Claims (8)
- Armatur für den Badewannenein- und -überlauf mit Überlaufkopf, (2), Halteplatte (8), Einlaufkopf (24) und auf der Außenseite der Wanne (5) angebrachtem Ablaufrohr (3), wobei Überlaufkopf (2) und Ablaufrohr (3) aus unterschiedlichem Matrial gefertigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der über die Halteplatte (8) an der Wanne (5) festlegbare Überlaufkopf (2) und das Ablaufrohr (3) aus Messing und Kunststoff bestehend sowie lösbar miteinander verbunden sind, daß das dem aus Messing bestehenden Überlaufkopf (2) zugewandte Ende (32) des aus Kunststoff bestehenden Ablaufrohres (3) als Flexteil (4) ausgebildet ist und über ein mit einem dem Überlaufkopf (2) zugeordneten Gewinde (33) korrespondierendes Außengewinde (34) verfügt und daß die Halteplatte (8) als Haltering (9) ausgebildet und über Senkschrauben (10) mit dem Überlaufkopf (2) verbunden ist, wobei der Haltering (9) den Abmessungen des Einlaufkopfes (24) und dort einer Ausnehmung (27) auf der Koppelseite (26) entsprechend und damit in diesen einpaßbar geformt ist. - Armatur nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Flexteil (4) einen das Außengewinde (34) abschließenden Stabilisierungsansatz (36) aufweist. - Armatur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß vor dem Stabilisierungsansatz (36) ein auf dem Außengewinde (34) verschieblicher Dichtungsring (35) angeordnet ist. - Armatur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Flexteil (4) aus dem gleichen Material wie das Kunststoffablaufrohr (3) besteht und mit diesem eine Baueinheit bildend geformt ist. - Armatur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Flexteil (4) glattwandig und durchgehend aus flexiblem Kunststoff bestehend ausgebildet ist. - Armatur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Haltering (9) zwei oder mehr zur Innenseite (16) vorstehende Ansätze (11) und Bohrungen (12) zur Aufnahme der Senkschrauben (10) und der Überlaufkopf, (2) entsprechend korrespondierende Stege (13) aufweist. - Armatur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen Überlaufkopf (2) und Haltering (9) ein in der Unterseite (14) des Halterings gelagerter Gleitdichtring (15) angeordnet ist. - Armatur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen Überlaufkopf (2) und Gleitdichtring (15) bzw. Haltering (9) ein Profildichtring (19) angeordnet ist, der auf der Kontaktseite (20) in den Überlaufkopf eingreifend ausgebildet ist.
