Abstract
Description
Weiterer Vorteil ist, daß vollständig auf die Kühlung der Bearbeitungsstelle verzichtet werden kann, also rein eine trockene Bearbeitung möglich ist.
Das bedeutet, daß gegenüber herkömmlichen Werkzeugen im wesentlichen kein Materialverschleiß am Werkzeug erfolgt. Bei herkömmlichen Werkzeugen war immer ein enormer Materialverschleiß durch Abrieb gegeben, der bei der vorliegenden Erfindung minimiert ist.

Claims (19)
- Werkzeug zum Bearbeiten von Stein oder steinähnlichen Materialien, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Werkzeug mit Schneiden aus PKD-Segmenten (4, 16) versehen ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die PKD-Segmente/-Schneiden (4, 16) in einem negativen Winkel (12, 21) zur Drehrichtung des Werkzeuges angeordnet sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der negative Winkel (12, 21) im Bereich von 0° bis ca. 10° liegt.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug als Fräswerkzeug ausgebildet ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Fräskopf (1) - in Drehrichtung gesehen - im Bereich vor den PKD-Segmenten/-Schneiden (4) Spanräume (2) angeordnet sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanräume (2) - in Drehrichtung gesehen - in einem negativen Achswinkel (11) verlaufen.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Achswinkel (11) im Bereich von 0° bis ca. 10° liegt.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug als Sägewerkzeug ausgebildet ist
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sägewerkzeug aus einem scheibenartigen Grundkörper (13) besteht, an dessen Außenumfang eine Vielzahl von PKD-Segmenten/-Schneiden (16) angeordnet sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die PKD-Segmente/-Schneiden (16) in einem negativen Winkel (21) zur Drehrichtung des Werkzeuges angeordnet sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 8 - 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß - in Drehrichtung gesehen - vor den PKD-Segmenten/-Schneiden (16) Spanräume (15) angeordnet sind
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 8 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß - in Drehrichtung gesehen - hinter den PKD-Segmenten/-Schneiden (16) sogenannte Abweiser (20) vorgesehen sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abweiserkante durch eine materialabhängig bemessene Ausnehmung unterbrochen ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 8 - 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die PKD-Segmente/-Schneiden (16) seitlich abgefaßt sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 8 - 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß radial einwärts der äußeren PKD-Segmente/-Schneiden (16) mehrere weitere PKD-Segmente/-Schneiden (19) an den Seitenflanken des Grundkörpers (13) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Werkzeugs zur Bearbeitung von Stein oder steinähnlichen Materialien gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß auf einen Grundkörper Schneiden aus PKD-Segmenten aufgebracht werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneiden durch Auflöten auf den Grundkörper befestigt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheiden durch Anschrauben am Grundkörper befestigt werden.
- Verwendung des Werkzeugs gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 bis 18 zum trocknen Bearbeiten von Stein oder steinähnlichen Materialien.
