Abstract
Description
Dabei stellt der Begriff Nutzen" eine Anzahl von Exemplaren bzw. Einzelteilen dar, die aus einem Bedruckstoff (Papierbahn oder Bogenmaterial) heraustrennbar sind.

Um ein mögliches Verschmutzen des Druckzylinders, z.B. durch das Beschichtungsfluid, welches durch die perforierte Stoßkante 18 bzw. die Perforation 20 hindurch treten kann, zu vermeiden, wird auf den Druckzylinder 11 eine dünne Unterlage aufgebracht. Eine derartige Unterlage ist beispielsweise als selbstklebende Unterlagefolie, vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoff, ausgeführt, welche vom Druckzylinder 11 bei Bedarf abgezogen werden kann.

Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Beschichten eines Bedruckstoffes in einer Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise für den Verpackungsdruck,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der in Nutzen aufgeteilte Bedruckstoff pro Nutzen zumindest eine perforierte Stoßkante einer Verpackung aufweist, daß anschließend zumindest auf diese Stoßkanten eine Beschichtung aus einem wasserdichten, wasserdampfdichten, ölbeständigen Beschichtungsfluid zumindest einfach aufgetragen wird, daß nach der ersten Beschichtung der Bedruckstoff mindestens einmal getrocknet wird und die Beschichtung zumindest in die perforierten Stoßkanten eindiffundiert. - Verfahren zum Beschichten eines Bedruckstoffes in einer Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise für den Verpackungsdruck,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der in Nutzen aufgeteilte Bedruckstoff pro Nutzen zumindest an einer Stoßkante einer Verpackung innerhalb der Druckmaschine perforiert wird, daß anschließend zumindest auf diese Stoßkanten eine Beschichtung aus einem wasserdichten, wasserdampfdichten, ölbeständigen Beschichtungfluid zumindest einfach aufgetragen wird, daß nach der ersten Beschichtung der Bedruckstoff mindestens einmal getrocknet wird und die Beschichtung zumindest in die perforierten Stoßkanten eindiffundiert. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bedruckstoff durch die volle Dicke hindurch perforiert ist oder wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bedruckstoff teilweise durch die Dicke perforiert ist oder wird. - Verfahren nach wenigstens Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf den Bedruckstoff eine Spotbeschichtung oder eine vollflächige Beschichtung aufgetragen wird. - Verfahren nach wenigstens Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf den Bedruckstoff eine Spotbeschichtung und eine vollflächige Beschichtung aufgetragen wird. - Verfahren nach wenigstens Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Beschichtungsfluid ein Dispersionslack und/oder ein strahlungshärtender Lack auf den Bedruckstoff aufgetragen wird. - Verfahren nach wenigstens Anspruch 1 oder 2 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest auf die perforierten Stoßkanten als Beschichtungsfluid ein Dispersionslack aufgetragen wird, anschließend der Bedruckstoff getrocknet wird und danach wenigstens eine zusätzliche Beschichtung mit einem strahlungshärtenden Lack, zumindest auf die Stoßkanten, aufgetragen wird.
