Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif pour la formation de couches décoratives lors de la fabrication de carreaux, avec un pochoir (4) à disposer sur un support en couche, qui délimite sur le support en couche plusieurs champs (41-45) pour la garniture avec le matériau décoratif, un dispositif pour appliquer le matériau décoratif sur le support en couche avec plusieurs récipients (5-10) à matériau décoratif associés à chaque fois à un des champs (41-45) au-dessus du pochoir (4), au moins une ouverture d'écoulement (20) pour le matériau décoratif, pouvant être fermée par un curseur (21), étant prévue dans le fond du récipient pour et le curseur (21) étant réalisé sous forme d'un curseur (21) commun à toutes les ouvertures d'écoulement (20) pour l'ouverture et la fermeture simultanée de toutes les ouvertures d'écoulement (20), le curseur présentant des ouvertures de passage correspondant à l'image à trous des ouvertures d'écoulement (20), caractérisé en ce que les fonds des récipients sont répartis en recouvrant les champs associés (41-45) et plusieurs ouvertures d'écoulement sont à chaque fois réparties sur le fond du récipient, afin d'obtenir une garniture régulière des champs (41-45) par le matériau décoratif, et en ce que le dispositif pour appliquer le matériau décoratif sur le support en couche destiné à appliquer le matériau décoratif écoulé des récipients est prévu directement sur un piston de compression de carreaux formant le support en couche.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fonds du récipient sont formés par une plaque de fond (2) commune à tous les récipients à matériau décoratif (5-10).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de fond (2) présente une grille à trous formant les ouvertures d'écoulement (20) pour tous les récipients à matériau décoratif (5-10).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les récipients (5-10) présentent une section horizontale inchangée sur toute la hauteur des récipients.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les récipients (5-10) sont formés par une division verticale d'un récipient extérieur (5) avec la plaque de fond (2) comme fond de récipient.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les champs sont délimités les uns par rapport aux autres par des âmes (46 ; 34-37) du pochoir (4) minces, garantissant la formation de décors insérés.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on a prévu un dispositif de vibrage pour influencer les quantités de matériau décoratif qui passent dans les ouvertures d'écoulement.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (58, 59) est installé à proximité d'une presse (50) destinée à la production d'ébauches de carreaux et qu'un dispositif de transport (51) est prévu pour le mouvement d'au moins un piston inférieur de l'outil (52) de presse entre le dispositif (58,59) et la presse (50).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on a disposé le long de la voie de transport de la presse (50) vers le dispositif (58, 59) un dispositif pour prélever les ébauches de carreau de l'outil de presse (50), un dispositif de remplissage (55) pour introduire la masse pour les carreaux dans l'outil (52) de presse et un dispositif de nettoyage (56), en particulier un dispositif à brosse/aspiration pour le nettoyage de l'outil (52) de presse.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage (56) peut en outre être utilisé pour le nettoyage des dispositifs (58, 59).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la voie de transport est prévue comme une voie circulaire.
