Definitions
- the invention relates to a ventilation device.
- Ventilation devices are already known from the DE-U1- 94 14 621.
- the ventilation device is with a cross flow fan and consists of a guide element encompassing the pressure chamber, a separation between the suction and pressure chamber and at least one in Side parts rotatably mounted fan roller with approximately parallel to the axis of rotation extending blade edges.
- the cross-flow fan provides that the guiding element is based on a line of closest approximation to the circumference of the fan roller with preferably continuously increasing Distance from the circumference of the fan roller.
- DE 38 28 852 A1 also shows a ventilation device which is preferably intended for ventilation of living and office spaces, whereby this device is extruded from extruded profile and mostly is installed between two fighters of a window construction, whereby at least a two-part housing of the device in multiple functions at the same time also worm for the impeller of a cross-flow or Radial fan is. This will result in a higher volume flow at the same time lower construction volume in the facility.
- the DE-U1- 94 14 621 provides that the pressure chamber comprehensive guide element, the inner boundary surface of one of frame-like plate, a panel and a panel-supported hood, and that one over the underside of the slab, panel, or panel protruding peripheral part of the fan roller from a detachably attached thereto, total air-permeable shielding trough is included. It says While outside, hood over the plate, panel or panel the shielding recess protrudes towards the interior of the room. For the separation of suction and A pressure rail is attached to an edge of the cutout, the pressure chamber with one leg close to the fan roller.
- a ventilation device in which in a fan is arranged on a housing fastened to a panel.
- the Fan is designed as a radial fan, which draws in the air by 90 ° distracted to the outside.
- the radial fan requires a large one Dimension of the housing, which is perceived as annoying.
- Both DE-U1- 94 14 621 and DE 40 23 494 C1 only serve the removal of air, for example from a building or the like. and will preferably used in the roof area.
- the hoods protrude the surface of the panel far ahead.
- the object of the invention is to provide a ventilation device at the beginning mentioned type to create a simple construction and assembly offers improved scope.
- For extended Scope of application also includes retrofitting with the Ventilation device is possible.
- the solution to the problem is to create a ventilation device according to the features of claim 1.
- the arrangement of the cross-flow fan according to the invention on the one hand an overhang of the ventilation device over the roof avoided. Thereby shading systems that run close to the roof, stay in use.
- arranging the fan roller causes below the panel that additional ventilation options are opened.
- a recirculation mode can be used together with the lockable hood can be set with the hood closed.
- the in the Fan roller protruding from the interior causes the air to circulate along the panel and prevents any occurring Condensation in the roof area.
- radial fan or Tangential fans are fixed with respect to the direction of conveyance and only by costly measures can be converted is when using a Cross flow fan in the arrangement described through the conveying direction the hood to be provided anyway adjustable.
- the maximum volume flow to be conveyed can be achieved by at least three independently adjustable openings that connect to the Long sides of the shielding trough are provided.
- hood is pivotally attached to the panel, then this ensures a stable and torsion-free attachment of the hood.
- the shielding trough has a section which acts as an air duct is and has no openings.
- the shielding trough with movable slats for determining the The path of the supply air or exhaust air flow contributes to one Increase in the volume flow that can be conveyed, since the closed Slats are equivalent to an air duct and also the open slats contribute to the directional flow within the cross-flow fan.
- an exhaust air and a recirculation position Adjust ventilation device If the slats on at least two long sides of the shielding trough are provided, an exhaust air and a recirculation position Adjust ventilation device.
- the cross-sectioned ventilation device in FIGS. 1 and 2 is as Cross-flow fan 1 trained and works with at least one by one (Not shown) electric motor driven fan roller 2.
- the Ventilation device with a guide element comprising a pressure chamber 3a 4 and a pressure chamber 3a delimiting it from a suction chamber 3b Separation 5 equipped.
- the fan roller 2 is with a ring of blades equipped, the blade edges approximately parallel to the axis of rotation are aligned.
- the guide element 4 is formed by a hood 8, which in the drawing is shown in the open state.
- the hood 8 is on the the side associated with the fan roller 2 is flat and lies in the closed state over a cutout forming the ventilation opening 9 of a panel 7.
- the panel 7 is, for example, part of a roof - for. B. the roof a winter garden or the like - and can be compared to the Horizontal incline, so that the panel 7 in the drawing sloping to the right into the load-bearing structure of the winter garden or roof can be integrated and from profiles of the winter garden or roof similar to a disc.
- the hood 8 is in the illustrated embodiment by one on the Panel 7 attached hinge 10 assigned to this pivotable and is a - not shown here - power drive from the closed position transferred to the opening position shown. In the closed position of the hood 8 this completely covers section 9.
- the hood 8 is in its strength is approximately as thick as the panel 7. Therefore, the hood 8 only marginally over the surface of the roof, but offers Similar material design, at least a similar or better one Thermal insulation value.
- a shielding trough 13 On the inside 11 of the panel 7 there is a shielding trough 13 provided, which is preferably releasably connected to the panel 7.
- the Fan roller 2 is together with the power drive for moving the hood 8 attached to the panel 7, so that the fan roller 2, as well as the power drive after removing the shielding trough 13 from the inside of the room is accessible.
- the shielding trough 13 serves on the one hand for optical purposes Shielding the fan roller 2, but is also used for air guidance.
- the shielding trough 13 are laterally and below the fan roller 2 Arranged openings 14 provided through the air from the interior of the room 11 can be sucked.
- the shielding trough 13 is adjustable Slats 14 provided, which - depending on their position - openings 14 train so that here - in connection with the guide element 4 - a Pressure can build up.
- the air is shown in Fig. 1 Ventilation position along the inner edge of the shielding trough 13 after led outside.
- the separation 5 to avoid the Flow entrainment through the straight and sharp-edged edge 7 'of the Panels 7 formed.
- edge 7 ' also is provided obliquely, whereby the separation may can improve.
- the noise-reducing function of the lower panel edge 7 "not effective.
- the oblique or straight edge can are generated by a simple saw cut with which the Cutout 9 is introduced into the panel 7.
- the fan roller 2 is for the most part arranged below the panel 7 and does not protrude above the upper edge 15 of the Panels 7 in front.
- An arrangement of the fan roller 2 is specific provided - in relation to the diameter 19 of the ventilation roller 2 an upper distance 20 from the upper edge 15 of the panel 7 is set, which is about 10% of the diameter 19 and from the front sharp-edged separation 5 a distance 21 is maintained, which is slightly smaller is dimensioned (about 40%) as the radius of the ventilation roller 2.
- the width of the Section 9 is approximately 1.2 times the diameter 19 the ventilation roller 2. In the open position of the hood 8, this is opposite the panel 7 inclined by about 30 ° to 40 °.
- the shielding trough 13 is approximately the same distance on all sides of the circumference of the fan roller 2, but approaches this in the lower area something on.
- the rear - left area in the drawing - the Shielding recess 13 forms, as already explained in more detail above Air guiding element and - due to the position of the slats - without Openings 14 formed.
- the lower one, almost horizontal in the drawing extending portion 25 forms a scraper edge 26 on which the by Fan roller 2 moving flow is guided along.
- the shielding trough 13 is U-shaped in the exemplary embodiment shown formed and consists of a thin-walled molded body, for example made of sheet metal or plastic.
- the production from plastic offers the Advantage; that the shape of the shielding trough 13 by vacuum drawing or is easy and inexpensive to manufacture by injection molding. It's next to that illustrated embodiment of course also possible that the shape the shielding trough 13 to the size and dimension of profile sections (z. B. profile 33 in Fig. 3) is adapted to the roof structure and thus wear the panel 7. This is an inconspicuous arrangement of the Shielding trough 13 guaranteed by integration into the roof structure.
- the longitudinal dimension of the shielding trough 13 may be shortened prefabricated profile sections possible with simple means, so that a Design of the shielding trough 13 as a profile is also possible.
- the ventilation device according to Fig. 2 is in a recirculation position, at of the openings 14 on the longitudinal edge 28 as air inlet openings and the Openings on the opposite longitudinal edge 29 as Air outlet openings are effective.
- the openings 14 in the curved area 27 are closed in this recirculation mode, so that no air from the Area below the ventilation device is sucked in and the arched Area is effective as air duct.
- the hood 8 is closed and prevents an exchange of air with the outside air, so that the pressure chamber 3a in this position is right next to the fan roller 2 .. It is in this Position no separation 5 effective, so that the conveyable volume flow is lower than in the exhaust air position shown in FIG. 1.
- the hood 8 is displaceable parallel to the panel 7 is arranged.
- the hood 8 is in lateral guides on the Panel 7 attached and via a power drive, for example by means of chains or the like. Retracted into a position in which the hood 8 has the cutout 9 releases almost completely.
- an air duct is appropriate the guide element 4 necessary.
- the front end the hood 8 are provided with a radius that is approximately concentric with Fan roller 2 runs and thereby corresponds to a spiral arc extended.
- the overall height and the space required can be in Operating position of the cross flow fan 1 can be reduced again. So is for example when using a cross-flow fan 1 in the roof area conserveatory - as shown in Fig. 3 and 4 - usually a close above the roof-guided shading system 30 to be taken into account when Use of conventional hoods cannot be used or correspondingly far from the roof surface or the upper edge 15 of the Panels 7 must be spaced.
- Another advantage of parallel to Panel 7 sliding hood 8 is also in one Weight-independent arrangement of the hood 8, even with larger ones Dimensions can be moved by a small power drive is.
- the hood 8 from one Frame consists of the functional parts for movement - like the hinge 10 or the sliding guides mentioned above - contains and in the Frame forms a receptacle for the section of material used to create the section 9 must be removed from the panel 7.
- the frame only has the function of accommodating the Movement functional parts and the cover of the longitudinal edges and can therefore - seen relatively to the detail - turn out very narrow.
- the pivotable Hood 8 about 100 mm from the top edge 15 of the panel 7, so that also led close to the top edge 15 of the panel 7 Shading systems 30 can be used.
- the cross-flow fan 1 a corresponding control is coupled to the shading system 30, so that the hood 8 automatically when the shading system 30 moves is closed and only opens when the shading system 30 is fully open or closed.
- the meeting of the hood 8 with the fully open shading system 30 is generally not critical since these consist of fabric panels that without contact with the hood 8 give in further.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 is the ventilation device beneficial e.g. applicable in a winter garden 31.
- the one in Exemplary embodiment with a pent roof 32 is provided with the winter garden 31 provided transverse and longitudinal profiles 33 in which the panel 7th and glazing is held.
- the ventilation device is close to the provided the highest point of the winter garden 31, since the warmed up Collecting air here. 1 and 3, the hood is 8 opened and the heated air is along the desk roof 32 and out of the Interior 34 vacuumed.
- the shading system 30 is also effective.
- An air supply unit in the area near the floor can also be introduced into the interior 34 - e.g. B. 35 - are provided.
- the openings 14 can also be formed by a slide opening or the like and that the Shielding trough 13 may also have a different shape. That's the way it is for example conceivable that the shielding trough 13 approximately cylindrical is formed and then openings 14 by rotating the shielding trough 13 released or locked.
