Claims (15)
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe zur kontinuierlichen Förderung eines Dickstoffes, insbesondere zur kontinuierlichen Förderung von Beton, welche zwei Förderzylinder (1, 2) zur Förderung des Dickstoffes aus einer Saugleitung (3) in eine Förderleitung (4) und ein Umschaltventil (5) mit einer verschwenkbaren Rohrweiche (6, 6') zum Umschalten zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Förderzylinder (1, 2) aufweist, wobeia) das Umschaltventil (5) ein Rohrweichengehäuse (8, 8') mit wenigstens vier Öffnungen (a - d) aufweist, wobei die erste bzw. die zweite Öffnung (a, b) an den ersten bzw. den zweiten Förderzylinder (1, 2), die dritte Öffnung (c) an die Saugleitung (3) und die vierte Öffnung (d) an die Förderleitung (4) angeschlossen ist,b) die in dem Rohrweichengehäuse (8, 8') angeordnete Rohrweiche (6, 6') eine Eintrittsöffnung (RE) aufweist, welche in die dritte Öffnung (c) des Rohrweichengehäuses (8, 8') mündet und stets mit der Saugleitung (3) verbunden ist und eine Austrittsöffnung (RA), welche zwischen den ersten und zweiten Öffnungen (a, b) zum Anschluß der Förderzylinder (1, 2) verschwenkbar ist,c) zwischen der Rohrweichen-Außenwandung (x) und der Rohrweichengehäuse-Innenwandung (y) ein Hohlraum (H) ausgebildet ist, welcher die Druckleitung zwischen dem jeweils pumpenden Förderzylinder (1 oder 2) und der Förderleitung (4) bildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßd) wenigstens ein Absperrelement (10, 14) zum Verschluß der Saugleitung (3) und/oder der ersten und/oder zweiten Öffnungen (a, b) des Rohrweichengehäuses (8, 8') vorgesehen ist, so daß der Hohlraum (H) ständig unter Förderdruck steht. - Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohrweiche (6) als L-Rohr ausgebildet ist.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrweichengehäuse (8) einen im wesentlichen zylindrischen Abschnitt (82) aufweist, welcher von einem ebenen oder konischen Deckel (83, 84) verschlossen ist.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und die zweite Öffnung (a, b) in der Wandung des zylindrischen Abschnittes (82) ausgespart sind, und daß die dritte und die vierte Öffnung (c, d) in den gegenüberliegenden Deckellabschnitten (81 sowie 83 oder 84) ausgespart sind.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohrweiche (6') als S-Rohr ausgebildet ist.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse einen im wesentlichen der S-Form der Rohrweiche angepaßten, nahezu konisch ausgebildeten, Gehäuseabschnitt (802) aufweist, welcher von einem ebenen Deckelabschnitt (801) verschlossen ist.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich sich der Gehäuseabschnitt (802) an seinem dem Deckelabschnitt (801) gegenüberliegenden Ende bis auf den Außendurchmesser der Rohrweiche (6') bzw. den Durchmesser der Öffnung (d) zum Anschluß der Saugleitung (3) verjüngt.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckelabschnitt (801) von mehreren Rippen 15 stabilisiert wird, welche zwischen Deckelabschnitt (801) und Antriebswelle 9 ausgebildet sind.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und die zweite Öffnung (a, b) im Deckelabschnitt (801) ausgespart sind und daß die dritte und die vierte Öffnung (c, d) im Gehäuseabschnitt (802) ausgespart sind.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eines der Absperrelemente (10) als Bogenstück (11) ausgebildet ist, welches beidseits der zylindrischen Austrittsöffnung (RA) der Rohrweiche (6, 6') bogenförmige Fortsätze (12, 13) aufweist, welche derart ausgebildet sind, daß sie die ersten und/oder zweiten Öffnungen (a, b) verschliessen können.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bogenstück (11) an die Rohrweichenaußenwandung (x) angeformt ist, so daß es durch Drehungen der Rohrweiche mitgedreht wird.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bogenstück (11) mit einer scheibenartigen oder einer zylindrischen Fläche an der Rohrweichengehäuse-Innenwandung (y) anliegt.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eines der Absperrelemente (10) zur Absperrung der Saugleitung (3) ausgebildet ist.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Absperrelement ein Absperrschieber (14) ist.
- Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrweichengehäuse (8, 8') räumlich getrennt von einem Vorfüllbehälter (7) ausgebildet ist.
