Abstract
Description
Einzelspindler dient dazu, die Fadenlängen mehreren Kopse (12) zu einer Kreuzspule (13) umzuwickeln. Dabei durchläuft der Faden, der von den Kopsen (12) abgezogen wird, einen Fadenreiniger (18). Der Fadenreiniger (18) erkennt Dick- und Dünnstellen in dem Faden und qualifiziert diese nach ihrer Größe und/oder Länge. Bei Überschreiten noch zulässiger Abweichungen wird der Faden geschnitten, so daß der Spulvorgang unterbrochen wird. Der die unzulässige Dick- oder Dünnstelle enthaltende Fadenabschnitt wird herausgetrennt, wonach die beiden Fadenenden wieder miteinander verbunden werden.
Claims (7)
- Einzelspindler zum Umspulen von Ablaufspulen zu Kreuzspulen, der wenigstens eine Spulstelle und einen deren Betrieb regelnden und/oder steuernden Rechner aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
die Spulstelle im wesentlichen aus den gleichen Elementen und Baugruppen (11,14 bis 32;33) gebildet und im wesentlichen in der gleichen Weise montiert ist, wie Serienspulstellen einer Serienspulmaschine. - Einzelspindler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rechner (27) in der Art eines Serienspulstellenrechners der Serienspulmaschine über eine Schnittstelle (29) verfügt, über die er an einen Zentralrechner anschließbar ist.
- Einzelspindler nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Zentralrechner der in einer Serienspulmaschine installierte Zentralrechner dient.
- Einzelspindler nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zentralrechner in einem separaten Schaltschrank untergebracht ist, der einen oder mehrere Einzelspindler steuert.
- Einzelspindler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mit einem eigenen Unterdruckerzeuger (30) ausgestattet ist.
- Einzelspindler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem Rahmenteil (11) der Spulstelle verschiedene Aufsteckeinrichtungen (25;33) für unterschiedliche Ablaufspulen (12;34) anbringbar sind.
- Einzelspindler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Fahrwerk (10) besitzt.
