Claims (19)
- Verbindungseinrichtung (1) zum Herstellen einer Verbindung von zumindest einer leitfähigen, flächigen Struktur (2, 2') zu einem von der Struktur weiterführenden elektrischen Leiter (3a, 3b), insbesondere zu einem Kabel,
umfassendwenigstens eine im wesentlichen als elektrisch leitfähige Buchse (4, 4') ausgebildete aufnehmende Einrichtung (5, 5') zum Anschluß an die leitfähige, flächige Struktur (2, 2'), undeine Einrichtung zum Anschluß an den weiterführenden Leiter (3a, 3b), - Verbindungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Einrichtung zum Anschluß an den weiterführenden Leiter (3a, 3b) eine Steckereinrichtung (6) umfaßt, die sich im eingeführten Zustand in die aufnehmende Einrichtung (5, 5') zumindest teilweise in die Buchse (4, 4') hinein erstreckt und Buchse und Steckereinrichtung in elektrischer Verbindung stehen. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Lochschiebe (9,9') am zylindrischen Abschnitt der aufnehmenden Einrichtung (5, 5') um die Buchse (4, 4') herum derartig angeordnet ist, daß die Lochscheibe an der zweiten Oberfläche (2a) der leitfähigen, flächigen Struktur (2) anliegt. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der zylindrische Abschnitt der aufnehmenden Einrichtung (5, 5') mit der Lochscheibe (9, 9') derartig in Wirkverbindung steht, daß die Lochscheibe über die flächige, leitfähige Struktur (2, 2') in Preßverbindung mit dem Kopfabschnitt (8, 8') steht. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Lochscheibe (9) eine Wellscheibe ist. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen der Lochscheibe (9, 9') und der leitfähigen Struktur (2, 2') eine Wellscheibe (18, 18') eingefügt ist. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der zylindrische Abschnitt der aufnehmenden Einrichtung (5, 5') zumindest teilweise aufgeweitet ist. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die aufnehmende Einrichtung (5, 5') als Rohrniet ausgebildet ist, wobei der zylindrische Abschnitt um 20-35° aufgeweitet ist. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steckereinrichtung (6) in der aufnehmenden Einrichtung (5, 5') federnd gehalten ist. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steckereinrichtung (6) eine Einrichtung zum Anschluß an ein elektrisch weiterführendes Kabel wie eine Schneidklemme, einen Crimpanschluß oder Schweiß- oder Lötanschluß (10a, 10b) aufweist, die mit wenigstens einem Kontakt der Steckereinrichtung (6) elektrisch verbunden ist. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steckereinrichtung (6) zwei sich gegenüberliegende Federarme (11a, 11b; 11a', 11b') als Kontakte aufweist, die sich im eingeführten Zustand in die aufnehmende Einrichtung (5, 5') hinein erstrecken und an der Innenwand der Buchse (4, 4') anliegen. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche
zum Verbinden von 2 benachbarten leitfähigen, flächigen Strukturen (2, 2') mit einem jeweils von den Strukturen weiterführenden Leiter (3a, 3b), insbesondere mit einem zweiadrigen Kabel,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeine erste im wesentlichen als elektrisch leitfähige Buchse (4) ausgebildete aufnehmende Einrichtung (5) in einem Loch in der ersten leitfähigen, flächigen Struktur (2) angeordnet ist, undeine zweite im wesentlichen als elektrisch leitfähige Buchse (4') ausgebildete aufnehmende Einrichtung (5') in einem Loch in der zweiten leitfähigen Struktur (2') angeordnet ist, wobeidie beiden Buchsen (4, 4') zueinander fluchtend ausgerichtet sind, daß sich die Steckereinrichtung (6) im eingeführten Zustand zumindest teilweise durch die Buchsen beider aufnehmenden Einrichtungen (5, 5') erstreckt. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen der ersten und der zweiten aufnehmenden Einrichtung (5, 5') ein Abstandshalter (12) angebracht ist, wobei der Abstandshalter zwei zueinander fluchtende Aufnahmeöffnungen (17, 17') für Buchsenköpfe hat und damit die Buchsen zueinander fluchtend fixiert und eine Durchführung (13) aufweist, die fluchtend mit den Buchsen (4, 4') der beiden aufnehmenden Einrichtungen (5, 5') angeordnet ist. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Durchführung (13) des Abstandshalters (12) einen geringeren Durchmesser als die Buchsen (4, 4') der beiden aufnehmenden Einrichtungen (5, 5') aufweist. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zumindest ein Kontakt (11a, 11b) der Steckereinrichtung an der Innenwand der ersten Buchse (4) und zumindest ein weiterer Kontakt (11a', 11b') der Steckereinrichtung an der Innenwand der zweiten Buchse (4') liegt. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 12 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steckereinrichtung (6) als Kontakte zwei voneinander isolierte Federpaare (11a, 11b; 11a', 11b') aufweist, die in ihrer Länge derart ausgebildet sind, daß im eingeführten Zustand das erste Federpaar (11a, 11b) in elektrischer Verbindung mit der ersten Buchse (4) und das zweite Federpaar (11a', 11b') in elektrischer Verbindung mit der zweiten Buchse (4') steht. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 16
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Federpaare (11a, 11b; 11a', 11b') in der Ebene der Buchsenöffnungen um 90° zueinander versetzt sind. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Abstandshalter und zumindest ein Federpaar derart ausgebildet sind, daß das Federpaar am Abstandshalter rastet. - Verbindungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steckereinrichtung (6) um 90° zur Einführrichtung gewinkelt ist und der in die Buchsen (4, 4') einsteckbare Teil aus einem zu den Buchsen entsprechend dimensioniertes zylinderförmiges Kunststoffelement (14) besteht, dessen Mantel vier Ausnehmungen zur Aufnahme der Federkontaktarme aufweist.
