Claims (13)
- Dispositif pour aiguiller des signatures, présentant les caractéristiques ci-après :des premières et des deuxièmes bandes transporteuses (3; 4), enserrant conjointement les signatures, sont disposées le long d'un premier chemin de transport,les bandes transporteuses (3; 4) se séparent et continuent à défiler dans des chemins de transport (51; 52) séparés,un système à sabot d'aiguillage (13) s'étendant transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport des bandes transporteuses (3; 4) est disposé pour aiguiller les signatures hors du premier chemin de transport commun, dans un premier chemin de transport (51) ou un deuxième chemin de transport (52),ce système à sabot d'aiguillage (13) fixe présente une surface de guidage supérieure (14) et une surface de guidage inférieure (16), ainsi qu'une extrémité mince (10) et une extrémité épaisse (15),l'extrémité mince (10) est orientée à l'inverse de la direction de transport (A) des deux bandes transporteuses (3; 4),la surface de guidage supérieure (14) couvre un premier plan (19) et la surface de guidage inférieure (16) couvre un deuxième plan (24),les deux plans (19; 24) délimitent un espace cunéiforme entourant le système à sabot d'aiguillage (13) fixe,deux rouleaux à cames (1; 2) sont disposés pour effectuer le changement de position des bandes transporteuses (3; 4),
les arbres à came (1; 2), au moyen de cames (20; 21 ; 22; 25; 26; 27), introduisent les deux bandes transporteuses (3; 4) alternativement, dans l'espace cunéiforme couvert par les deux plans (19; 24), dans des rainures ou des espaces intermédiaires (42; 43) d'une arête d'aiguillage (12) du système à sabot d'aiguillage (13). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système à sabot d'aiguillage (13) est réalisé sous la forme d'un coin d'aiguillage (13), comportant les rainures (42; 43) ou espaces intermédiaires (42, 43) associés aux bandes transporteuses (3; 4) respectives.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système à sabot d'aiguillage (13) est constitué d'une pluralité de coins d'aiguillage élémentaires (37 à 40) espacés axialement les uns des autres, disposés transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport des bandes transporteuses (3; 4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les coins d'aiguillage élémentaires (37 à 40) sont reliés, par une liaison à ajustement de forme ou par la matière, par l'intermédiaire de leurs extrémités (15) épaisses, à une traverse (44) s'étendant transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport des bandes transporteuses (3; 4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cames (20, 21, 22; 25, 26, 27) des rouleaux à cames (1; 3) s'engrènent ensemble.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux à cames (1; 2) présentent deux séries de disques de came, dont les cames s'engrenant ensemble.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque came (1; 2) ou disque de came présente au moins une surface de commande (23; 28) sur une came (20 à 22; 25 à 27), avec un premier rayon (r2; r3), et une surface de commande (18; 23) sur une came (17; 30 à 32), avec un deuxième rayon (r1; r4), et en ce que le premier rayon (r2; r3) est supérieur au deuxième rayon (r1; r4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins les surfaces de commande (23; 28) des cames (20 à 22; 25 à 27) d'un premier rayon (r2; r3) sont disposées de façon à être mises au moins partiellement en contact avec les premières bandes transporteuses (3) ou deuxièmes bandes transporteuses (4) chaque fois associées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le nombre de cames (17; 20 à 22) de la toute première rangée (1) de cames est un multiple entier du nombre de cames (25 à 27; 30 à 32) de la deuxième rangée (2) de cames.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que des espaces libres (42; 43), dans lesquels des cames peuvent passer, sont prévus axialement entre les cames des rangées (1; 2), en ce que les espaces (42; 43) des deux rangées (1; 2) de cames sont chaque fois placés directement en face les uns des autres.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus des disques montés de façon excentrée, entraínés, présentant des sections transversales, rondes, circulaires, faisant office de cames.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le sabot d'aiguillage (13) est réalisé d'une seule pièce et du genre d'un peigne, les sabots élémentaires (37 à 40) étant disposés les uns à côté des autres en direction axiale, à la façon de dents.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'une ou les deux surfaces de guidage (14; 16) du sabot d'aiguillage (13) ou des sabots élémentaires (37 à 40) est/sont rectiligne(s) ou de courbure concave.
