Eine Abdeck-Rosette (8) für den Anschlußbereich einer sanitären Wandarmatur (1) umfaßt eine an die Montagewand anlegbare Zierhaube (8), durch deren mittlere Durchgangsöffnung (10) sich eine Hülse (9) erstreckt. Die axiale Position dieser Hülse (9) gegenüber der Zierhaube (8) läßt sich dadurch verändern, daß die Hülse (9) auf dem der Armatur (1) zugewandten Ende eines S-Anschlußstückes (4) verschraubbar ist. Die Zierhaube (8) ist aus zwei Hälften (8a, 8b) zusammengesetzt, die erst nachträglich von der Seite her um das S-Anschlußstück (4) und die Hülse (9) gelegt werden, wenn die Montage der Wandarmatur (1) am S-Anschlußstück (4) abgeschlossen ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abdeck-Rosette für den Anschlußbereich einer sanitären Wandarmatur mit
  • a) einer an die Montagewand anlegbaren Zierhaube, welche eine mittlere Durchgangsöffnung aufweist;
  • b) einer gegenüber der Zierhaube in axialer Richtung verstellbaren Hülse, welche die Durchgangsöffnung der Zierhaube durchsetzt;
    wobei
  • c) die Innenräume von Zierhaube und Hülse zur Aufnahme eines S-Anschlußstückes, welches der Verbindung zwischen einer in der Montagewand verlegten Wasser-Hausleitung und der Wandarmatur dient, sowie zur Aufnahme einer Überwurfmutter, welche der Befestigung der Wandarmatur an dem S-Anschlußstück dient, ausgebildet sind.
    • Bei sanitären Wandarmaturen werden bekanntlich die Anschlußstellen zur Wasser-Hausleitung, die üblicherweise ein den Anschlußstutzen der Wandarmatur mit dem Hausleitungssystem verbindendes S-Anschlußstück umfassen, optisch von einer Abdeck-Rosette verkleidet. Diese Abdeck-Rosette muß einerseits so bewegbar sein, daß in einer Position ein Zugang insbesondere zu der Überwurfmutter möglich ist, welche an der Wandarmatur angebracht ist und der Befestigung an dem S-Anschlußstück dient; andererseits muß sie in ihrer endgültigen Stellung alle Funktionsteile den Blicken des Betrachters entziehen, wobei Unterschiede der Einbaupositionen des S-Anschlußstückes und der Wandarmatur kompensierbar sein müssen.
    In der EP 0 499 886 B1 sowie der DE 38 06 492 A1 sind jeweils Abdeck-Rosetten beschrieben, bei denen im Bereich der Durchgangsöffnung der Zierhaube ein Formdichtring angeordnet ist, welcher auf ein armaturenseitiges Gewinde aufgedreht wird. Aus geometrischen Gründen kann die Höhe derartiger Zierhauben nicht beliebig sein; unter ungünstigen Einbaubedingungen läßt sich daher nicht immer vermeiden, daß ein Teil des S-Anschlußstückes oder des armaturenseitigen Gewindes sichtbar bleibt.
    Dieses Problem tritt bei Abdeck-Rosetten der eingangs genannten Art weniger auf, wie sie beispielsweise in der EP 0 537 652 B1 beschrieben sind. Hier wird die Möglichkeit, unterschiedliche Einbauabstände der Sanitärarmatur von der Wand zu kompensieren, dadurch vergrößert, daß nicht nur eine Zierhaube zum Verdecken der Funktionsteile im Anschlußbereich der Wandarmatur verwendet wird, sondern zusätzlich eine zu dieser Zierhaube konzentrische Hülse, deren Axialposition gegenüber der Zierhaube veränderbar ist. Beim Gegenstand der EP 0 537 652 B1 ist die Zierhaube ein einstückiges, glockenförmiges Teil, welches auf einem Außengewinde der Hülse zur Veränderung der axialen Position verschraubbar ist. Die aus Zierhaube und Hülse bestehende Abdeck-Rosette wird dadurch im Anschlußbereich der Wandarmatur fixiert, daß durch Verschrauben der Zierhaube auf der Hülse eine gesamte axiale Länge der Einheit eingestellt wird, bei welcher der freie Rand der Zierhaube an der Montagewand und der freie Rand der Hülse an der Sanitärarmatur anliegt.
    Wo auf diese Weise eine Verklemmung der gesamten Abdeck-Rosette zwischen Wandarmatur und Montagewand nicht oder nicht zuverlässig möglich ist, kann die bekannte Abdeck-Rosette nicht zuverlässig spielfrei in ihrer Lage fixiert werden.
    Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Abdeck-Rosette der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, daß sie leicht montierbar ist, wobei die Position aller Einzelteile auch unter ungünstigen Montagebedingungen stets definiert ist.
    Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst,
  • d) die Zierhaube aus zwei lösbar zusammengefügten Teilen besteht;
  • e) die Hülse ein Innengewinde aufweist, welches zu dem Außengewinde am armaturenseitigen Ende des S-Anschlußstückes komplementär ist.
    • Erfindungsgemäß wird also die Hülse in der Montagestellung der Wandarmatur an dem S-Anschlußstück fixiert. Sie kann auf diesem S-Anschlußstück mit Hilfe der zusammenwirkenden Gewinde so weit von der Wandarmatur weggedreht werden, daß die Überwurfmutter der Wandarmatur zugänglich wird. Umgekehrt kann sie auf dem Außengewinde des S-Anschlußstückes so in Richtung auf die Wandarmatur verschraubt werden, daß sie nicht nur das armaturenseitige Ende des S-Anschlußstückes sondern auch die Überwurfmutter vollständig den Blicken des Betrachters entzieht. Da die Verschraubung der Hülse auf dem armaturenseitigen Außengewinde des S-Anschlußstückes bei dieser "Anschlußphilosophie" bei abgenommener Zierhaube erfolgen muß, kann die Zierhaube nicht - wie sonst üblich und auch in der EP 0 499 856 B1 beschrieben - einstückig ausgebildet sein. Dadurch, daß sie erfindungsgemäß aus zwei lösbar zusammengefügten Teilen besteht, kann sie nach vollständigem Abschluß der Montagearbeiten von der Seite her um das S-Anschlußstück und die Hülse herum gelegt und zusammengefügt werden. Diese Montage ist außerordentlich einfach. Jedes Teil hat seinen zuverlässigen Halt, da die Fixierung der Hülse am S-Anschlußstück und die Fixierung der Zierhaube an der Hülse erfolgt.
    Vorteilhaft ist, wenn die Zierhaube auf einem Außengewinde der Hülse verschraubbar ist. Dann kann das Aufsetzen der Zierhaube auf die Hülse in Abstand von der Montagewand erfolgen; ein zunächst noch vorhandener Spalt zwischen Zierhaube und Montagewand wird durch entsprechendes Verschrauben der Zierhaube auf der Hülse geschlossen.
    Besonders zweckmäßig und preisgünstig ist dabei diejenige Ausgestaltung, bei welcher die Zierhaube mindestens ein Einsatzteil aus Moosgummi aufweist, welches mit dem Außengewinde der Hülse zusammenwirkt. Dieses Moosgummiteil dient dann sowohl als Dichtung als auch als selbstschneidendes Gewinde, welches das Gegenstück zum Außengewinde auf der Hülse darstellt.
    Die beiden Teile der Zierhaube sollten optisch möglichst unauffällig aneinandergefügt werden können. Hierzu empfiehlt es sich, wenn jedes Teil der Zierhaube einen Führungsvorsprung und eine hierzu komplementäre Führungsbohrung aufweist. Führungsbohrung und Führungsvorsprung sind so angeordnet und ausgelegt, daß die beiden Teile fluchtend aneinander anliegen, wenn ihre Führungsvorsprünge in die entsprechenden Führungsbohrungen des jeweils anderen Teiles eingeführt sind.
    Ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der beiden Teile der Zierhaube wird bei derjenigen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vermieden, bei welcher jedes Teil der Zierhaube eine hervorstehende Rastlasche und einen zum Zusammenwirken mit einer derartigen Rastlasche ausgebildeten Rücksprung aufweist.
    Besonders kostengünstig ist diejenige Ausgestaltung, bei welcher beide Teile der Zierhaube als identische Hälften ausgebildet sind.
    Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert; es zeigen

    In Figur 1 ist das Armaturengehäuse einer sanitären Wandarmatur nur teilweise dargestellt und mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 versehen. Bei dieser Wandarmatur handelt es sich um eine Mischarmatur, die an zwei in Abstand voneinander befindlichen Stellen der Montagewand an eine Kalt- und eine Warmwasser-Hausleitung angeschlossen ist. In Figur 1 ist nur ein Anschlußbereich der Wandarmatur dargestellt; ein zweiter, analog gebauter Anschlußbereich ist in Figur 1 weiter oben zu denken.
    In dem Armaturengehäuse 1 der Wandarmatur ist in an und für sich bekannter Weise ein Anschlußnippel 2 eingeschraubt, der eine Überwurfmutter 3 haltert. Die Überwurfmutter 3 ist auf ein Außengewinde 5 am einen Ende eines S-Anschlußstückes 4 aufgeschraubt. Dieses weist am anderen Ende ein zweites Außengewinde 6 auf, welches dem Anschluß an der nicht dargestellten Wasser-Hausleitung dient. Die genaue Bauweise des S-Anschlußstückes 4 spielt im vorliegenden Zusammenhang keine Rolle. Funktion des S-Anschlußstückes 4 und verschiedene Bauweisen hierfür sind dem Fachmanne bekannt.
    Die insgesamt mit dem Bezugszeichen 7 versehene Abdeck-Rosette umfaßt zwei Hauptkomponenten: eine aus zwei identischen Hälften 8a, 8b zusammengesetzte Zierhaube 8 sowie eine zu dieser koaxiale Hülse 9.
    Die genaue Bauweise der Zierhaube 8 ist den Figuren 2 bis 4 zu entnehmen.
    Wie insbesondere in Figur 4 zu erkennen ist, besteht die Zierhaube 8 aus zwei identischen Hälften 8a, 8b, die durch eine Rastverbindung lösbar aneinander befestigt sind. Die Form der Abdeckhaube 8 ist etwas glockenförmig mit einer mittleren Durchgangsöffnung 10, durch welche sich in noch zu beschreibender Weise die Hülse 9 hindurcherstreckt.
    Eine Hälfte 8a der Zierhaube 8 ist in den Figuren 2 und 3 näher dargestellt. In der Unteransicht von Figur 2 stellt sich die Zierhaubenhälfte 8a als halber Kreisring dar, der an seinen in Figur 2 nach oben weisenden Stirnflächen radial verlaufende Wandbereiche 11, 12 aufweist. An den in den Figuren 2 und 3 rechten Wandbereich 12 ist ein zylindrischer Führungsvorsprung 13 angeformt, während in den in Figur 3 linken Wandbereich 11 eine entsprechende Führungsbohrung 14 eingebracht ist.
    In einem in Figur 3 unterhalb der Führungsbohrung 14 liegenden Bereich, der also in der Montagestellung der Zierhaube 8 näher an der Montagewand liegt, ist an die Zierhaubenhälfte 8a eine Rastlasche 15 angeformt, die sich über die Stirnfläche 11 hinauserstreckt. Dies ist insbesondere der Figur 2 zu entnehmen. Komplementär hierzu ist an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende der Zierhaubenhälfte 8a, unterhalb des Wandbereiches 12 und des hieran angeformten Führungsvorsprunges 13, ein Rastrücken 20 (vergleiche Figur 2) ausgebildet.
    Zwei Zierhaubenhälften 8a, 8b der in den Figuren 2 und 3 dargestellten Art lassen sich offensichtlich zu einer vollständigen Zierhaube 8, wie in Figur 4 dargestellt, dadurch zusammenfügen, daß der Führungsvorsprung 13 von jeder Zierhaubenhälfte 8a in die entsprechende Führungsbohrung 14 der anderen Zierhaubenhälfte 8b eingeführt wird und daß gleichzeitig die Rastlasche 15 jeder Zierhaubenhälfte 8a, 8b hinter dem entsprechenden Rastrücken 20 der jeweils anderen Zierhaubenhälfte 8a, 8b eingerastet wird.
    Die Hülse 9 weist einen in Figur 1 nach links, also zur Montagewand hin zeigenden Hauptbereich 9a und einen hierzu koaxialen, in Figur 1 nach rechts zum Armaturengehäuse 1 weisenden zylindrischen Hals 9b auf, der in der Wandstärke verringert ist. Der Hauptbereich 9a der Hülse 9 ist mit einem Innengewinde 16 auf das Außengewinde 5 des S-Anschlußstückes 4 aufgeschraubt. Der zylindrische Hals 9b der Hülse umgibt und verdeckt die Überwurfmutter 3.
    Der Außendurchmesser des Hauptbereiches 9a der Hülse 9 entspricht dem Durchmesser der Durchgangsöffnung 10 der Zierhaube 8. An der äußeren Mantelfläche der Hülse 9, welche diesen Durchmesser aufweist, befindet sich ein Außengewinde 17.
    Jede Zierhaubenhälfte 8a weist in ihrem oberen Bereich einen halbringförmigen Aufnahmeraum 18 (vergleiche auch Figur 3) für ein komplementär geformtes, halbringförmiges Moosgummiteil 19 auf. Das Außengewinde 17 der Hülse 9 ist von einer Seite her in die beiden sich zu einem vollständigen Ring ergänzenden Moosgummiteile 19 eingeschraubt, wobei es sich in diesen Moosgummiteilen 19 sein eigenes Gewinde schneidet.
    Der Anschluß der Wandarmatur an die Hausleitung mit Hilfe des S-Anschlußstückes 4 sowie die Montage der Abdeck-Rosette 8 geschehen in folgender Weise:
    Zuerst wird das S-Anschlußstück 4 mit seinem in Figur 1 linken Außengewinde 6 in bekannter Weise an der Hausleitung befestigt; Die Drehstellung des S-Anschlußstückes 4 um die Achse des Außengewindes 6 wird so gewählt, daß sich insgesamt der richtige Abstand zwischen den beiden Anschlußnippeln 2 der Wandarmatur ergibt. Nun wird auf das in Figur 1 rechte Ende des S-Anschlußstückes 4 die Hülse 9 aufgeschraubt und dort so weit in Figur 1 nach links verdreht, daß der zylindrische Hals 9b der Hülse 9 den rechten Bereich des Außengewindes 5 des S-Anschlußstückes 4 freigibt. Nun kann das Armaturengehäuse 1 mit Hilfe der Überwurfmutter 3, deren Schlüsselflächen in dieser Relativposition der Hülse 9 freiliegen, an dem wandfernen Ende des S-Anschlußstückes 4 angeschraubt werden. Danach wird die Hülse 9 auf dem Außengewinde 5 des S-Anschlußstückes 4 nach rechts verdreht, bis der zylindrische Hals 9b der Hülse 9 die Überwurfmutter 3 in der in Figur 1 dargestellten Weise vollständig umgibt und seine schmale ringförmige Stirnfläche am Armaturengehäuse 1 anliegt.
    Abschließend werden die beiden Zierhaubenhälften 8a, 8b von der Seite her um den Hauptbereich 9a der Hülse 9 gelegt und miteinander in der in Figur 4 gezeigten Weise verrastet. Durch eine abschließende Verdrehung der so gebildeten vollständigen Zierhaube 8 auf dem Außengewinde 17 des Hauptbereiches 9a der Hülse 9 kann der in Figur 1 linke Rand der Zierhaube 8 in exakte Anlage an die Außenfläche der Montagewand gebracht werden.
    Die Demontage der Wandarmatur und der Abdeck-Rosette 8 erfolgen in umgekehrter Weise.

    Claims (6)

    1. Abdeck-Rosette für den Anschlußbereich einer sanitären Wandarmatur mit
      a) einer an die Montagewand anlegbaren Zierhaube, welche eine mittlere Durchgangsöffnung aufweist;
      b) einer gegenüber der Zierhaube in axialer Richtung verstellbarer Hülse, welche die Durchgangsöffnung der Zierhaube durchsetzt,
      wobei
      c) die Innenräume von Zierhaube und Hülse zur Aufnahme eines S-Anschlußstückes, welches der Verbindung zwischen einer in der Montagewand verlegten Wasser-Hausleitung und der Wandarmatur dient, sowie zur Aufnahme einer Überwurfmutter, welche der Befestigung der Wandarmatur an dem S-Anschlußstück dient, ausgestaltet sind,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
      d) die Zierhaube (8) aus zwei lösbar zusammengefügten Teilen (8a, 8b) besteht;
      e) die Hülse (9) ein Innengewinde (16) aufweist, welches zu dem Außengewinde (5) am armaturenseitigen Ende des S-Anschlußstückes (4) komplementär ist.
    2. Abdeck-Rosette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zierhaube (8) auf einem Außengewinde (17) der Hülse (9) verschraubbar ist.
    3. Abdeck-Rosette nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zierhaube (8) mindestens ein Einsatzteil (19) aus Moosgummi aufweist, welches mit dem Außengewinde (17) der Hülse (9) zusammenwirkt.
    4. Abdeck-Rosette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Teil (8a, 8b) der Zierhaube (8) einen Führungsvorsprung (13) und eine hierzu komplementäre Führungsbohrung (14) aufweist.
    5. Abdeck-Rosette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Teil (8a, 8b) der Zierhaube (8) eine hervorstehende Rastlasche (15) und einen zum Zusammenwirken mit einer derartigen Rastlasche (15) ausgebildeten Rastrücksprung (20) aufweist.
    6. Abdeck-Rosette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Teile (8a, 8b) der Zierhaube (8) als identische Hälften ausgebildet sind.
