Claims (9)
- Verbundprofil (1) für Rahmen von Wandelementen, Türen oder Fenstern,mit wenigstens zwei Metallprofilen (2, 3), die miteinander verbunden und auf Abstand (A) zueinander gehalten sind, wobei zwischen den Metallprofilen (2, 3) ein Zwischenraum (4) gebildet wird,und mit einem feuer- und/oder hitzebeständigen Isolationsmaterial (5), welches in dem Zwischenraum (4) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche (6, 7) des Isolationsmaterials auf wenigstens einer Seite des Verbundprofiles (1) bezogen auf die seitliche Oberfläche (8, 9) der Metallprofile (2, 3) nach innen versetzt angeordnet ist, wodurch zwischen den Oberflächen (8, 9) der Metallprofile (2, 3) eine Vertiefung (10) gebildet wird. - Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche (6, 7) des Isolationsmaterials auf beiden Seiten des Verbundprofils (1) nach innen versetzt angeordnet ist.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Vertiefung (10) ein auf schäumender Baustoff (11) eingesetzt ist.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke (d) des aufschäumenden Baustoffs (11) etwa der Tiefe (t) der Vertiefung (10) entspricht.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aufschäumende Baustoff (11) mit einer Schutzschicht (12), insbesondere aus PVC überzogen ist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Vertiefung (10) Schliesselemente, insbesondere ein Türschloss (13) oder ein Schliessblech (14) angeordnet sind.
- Verbundprofil insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, in welchem die Metallprofile (2, 3) mit Metallbolzen (15) miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gesamtquerschnitt der Bolzen pro Laufmeter des Profils weniger als etwa 250 mm2/m, vorzugsweise etwa 130 mm2/m beträgt, dass insbesondere der Durchmesser (D) der Metallbolzen (15) weniger als 5 mm, vorzugsweise weniger als 4 mm beträgt und pro Laufmeter des Verbundprofils weniger als 12 Bolzen, vorzugsweise etwa 10 Bolzen (15) angeordnet sind.
- Verbundprofil insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallprofile (2, 3) mit einem Isolationsmaterial (20) gefüllt sind.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche der Metallprofile (2, 3) mit einer Deformation, insbesondere einer Körnung (21) versehen ist, um das Isolationsmaterial (20) in einer vorbestimmten Lage zu halten.
