.
- Parallel to the faceplate 7 are in a guide fixed to the housing 31, which continues in a hole in auxiliary trap 6, a housing pin 38 and an auxiliary latch pin 39 against Spring force slidably mounted.
- the housing pin 38 lies with one end on a control surface 33 of the main trap 2 and with the other end to the auxiliary trap pin 39.
- the auxiliary latch pin 39 lies in the open door Partition level between the housing-fixed guide 31 and auxiliary trap 6, whereby the auxiliary trap 6 is blocked. This can it does not cause malfunctions as a result of a unintentional insertion of the auxiliary trap 6 can.
- the main latch does not become active until the door is closed 2 due to the sloping intake surface slightly further forward than that of the auxiliary trap through an edge of the Striker within the game the blocked itself Main trap 2 pushed back before this edge Aid trap 6 reached (analog Fig. 3a). 5a shows this situation.
- the pair of pins 38 and 39 is through the ramp pushed back in the control surface 33 and just as far, that the interface between pins 38 and 39 in the aforementioned division level. So that's the blocking the auxiliary trap 6 lifted. During the further closing process can the auxiliary latch 6 through the striker entirely be inserted.
- FIG. 6 and 7 is the locking device according to FIG. 5 or 5a in connection with the entire lock construction shown as an example. It could of course be another Locking device for the auxiliary trap 6 in its place to step. 6, the auxiliary trap blocking shown analogous to FIG. 5. With the door closed and pushed out main trap 2 you can see that the Division brought pins 38, 39 to each other in the plane of division are moved, since the auxiliary trap 6 by the Striker 37 is pushed back. This is how related explained with FIGS. 2 and 4, the main trap 2 locked.
- a release lever 24 is in the form of a two-armed angle lever provided on the one hand by a stop surface on the main drop shaft 12 at the Extension movement is taken.
- This release lever 24 sets the horizontal extension movement of the main trap 2 in a vertical movement of a stored in the shaft of the auxiliary trap 6 Bolt 25.
- the bolt 25 makes the horizontal movement the auxiliary trap 6 with. Is the door open (Fig. 6), then the bolt 25 is made of the kinematic connection moved out to release lever 24. But when the door is closed is (Fig. 7), then the pin axis is exactly aligned with the release edge of the release lever 24 and the pin 25 executes a pushing movement against the control edge of the Rocker 23 is directed. Thus, a torque acts on the Rocker 23; the rocker 23 swings over and her nose gives that Latch 21 free, which now jumps forward.
- the auxiliary shank can with a Leadership, e.g. a dovetail on a flat side, be formed in which a slide perpendicular to the direction of movement the auxiliary trap 6 slides.
- Bolt 25 or slide are biased by a spring (not shown) that they have the auxiliary trap 6 or its shaft above protrude (Fig. 6).
- This spring can e.g. on the axis of the Rocker 23 can be provided and the rocker 23 clockwise preload. If a lever arm of the rocker 23 at the lower end of the bolt 25 or slide, then the same is in the neutral position (Fig. 6) pressed up. First the Release lever 24 can the pin 25 or, the slide under the requirement of the inserted auxiliary trap 6 down to press.
- the above mechanism only works if when the door is closed, the auxiliary latch 6 from the striker 37 pushed back and the main trap 2 after pushing back through the striker 37 already on the way to The main latch pocket of the striker 37 is.
- the delayed advance of bolt 21 ensures that the latch 21 is not against the end face of the striker 37 strikes and grinds there until complete When the door is closed, finally latch the bolt into the bolt pocket can. Rather, the latch 21 is only in accordance with the invention then triggered when its movement into the locked position is no longer in the way.
- a retraction of the bolt 21 as well as the main trap 2 takes place by means of the nut 4 and a pusher (not shown).
- the plate 18 is part of a lever that of the nut 4 is actuated via a control surface. If from Fig. 7 starting the nut 4 by a handle clockwise is rotated by approximately 45 °, then the plate 18 swivels and the two-armed extension provided in continuation of plate 18 Lever counterclockwise and pulls the latch 21.
- the actuation can also be done by a lock cylinder in a known manner Way.
- a change is, for example Connection to the main latch 2 while the locking nose of the Lock cylinder causes the retraction of the bolt 21.
