Claims (13)
- Schiebetür mit Schienenführung und einer verriegelungsvorrichtung zur Steuerung der Bewegungsabläufe, wobei zum Öffnen bzw. Schließen ein Motor (36) vorgesehen ist, der über ein Antriebsrad mit einem Zugmedium in Eingriff steht, wobei das Zugmedium in dem Bereich einer zentral am Türrahmen angeordneten mittleren Führungsschiene (5) der Schienenführung befestigt ist, wobeiim Bereich des Bodens und/oder des Dachs eines Fahrzeuges jeweils eine Schiene (2) der Schienenführung angeordnet ist,die mittlere Führungsschiene (5) eines mittleren Türbeschlags (4) an dem Türrahmen (3) im wesentlichen über die Türbreite reicht undder Türrahmen (3) der Schiebetür (1) über Schwenkarme (8) an Wagen (10) angelenkt ist, die jeweils in einer Schiene (2;5) laufen,der Motor (36) im Bereich des Chassis angeordnet und an dem Schwenkarm (8) des in der mittleren Führungsschiene (5) laufenden Wagens (10) befestigt ist,das Zugmedium durch den Schwenkarm (8) hindurch zu einem Kettenrad (26) verläuft, undeine Sperrvorrichtung (9) der Verriegelungsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die einen Sperrhebel (17) und eine Verriegelungsscheibe (21) umfaßt, in die der Sperrhebel (17) einrasten kann und die vorzugsweise über den Schwenkarm (8) angetrieben wird,
an der Verriegelungsscheibe (21) ein Ausgleichssystem zum Ausgleich der Raststellung um einen Winkel (Δβ) vorgesehen ist, das eine Führung (21a) mit darin laufendem Bolzen und eine Feder (21b) umfaßt, wobei der Winkel (Δβ) der drehbar an dem Schwenkarm (8) angeordneten und gegen die Kraft der Feder (21b) auslenkbaren Verriegelungsscheibe durch den in der Führung angeordneten Bolzen begrenzt ist. - Schiebetür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Chassis Systeme aus Wagen (10) und Schiene (5) ohne schrägen Einlauf des Schienenendes im Bereich der geschlossenen Stellung eingesetzt sind.
- Schiebetür nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugmedium mindestens eine Kette (30, 40), einen Zahnriemen, ein Spillseil, eine Welle, insbesondere eine Kardanwelle, oder eine Zahnstange umfaßt.
- Schiebetür nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftübertragung von dem Motor (36) auf den Türrahmen (3) über ein zweiteiliges, flexibles Zugmedium erfolgt, insbesondere zwei über eine Wellenkonstruktion miteinander gekoppelte Ketten (30,40).
- Schiebetür nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Deaktivierung des Antriebs bzw. zur Notöffnung der Schiebetür eine Handentriegelung in Form einer innerhalb einer Hohlwelle (28) liegenden und axial über einen Schraubverschluß (31a) oder einen Bajonettverschluß (31) verschieblichen Schaltstange (41) vorgesehen ist.
- Schiebetür nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (5) am Türrahmen (3) als geschlossene Profilschiene ausgebildet ist und vorzugsweise aus einem Rundrohr besteht.
- Schiebetür nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagen (10) die mittlere Führungsschiene (5) mit einer Gleitmuffe, einer Kugelbuchsenführung (29) oder drei, vorzugsweise aber vier profilierten Rollen (44) umfaßt.
- Schiebetür nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Innenverkleidung (32) der Schiebetür (1) im Bereich der mittleren Führungsschiene (5) ein Innenverschluß als Klemmschutz und zugleich auch als Abdeckung und Sichtschutz ein querlaufendes, verschiebbar gehaltenes und insbesondere mit dem Wagen (10) des mittleren Türbeschlages (4) verbundenes Rollo angeordnet ist.
- Schiebetür nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Innenverkleidung (32) der Schiebetür (1) im Bereich der mittleren Führungsschiene (5) ein Innenverschluß als Klemmschutz und zugleich auch als Abdeckung und Sichtschutz zwei überlappende und somit schließende Lippen (33) vorgesehen sind, die insbesondere durch grätenartige Elemente (34) im geschlossenen Zustand durch Halterung in einer Stütznut (35) gestützt bzw. stabilisiert werden.
- Schiebetür nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (36) in einer Konsole (16) derart axial ausgerichtet gehalten ist, daß seine Drehachse mit der Achse (a) des Schwenkarms (8) fluchtet.
- Schiebetür nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konsole (16) des Motors (36) als Drehteil ausgeführt ist und durch Verbindungselemente ein Gehäuse des Motors (36) durch die Säulenkonsole (7) hindurch mit dem Schwenkarm (8) drehfest verbindet und vorzugsweise mindestens in einem Auge der Säulenkonsole (7) gelagert ist.
- Schiebetür nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Säulenkonsole (7) eine Elektrokupplung (12) angeordnet ist, die insbesondere im stromlosen Passivzustand geöffnet ist und zum Übertragen eines Momentes des Motors (36) auf das Zugmedium vor Einschalten des Motors (36) geschlossen wird.
- Schiebetür nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektrokupplung (12) in dem Wagen (10) der Türkonsole (6) integriert ist.
