Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gestell für eine Einrichtung zum Darbieten von Ware, mit einem nach unten abgestützten Rahmen, der durch Rahmenteile und durch Eckteile gebildet ist, wobei die Eckteile die Rahmenteile in wechselnder Folge verbinden und wobei jedes Rahmenteil eine längs verlaufende, nach oben offene Nut besitzt und jedes Eckteil zwei winklig angeordnete, nach oben offene Nuten aufweist, so dass die Nuten in montiertem Zustand des Rahmens eine gemeinsame Vertiefung bilden.
Die JP-03 224507 A beschreibt ein derartiges, als Tisch gestaltetes Gestell. Der Rahmen dieses Gestelles trägt eine Tischplatte, welche die Rahmenteile und die Eckteile von oben her komplett abdeckt, so dass dieses Gestell lediglich als Tisch nutzbar ist.
Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Gestell der hier vorliegenden Art so weiterzuentwickeln, dass dieses für die Herstellung einer Vielzahl von Einrichtungen zum Darbieten von Ware verwendbar ist.
Die Lösung der Aufgabe besteht darin, dass die nach oben offenen Nuten einen zur Seite führenden Abschnitt aufweisen, so dass diese Nuten im Querschnitt an ein L erinnern und dass an der Außenseite eines jeden Rahmenteiles eine weitere längs verlaufende Nut zur Aufnahme einer Preisschiene sowie eine weitere ebenfalls längs verlaufende Aufnahme zum Einsetzen eines Stoßprofiles angeordnet sind.
Durch die aufgefundene Lösung lassen sich in einfacher Weise verschiedene Einrichtungen zur Darbietung von Ware herstellen. Die gemeinsame Vertiefung eignet sich hervorragend zur Aufnahme von Funktionsteilen, welche das Darbieten von Ware ermöglichen. So ist es beispielsweise möglich, Verkaufstische mit oder ohne Umrandung herzustellen. Auch lassen sich wannenartige Gebilde mit geeigneten Vorsprüngen voraus in der Vertiefung abstellen. Die Vertiefung lässt sich zumindest teilweise durch geeignete Abdeckteile abdecken, ohne Schraubmittel verwenden zu müssen. Schließlich lassen sich an den Rahmenteilen und außerhalb der Nuten weitere Funktionseinrichtungen vorsehen, beispielsweise solche zur Aufnahme von Stoßdämpfern oder zum Anbringen von Preisschienen.
Die Erfindung wird anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigt

Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Gestell 1 weist zwei längere und zwei kürzere Rahmenteile 2 auf. Die Rahmenteile 2 sind in wechselnder Folge durch vier Eckteile 15 verbunden, so dass ein Rahmen 20 gebildet ist. An den die Ekken des Rahmens bildenden Eckteilen 15 befinden sich Füße 21, so dass der Rahmen 20 nach unten abgestützt ist. Die Füße 21 können Bestandteil der Eckteile 15 sein, sie können aber auch an den Eckteilen 15 lösbar befestigt sein. Die Rahmenteile 2 sind mit einer längs verlaufenden, nach oben offenen Nut 3 ausgestattet. Die Eckteile 15 wiederum weisen zwei winklig angeordnete, nach oben offene Nuten 16 auf, siehe auch Fig. 6. Im als Rahmen 20 montierten Zustand der Rahmenteile 2 und der Eckteile 15 bilden die Nuten 3, 16 eine gemeinsame umlaufende Vertiefung 4, die zur Aufnahme von Funktionsteilen dient.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch ein Rahmenteil 2 quer zu dessen Längsrichtung. Der Querschnitt zeigt ein im Strangpreßverfahren hergestelltes Hohlprofil, das als solches eine enorme Stabilität aufweist. Die Gestaltung als Hohlprofil ist jedoch nicht Bedingung. Das aus Metall oder Kunststoff bestehende Rahmenteil 2 weist in seinem oberen Bereich 5 die in Längsrichtung verlaufende, nach oben offene Nut 3 auf. Die Nut 3 erweitert sich am Nutgrund in horizontaler Richtung zur Seite, so daß ihr Querschnitt mit dem dadurch gebildeten Abschnitt 3a an ein L erinnert. An die Nut 3 schließt sich nach oben und zur Außenseite des Rahmenteiles 3 angrenzend eine nach oben gerichtete Schulter 7 an. An die Schulter 7 anschließend und in die Außenseite 2a des Rahmenteiles 2 übergehend ist eine flache und relativ breite, zweifach hinterschnittene, längs verlaufende Nut 8 zur Aufnahme einer Preisschiene vorgesehen. Am äußersten Bereich der Außenseite 2a ist eine in Längsrichtung des Rahmenteiles 2 sich erstreckende Aufnahme 9 zum Einsetzen eines Stoßprofiles vorgesehen. Innerhalb des Rahmenteiles 2 sind etwa dreiviertelrunde Längsnuten 10 vorgesehen, in welche Schrauben dann in axialer Richtung einschraubbar sind, wenn es beispielsweise gilt, ein freies Ende eines Rahmenteiles 2 durch ein Abschlußstück zu verschließen. Unterhalb der nach oben offenen Nut 3 ist eine nach unten offene T-förmige, längs verlaufende Nut 11 vorgeshen, in welche nach unten sich erstreckende Teile, z.B. Abdeckungen und dergleichen einsetzbar sind. Gegenüber der Schulter 7 ist wenigstens ein in Längsrichtung sich erstreckender, horizontal angeordneter Auflageabschnitt 12 vorgesehen, auf dem beispielsweise eine Platte 26 aufliegen kann. Die Schulter 7 ist weiter nach oben geführt als der Auflageabschnitt 12. An dem der Schulter 7 gegenüberliegenden Rand 13 der Nut 3 ist eine in Längsrichtung sich erstreckende Vertiefung 14 vorgesehen, die eine schnappschlüssige Verbindung mit einem Funktionsteil erlaubt.
Fig. 3 zeigt ausschnittweise ein Wandteil 22, das in die Nut 3 eines Rahmenteiles 2 eingesetzt ist. Das Wandteil 22 ist beispielsweise durch senkrecht angeordnete Drähte 23 und durch je einen in Längsrichtung sich erstreckenden Abschlußdraht 24 gebildet. Der untere Abschlußdraht 24 befindet sich in dem sich zur Seite erweiternden Abschnitt 3a der Nut 3. Der restliche Raum der Nut 3 wird im Beispiel durch ein längliches Abdeckteil 25 verschlossen. Bei dieser Gelegenheit sei erwähnt, dass bei Nichtverwendung eines Wandteiles 22 die Nut 3 durch ein anderes Abdeckteil 25 verschließbar ist, welches die Breite der Nut 3 vollständig überdeckt.
Fig. 4 zeigt ausschnittweise ein Rahmenteil 3, auf dessen Auflageabschnitt 12 eine Platte 26, beispielsweise eine Tischplatte aufliegt. In diesem Falle kann auf ein Abdeckteil 25 verzichtet werden. Anhand der Fig. 1 ist es leicht vorstellbar, dass die Schultern 7 der Rahmenteile 3 und der Eckteile 15 vgl. auch Fig. 6 eine allseitige Berenzung für ein Funktionsteil beispielsweise für eine Platte 26 bilden.
Ähnlich zeigt Fig. 5, dass die Vertiefung 4 bzw. die Nuten 3, 16 einen umlaufenden, nach unten gerichtete Rand 28 eines beispielsweise wannenartigen Teiles 27 aufnehmen können.
In räumlicher Darstellung zeigt. Fig. 6 ein Eckteil 15. Das Eckteil 15 weist zwei winklig angeordnete, nach oben offene Nuten 16 auf, deren Querschnitt bevorzugt dem Querschnitt der Nut 3 eines Rahmenteiles 2 entspricht. In Anlehnung an ein Rahmenteil 2 besitzt das Eckteil 15 zwei winklig angeordnete Schultern 7. Auch sind in gleicher Weise wenigstens ein Auflageabschnitt 12 vorgesehen. Vom Eckteil 15 streben winklig angeordnete Vorsprünge 17 weg, die in bekannter Weise in passende freie Räume der Rahmenteile 2 einsetzbar sind, so dass ein Rahmen 20, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, herstellbar ist. Nach unten schließt ein hohler Vorsprung 18 an, der zur Aufnahme einer Stütze in Form eines Fußes 21 betimmt ist. Zum Vorsprung 18 führt von oben her eine Bohrung 19, die zur Aufnahme eines Befestigungsteiles, beispielsweise einer Schraube, vorgesehen ist.

Claims (10)

  1. Gestell (1) für eine Einrichtung zum Darbieten von Ware, mit einem nach unten abgestützten Rahmen (20), der durch Rahmenteile (2) und durch Eckteile (15) gebildet ist, wobei die Eckteile (15) die Rahmenteile (2) in wechselnder Folge verbinden und wobei jedes Rahmenteil (2) eine längs verlaufende, nach oben offene Nut (3) besitzt und jedes Eckteil (15) zwei winklig angeordnete, nach oben offene Nuten (16) aufweist, so dass die Nuten (3, 16) in montiertem Zustand des Rahmens (20) eine gemeinsame Vertiefung (4) bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nuten (3, 16) einen zur Seite führenden Abschnitt (3a) aufweisen, so dass die Nuten (3, 16) im Querschnitt an ein L erinnern und dass an der Außenseite (2a) eines jeden Rahmenteiles (2) eine weitere längs verlaufende Nut (8) zur Aufnahme einer Preisschiene sowie eine weitere ebenfalls längs verlaufende Aufnahme (9) zum Einsetzen eines Stoßprofiles angeordnet sind.
  2. Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an die Nuten (3, 16) jeweils eine nach oben gerichtete Schulter (7) anschließt.
  3. Gestell nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schultern (7) bei einem Rahmen (20) eine allseitige Begrenzung bilden.
  4. Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem Rahmenteil (2) und unterhalb der Nut (3) eine nach unten offene, längsverlaufende, einen T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisende Nut (11) vorgesehen ist.
  5. Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem Rahmenteil (2) und an jedem Eckteil (15) wenigstens ein gegenüber den Schultern (7) angeordneter horizontaler Auflageabschnitt (12) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem Rahmenteil (2) und an jedem Eckteil (15) an dem einer Schulter (7) gegenüberliegenden Rand (13) der Nuten (3, 16) eine in Längsrichtung sich erstreckende kleine Vertiefung (14) vorgesehen ist.
  7. Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb eines jeden Rahmenteiles (2) Längsnuten (10) vorgesehen sind, in welche sich Schrauben in axialer Richtung einschrauben lassen.
  8. Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem Eckteil (15) ein nach unten gerichteter hohler Vorsprung (18) zur Aufnahme eines Fußes (21) vorgesehen ist.
  9. Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem Eckteil (15) ein Fuß (21) angeformt ist.
  10. Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nuten (3) zur Aufnahme von Abdeckteilen (25) geeignet sind.
