Claims (8)
- Querstromlüfter (1), bestehend aus einem einen Druckraum (3a) umfassenden Leitelement (4), einer Trennung (5) zwischen Saugraum (3b) und Druckraum (3a) und mindestens einer in Seitenteilen drehbar gelagerten Lüfterwalze (2) mit in etwa parallel zur Drehachse verlaufenden Schaufelkanten, bei dem sich das Leitelement (4) ausgehend von einer Linie (6) der größten Annäherung an den Umfang der Lüfterwalze (2) mit sich vorzugsweise stetig vergrößerndem Abstand vom Umfang der Lüfterwalze (2) entfernt,wobei das den Druckraum (3a) umfassende Leitelement (4) die innere Begrenzungsfläche einer von der Oberseite einer rahmenartigen Platte, einer Tafel oder einem Paneel (7) getragenen Haube (8) istund daß die Unterseite der Platte, der Tafel oder des Paneels (7) eine hieran lösbar befestigte, insgesamt luftdurchlässige Abschirmmulde (13) trägt,und wobei die Haube (8) mindestens dreiseitig mit einem zur Einbauebene parallelen Anlage- bzw. Stützflansch (25)versehen ist, aber entlang der vierten Seite zur Eingrenzung einer Austrittsöffnung (16) eine von der Einbauebene beabstandete Begrenzungskante aufweist, und wobei die Haube (8) jeweils über den Anlage- bzw.Stützflansch (25) mit der Wand, dem Dach, der Decke, der Platte, der Tafel, dem Paneel (7) od. dgl. in Verbindung steht,daß Haube (8) und Anlage- bzw. Stützflansch (25) aus einem Spritzgußformteil bestehen, das an der Unterseite des Anlage- bzw. Stützflansches (25) vorstehende Noppen (26) und/oder Stege (26a) aufweist, die in entsprechende Bohrungen (27) oder Nuten (27a) des Daches, der Decke, der Platte, der Tafel, des Paneels (7) od. dgl. eintauchen.
- Querstromlüfter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Noppen (26) stumpf-kegelförmig zum freien Ende hin verjüngen und eine axial verlaufende Höhlung (28) enthalten, deren Tiefe wenigstens nahezu der Höhe der Noppen (26) entspricht, wobei die Höhlung (28) einen Eingriff für ein Spann- und/oder Befestigungselement - Schraube - (30) bildet. - Querstromlüfter, nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stege (37) sich wenigstens über einen Teil der Seitenlänge des Anlage- bzw. Stützflansches (25) erstreckenden und eine Ausnehmung in der Wand, dem Dach, der Decke, der Platte oder des Paneels (7) od. dgl. vollständig durchdringen. - Querstromlüfter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Anlage- bzw. Stützflansch (25) auf seiner Unterseite mit einer entlang seinem Begrenzungsrand verlaufenden Aufnahme für eine Dichtung (36) versehen ist,daß die Aufnahme eine U-förmige Nut (35) ist,daß der Anlage- bzw. Stützflansch (25) mindestens einen nahezu senkrecht zu einer Ebene verlaufenden Randsteg (33) besitzt,und daß der Randsteg (33) einen sich verjüngenden Querschnitt aufweist und eine größere Höhe besitzt, als ein dazu benachbarter und parallel verlaufender Steg. - Querstromlüfter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die oberseitig die Haube (8) und unterseitig die Abschirmmulde (13) tragende Platte, die Tafel oder das Paneel (7) mit ihren bzw. seinen äußeren Rahmenrändern (19) in Aufnahmen, z.B. Falzungen, Profilschienen od. dgl. einsetzbar ist, welcher einen Durchlaß, eine Öffnung, einen Ausschnitt od. dgl. in einer Raumbegrenzung, z.B. einer Wand, einer Decke, einer Tür, einem Boden, einem Dach, einem Fenster, einem Gehäuse, einem Schrank usw., ein- bzw. umfassen. - Querstromlüfter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lagerung für die Lüfterwalzen (2) bildende und/oder aufweisende Seitenteile in Halteaufnahmen fixierbar und/oder festlegbar sind, welche sich mindestens in der als Leitelement (4) dienenden Begrenzungsfläche der Haube (8) befinden. - Querstromlüfter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß über die Unterseite der Platte, der Tafel oder des Paneels (7) ein Umfangsteil der Lüfterwalze (2) um ein Maß (12) vorsteht und von der luftdurchlässigen Abschirmmulde (13) aufgenommen ist. - Querstromlüfter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Haube (8) auf ihrer Innenseite von der Decke (37) und/oder den Seitenwänden (45) abstehende Querwände (38) aufweist,daß die Querwände (38) über nahezu die gesamte Höhe des Innenraumes der Haube (8) reichen,daß die Querwände (38) mindestens eine in Richtung zum Anlage- bzw. Stützflansch (25) hin U-förmig offene Nut (44) zur Aufnahme des Steuer- oder Antriebsteil (42)enthalten.
