Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Schlitzen des Zwischensteges von bandartigen, mit getaschten Federn bestückten Elementen als Zwischenprodukt für die Herstellung von Taschenfederkernen für Matratzen, wobei die bandartigen Elemente im Stegbereich -quer zu ihrem Längsverlauf gerichtet- zwei Schweißzonen aufweisen, zwischen denen mittels einer Schlitzvorrichtung ein Schlitz auszubilden ist, wobei das bandartige Element mittels einer Transportvorrichtung lagerichtig vor der Schlitzvorrichtung zu positionieren ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportvorrichtung aus zwei Flügelrädern (7) besteht, von denen in Transportvorrichtung (5) vor und hinter der Schlitzvorrichtung (3) jeweils eines drehbar gehaltert ist, deren Drehachse (8) parallel zur Längsachse der schraubenfederartig ausgebildeten, eingetaschten Federn verläuft, und die synchron und taktweise drehbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontur zwischen zwei benachbarten Flügeln (9) der Flügelräder (7) der Kontur der zu erfassenden eingetaschten Feder angepaßt ist, die Flügel (9) mindestens an ihren Enden (10) eine Dicke aufweisen, die etwa der Stegbreite des zu schlitzenden Steges (1) entspricht, und die Länge der Flügel (9) etwa dem halben Durchmesser der getaschten Federn entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelräder (7) derart taktweise drehbar sind, daß im Stillstand jeweils ein Flügel (9) orthogonal zum Steg (1) des bandartigen Elementes (2) ausgerichtet ist und an diesem anliegt, wobei in dieser Position die Schlitzung eines zwischen den Flügelrädern (7), insbesondere mittig zwischen diesen, liegenden Steges (1) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Flügelräder (7) mittels einer Antriebsvorrichtung (11) drehbar ist und das andere Flügelrad (7) über einen Riementrieb (12), vorzugsweise über einen Zahnriemen, mit dem angetriebenen Flügelrad (7) gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Flügelrädern (7) ein vorzugsweise pneumatisch betätigbares Messer (13) als Schlitzvorrichtung (3) angeordnet ist, mittels dessen die Schlitzung eines mittig zwischen den Flügelrädern (7) befindlichen zu schlitzenden Stegbereiches (1) erfolgt.
