Definitions
- the invention relates to a panel radiator for centralized heating systems according to the Claim 1.
- one or more heating plates are used in conjunction with one or more convection plates in connection with the heating plates convection chimneys to promote the rise of heated air.
- a valve connection fitting on the side where it is required is, soldered, welded or nippled.
- Such a radiator accordingly a connection set on a desired side.
- the heating plate or the heating plates are otherwise about steel pipes or the like metal pipes and the intended Valve connection fitting or connection set to the central heating system Heating system connected.
- radiators for certain installation purposes very specific radiators must be manufactured and mastered logistically as well as manufacturing technology. Becomes For example, a radiator prepared for a left-hand connection, this can Radiators only with great effort to a radiator with right-sided Connection can be converted. Extensive work is required for this or it is necessary to provide a complex connection fitting for adaptation.
- radiators In another connection method, specially trained radiators are also used Plastic pipes led out of the wall of a building connected. However also prepare the radiators for a desired connection method, whereby the Plastic pipes of the centralized heating system, for example, at the beginning can be long in order to shorten them later, but this procedure liberates not of pre-assembling the radiators in a connection-specific way.
- FIGS Sub-claims emerge.
- the achievable advantages according to the invention are based on the fact that a panel radiator with one connection set each on the lower, lateral end section of the radiator or Heating plate and with a valve connection set on each upper side end section of the radiator or the heating plates is formed.
- the valve connection fittings and the connection sets are each at least substantially the same trained and plastic pipes are laid inside the radiator to this radiator or its heating plate or heating plates can be connected in an optional connection form do.
- a plate heater according to the invention can consequently, for example, from a heating plate with appropriate connections and in particular a panel and the like be assembled to then according to the connection requirements or needs existing plastic pipes according to a certain connection configuration to be laid anywhere within the radiator.
- radiators offer an extremely variable connection option for a standardized trained radiator, which can have one or more heating plates.
- the plastic pipes are on the radiator side releasable connection connections, for example union nuts or the like are.
- Panel radiators have the advantage that due to the flexibility of the plastic pipes when connecting tolerances or inaccurate piping of the centralized heating system can be compensated without using compensation tube sections or existing pipes have to be bent.
- the plate heater according to the invention to be used plastic pipes or molded flange portion. A corresponding one can be particularly inexpensive Create the flange section of a plastic pipe by the end of a plastic pipe is converted into a flange section by means of hot deformation. Support sections inside the flange or outside the flange to stiffen and solidify the Flange against mechanical effects can also be provided.
- At least the return pipe is one at the end Loop forms before it ends in a radiator forward or return. This can be avoided that when dismantling a radiator residual water in one or several heating plates of the plate radiator is left, leaks.
- valve connection fittings and the connection fittings can each have an additional opening have that of the at least one heating plate of the plate heater according to the invention is turned away. This additional opening can then be used for another heating plate be used. It is also possible to connect the fittings and the valve fittings to be provided with this additional opening regularly. Should he Plate radiators designed according to the invention have only a single heating plate, these additional openings can be flanged blind, welded or otherwise closed become. If another heating plate is connected, the opening is used.
- valve connection fitting or the connection set as according to the invention for Used, it can in principle be known, conventional fittings or Act sets.
- a riser pipe on the right side of the lower side for example Lay the connection area of the plate radiator to a right valve connection fitting.
- the same radiator also allows a riser pipe to the left of the lower one lateral connection area to a left valve connection fitting, in Connection with a connection pipe that matches the riser pipe on the same side as this on the left from the lower lateral connection area to a corresponding left Connection set is pulled.
- Mixtures of this type of connection, that is for example, riser pipe on the right and connection pipe on the left are without further realizable.
- a riser pipe is led to one of the upper sides of the radiator.
- the riser pipe can be moved to the top right or top left, depending on the desired Connection way. Accordingly, the riser pipe connection is opposite at the lower end of the radiator the connecting pipe is attached to a connection set, so that a cheap Forward-to-return configuration is created.
- a panel heater constructed in accordance with the invention is in view on its manufacture can be extremely unified while surprisingly contrary to this can be set up without any conversions for any connection can.
- a radiator according to the invention as is not uncommon in practice happens to be piped incorrectly, so it is not necessary, as in the prior art, that already provided connection pipes, which are made of sheet metal, steel, copper or the like, cut off, remove by welding or the like and weld new pipes, but the existing plastic pipes can be removed, for example unscrewed, and be replaced by other plastic pipes that have the desired Result in connection.
- heating output of a panel radiator according to the invention is to be increased further, you can use other heating plates parallel to one or both of the existing ones Heating plates can be connected in the same way as has been explained above is. Additional heating plates can also be easily connected using connection fittings without these additional heating plates necessarily valve connection fittings or Connection sets require, as discussed above.
- the invention is suitable for single and multi-layer radiators.
- the invention enables Decoupling from the construction progress, since the connection from the radiator corners to the center is flexible, preferably made of plastic. No forces are exerted on the pipe network transfer.
- the invention also suits various preassembly sets, the one Allow installation and a leak test without a radiator installed.
- the invention basically allows the conversion of valve "right” to valve “left” also on the Construction site, since only the (screw) connections on the upper connection parts loosened Connecting pipe from "right” to "left” in or behind the radiator must and the valve insert must be replaced accordingly from “left” to "right”.
- a plate heater 10 designed according to the invention is schematic shown.
- This plate heater 10 has a single heating plate 12, which with valve connection fittings 14a, 14b at the upper corner areas and with connection fittings 15a, 15b is provided on the lower corner areas.
- valve connection fittings 14a, 14b can generally be of the same design, so that only these components are discussed with reference to FIG. The same applies to the Connection sets 15a, 15b.
- the valve connection fitting 14a or 14b according to FIGS. 1 to 3 has a connection section 14 'into which a valve can be screwed.
- valves with a thermostatic head are used to enable decentralized control.
- a cross tube 14 ′′, which has openings 14 ′′ ′′, is connected to the connection section 14 ′.
- the opening 14 '''facing the heating plate 12 cannot be seen here, of course, since it opens into the plate 12.
