Description
Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum steigenden Gießen von Leichtmetall in Sand- oder Dauerformen, die mit horizontaler Teilungsebene auf einer Förderstrecke taktweise transportiert und in einer Gießstation mit einem tiefliegenden Einguß der Form an ein Steigrohr eines Schmelzeofens angeschlossen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form (8) mittels einer Einrichtung (1) an der Förderstrecke (6) aus ihrer horizontalen Förderposition in eine von dieser abweichende Gießposition an der Gießstation verbracht, mit ihrem Einguß an das Steigrohr angeschlossen und zugleich mit einem Verschluß an der Einrichtung (1) in Verbindung gebracht wird, der aus einer den Einguß (14) für das Gießen freistellenden in eine den Einguß (14) nach dem Gießen verschließende Lage gebracht wird, und daß die Form (8) in die Förderposition (6) auf derselben Förderstrecke zurückgesetzt und der Verschluß zumindest bis zum Erreichen der Förderposition in der Schießlage gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form (8) mittels der Einrichtung (1) in eine vertikale Gießposition gewendet und nach dem Gießen zurückgewendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß (15) zumindest während des Wendens der Form (8) aus der Gießposition in die Transportposition mit dem Einguß (14) auf einer Kreisbahn um den Symmetriepunkt der Form (8) geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form (8) zunächst aus der Förderstrecke (6) angehoben, anschließend in die Gießposition gewendet, nach dem Gießen zurückgewendet und schließlich auf die Förderstrecke abgesenkt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmelze (3) nach dem Gießen zumindest im Bereich des Eingusses (14) gekühlt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Kühlen der Schmelze im Einguß (14) der Verschluß (15) verwendet wird.
- Vorrichtung zum steigenden Gießen von Leichtmetall in Sand- oder Dauerformen mit einem die Form mit horizontaler Teilungsebene transportierenden Förderer, einer Gießstation mit einem Schmelzeofen und einem in die Schmelze eintauchenden Steigrohr, an dessen außerhalb des Schmelzeofens liegendem Ende die Form mit ihrem Einguß anschließbar ist, und mit einem den Einguß nach dem Füllen verschließenden Verschluß, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine ortsfeste Einrichtung (1) zum Wenden der Form aus der horizontalen Lage auf dem Förderer in eine hiervon abweichende Gießposition an der Gießstation und zurück vorgesehen ist, und daß diese Einrichtung den Verschluß (15) aufweist, mit dem der Einguß (14) zumindest während des Wendens der Form (8) zurück auf den Förderer (6) verschließbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß (15) als Kühlplatte ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (1) Halteeinrichtungen (13) für die Form (8) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß (15) an der Wendeeinrichtung (1) angeordnet und zwischen einer Offenstellung und einer Schließstellung bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendeeinrichtung (1) einen Antrieb (16) zur Betätigung des Verschlusses (15) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendeeinrichtung (1) einen Rahmen (9) und wenigstens einen an diesem über Rollen (12) geführten Wendering (10) mit Halteeinrichtungen (13) für die Form (8) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendeeinrichtung (1) oberhalb des Förderers (6) angeordnet und eine Hubeinrichtung zum Anheben der Form (8) auf die Höhe der Wendeeinrichtung (1) vorgesehen ist.
